25/10/2025: I've been to this pastry shop a couple of times. The pastries are generally good. They have a lot of fillings. I'd suggest simpler options for those who eat lightly, like biscuits or small treats that I haven't seen. The staff is a strong point. Even when listening to the barista and the girls serving, they were always proactive, kind, and welcoming. They were so patient and courteous. Honestly, when you go to other places, it's not easy for everyone to have staff like that! I hope any renewals take into account that the staff will stay!

16/10/2025: The biggest advantage is the proximity to the airport, which is just across the street. Comfortable beds, a large desk, and a nice room. The receptionist was very friendly. Access from the city center is a breeze. The bathroom needs a quick refresh – the shower curtain is dirty, the bathtub itself has seen better days, there's mold on the wall, the bathtub stopper is missing, and the toilet paper hangs over the bathtub and gets wet easily.

05/01/2026: A very nice kiosk, open even during the winter holidays. We visited on Sunday, January 4th. The piadinas and crescioni are excellent, and you can also eat them there. In the summer, they also have an outdoor terrace. Parking is very convenient.

25/10/2025: I went there for my birthday, booking a table a week in advance for 20 people. The day before, they told me I couldn't keep the cake in the refrigerator, a cake I'd obviously already bought. I ordered drinks and they didn't bring me bottles or glasses, which I had to get myself. The place had posted that it would close at 2:00 AM, but at 12:45 AM, they literally kicked us out. They made us clear the table ourselves because I had to bring plates and silverware for the cake, and according to them, there wasn't a trash can. To top it off, they didn't even let us stand outside on the sidewalk to talk; a guy pushed us away for 500 meters. This can't be called a birthday service, and you can't be that rude.

23/11/2025: The atmosphere and service were excellent, clean, but the prices were a bit high. A hot chocolate was very runny (almost more like milk, not stirred well) for €4, a bit overpriced for a hot chocolate made like that.

25/11/2025: They knew Luca well from the previous management; he was wonderful, clean, and professional. This new management is the complete opposite: zero professionalism, dirt everywhere, and double the prices. Many friends haven't set foot in the place since Luca left...

24/08/2025: Truly delicious piadinas! The dough is made fresh, and it's simply delicious. The ingredients are also top-quality; you can taste the difference. At the end of our vacation, we ordered three piadinas to take away (the "roll" version) for the return trip: they were quick to prepare, served on a tray and already cut in half. We ate them warm, even after several hours... still delicious! Congratulations!

15/02/2026: I only visited the cellar, several choices of Sangiovese, some whites and some bubbles, a beautiful place to savour the aromas of the wine from our Romagna hills, the restaurant is still under renovation.

30/11/2025: The owners were very nice; they let me in with my dog. The food was excellent; you could taste the fresh, high-quality pasta. The restaurant is simple but welcoming, and the advantage is that it's open year-round.

02/09/2025: I'm only giving three stars and one for the service; I would have given it five, even if it wasn't so crowded on a summer weekend! Unfortunately, I found myself needing to charge my phone to contact a relative! I asked the bar girl, who in the meantime was checking with other operators, and she told me they didn't have a phone port! I politely asked for just five minutes to contact the relative; no way... a firm no; I would have even paid for the charge! But maybe I'm only good as a "consumer" rather than as a user of the services offered, aside from the risk of getting hit by a ball while in the pool and having to be careful of anyone who suddenly dives in...I'd say forget it! I'd try the restaurant, but they put me off.

04/10/2025: I've been going there for a long time because I think their pizza is really good. But you can't wait at least 40-45 minutes every time, even if you arrive at 7:10 PM!! This evening, I ordered three takeout pizzas for 7:30 PM, and at 7:29 PM, instead of making the pizzas, the pizza chef was in the dining room watching the game! This is inconceivable! The excuse of "not enough staff" is no longer valid! This is the pizza chef's fault for not being able to manage the timing! The pizza arrived at 8:01 PM, it's not possible!!!!😡😡😡

29/09/2025: There's a limit to all patience. We went there for dinner last night; the place is quite close to our house. We wanted a quick pizza because we have a child and he had to wake up for school the next day. We'd been there a year ago; the last time, we were the first ones. We hadn't waited very long, but it was okay. This time, we arrived at 7:15 PM (I actually looked at the clock because I received a call that prompted me to do so), and there were already a few people in the place (but not a lot). We ordered two pizzas and an appetizer of cured meats and cheeses. At eight-thirty, after a quarter past, I pretended to be the waiter because our son was hungry and we didn't know how to calm him down. At that point, they brought us the cured meats and cheeses, but no pizza at all. What really pissed me off was that the table behind us, who arrived later, received their pizzas (they'd also been waiting an hour and a quarter). We received our pizzas at 10:00 AM, an hour and thirty-five minutes after arriving. It's not possible... Especially if there are children at the table... I understand the difficulties that can arise, but if these are the waiting times, I think it would be right to notify the customer so they can decide whether or not to stay. We have a 7-year-old child who has to stay up in the morning, and we wouldn't have stopped if we'd known we had to have dinner almost at 9:00 AM. We also wanted to get dessert, but at that point there was no time left. If I thought there had been a mistake only at our table, I changed my mind when I saw the table in front of us getting impatient and an exasperated lady get up and say they'd been waiting for an hour and a half. In my opinion, these are truly excessive wait times; at the very least, a clear warning should be given. I don't know if I'm giving this review less than 3 stars because the pizza was really good, thin and crispy, just the way I like it. The cold cuts and cheeses were also good quality, but the waiting time was really unreasonable.
