08/04/2025: I regretfully removed a star mostly for the location. Many, perhaps too many, cars pass by on Viale Corridoni and the noise is audible. For the rest everything is excellent both in terms of choice and quality. Super helpful and friendly staff

16/07/2025: "Se lo conosci lo eviti" Citava una vecchia pubblicità e per questo locale calza a pennello. Ti attirano con menù a 16€ ma la qualità, nonché la simpatia del personale, è da 5€. Spaghetti alle vongole cotti 3 ore prima; Frittura di pesce fatta con olio motore; Coda di rospo buona Parmigiana fantasiosa (ingredienti che non c'entrano niente con la parmigiana) con sugo più vecchio del ristorante stesso Crostata al cioccolato della coop comprata quando ancora gattonavo Caffè che era più orzo. Vogliamo parlare della simpatia del personale ? Diciamo che Pennywise era più socievole. Lasciate perdere e andate al ristorante successivo...

14/07/2025: I went to the pool on a Sunday. I had lunch at the little restaurant in the shade of a beautiful willow tree. The lunch was good and reasonably priced. The service was friendly and attentive.

05/04/2025: We celebrated our 5 year old son's birthday on Saturday afternoon. The staff thought of everything, we only brought the cake and some decorations (the location is already beautiful) very kind, friendly and attentive staff. Abundant food including drinks. The children could use all the internal play areas and had a lot of fun. Excellent in everything, very clean room. Super recommended for those who have children and want to enjoy a carefree moment. A truly heartfelt thank you to all the staff!

12/07/2025: I like to call it, affectionately, "the fat pastry bar"! The pastries are homemade and a true delight, beautifully rich and incredibly delicious. My favorite? The one with cream and berries: simply irresistible! The prices are a little higher than the local average, but that's understandable considering the quality and deliciousness of the products. Every now and then, you have to break the rules... and here, it's definitely worth it!

03/06/2025: Excellent structure. Very comfortable beds with toppers. Clean throughout the complex. They provided us with storage for bicycles. We had dinner with them, abundant quality food made with excellent raw materials. I highly recommend both the hotel and the restaurant!

25/07/2025: Shameful structure and shameful management. We booked for one night, the train was delayed, and they informed us they wouldn't let us check in and wouldn't refund our expenses, claiming previous communications that never occurred. Furthermore, they had several rooms available on Booking.com for the same night!! And I believe it!! As soon as we raised the issue that the rooms were available, they removed them from Booking. Unfairness, rudeness, total disorganization. Disgraceful!

25/07/2025: Deplorable service. Check-in is not possible after 8:00 PM. They don't give you the room and don't refund your payment. I booked the room due to a train delay; my arrival time was 9:30 PM. I notified the hotel in advance of my delay. They told me they wouldn't check me in because the reception closes at 8:00 PM, and they would NOT refund my payment. I find myself without a room, paid out, and having wasted my money. Obscene service, never experienced before. In life, there's something called flexibility, or at least common sense. Stealing money by claiming "check-in closes at 8:00 PM and we won't refund your money" is shameful. Last but not least, the hotel is still available on Booking.com, so my booked room hasn't prevented anyone from making a new reservation; therefore, there's no loss of profit. While I suffered obvious damage. Structures like this deserve to close.

21/07/2025: Good food, friendly, courteous staff, and a very welcoming atmosphere. I'm not allowed to respond to the reviewer who criticized the staff for yelling at some kids; I was there, and it didn't exactly go that way. Still, I recommend it!

The piadinas are simply delicious: fragrant dough, fresh ingredients and creative combinations that satisfy every taste, from the most traditional to the most original. the staff is friendly, smiling and quick, the environment is informal and refined, perfect for a lunch break or an easy dinner. excellent value for money. I will definitely come back
