11/11/2024: Well what can I say... delicious piadina, light 10-rated watercress can be digested in a minute and then... run by fabulous women and then... open every day even now that the season isn't exactly summer!! well done well done and if you happen to be in Cesenatico... take 2 steps to get to Valverde and... you won't regret it!!!

27/11/2024: Excellent Piedineria full of Passion. I stopped in passing at midday and was happy with the delicious Piedina and also with the kindness but above all of the owners. I will definitely return and recommend it because it deserves it.

05/03/2025: Praticamente tutti i matrimoni estivi 2025 che la babi srl aveva preso presso borgo dei guidi sono stati annullati (il mio è tra questi). Le caparre ad oggi non vengono restituite, insomma tutto molto triste e poco corretto. Posto da evitare se non volete inconvenienti, visto che ora "giocano" a passarsi la colpa, tra borgo dei guidi e babi srl. E' successo quest'anno e nulla vieta a questa gente di far fallire altri matrimoni in futuro. EVITATE!

05/03/2025: Practically all the summer 2025 weddings that Babi srl had organized in Borgo dei Guidi were canceled (mine is among them). To date, the deposits have not been returned, in short, everything is very sad and not very correct. Place to avoid if you don't want inconveniences, given that they are now "playing" at passing the blame between Borgo dei Guidi and Babi Srl. It happened this year and nothing stops these people from ruining other marriages in the future. AVOID!

06/04/2025: Ieri, finalmente, è iniziata la stagione delle gite al mare e non potevamo non pranzare in questo ristorante (tra i nostri preferiti in Romagna). Cozze al sugo piccantino (buonissime), crostini con alici marinate e cipolla Tropea. Due porzioni di linguine allo scoglio (strepitose), vino bianco della casa, acqua. In totale € 90 Gentilezza e sorriso del proprietario e dello staff. Qualità molto alta. Ovviamente torneremo e consiglio

"SOCK" NOODLE....AT THE FIRST BITE OF A PRAWN, A TASTE THAT WAS NOT FISHY ARRIVED IN MY MOUTH...IN FACT, I IMMEDIATELY SPIT IT ONTO MY PLATE. COLD MUSSELS AND CLAMS, I ATE THE NOODLE WHEN I HAD HUNGRY...FISH IS A WHOLE ELSE THING...AND TO COOK IT YOU MUST BE SKILLABLE...FOR THE REST THE STARS SPEAK FOR THEMSELVES.

31/03/2025: I was at a table with friends and I had booked because on Sunday there is half price pizza. The pizza was slightly hard, but with excellent quality toppings, as were the rest of the dishes. The service was really excellent, the staff were friendly, kind and also happy, the environment was very beautiful and the interiors were very elegant, super recommended especially for events with many people!!! 👏🏽😁

31/03/2025: Evidently dirty tablecloth, the waiter changed the glass twice, he had taken the second from the neighboring table, I took the third from the neighboring table.... Food, miserable grill with mixed salad €38. Perhaps, ideal for a fixed lunch menu

05/04/2025: I ate very badly, the fried food was old and rubbery with little fish and of poor quality while the cold appetizer was expensive and of poor quality. I spent 42 euros for a meal that was worth a maximum of 15 euros, highly not recommended

18/03/2025: We had dinner on Saturday evening on the recommendation of FRIENDS, quite informal environment, extremely friendly and nice service, we had a grilled fish each, there were 3 of us, then 1 spritz each, two side dishes and a coffee. We spent a few euros less than €150 Not a little. No wine just water. First of all, the fish was plentiful and overall good and apparently fresh, except for one toad cure among the other fish which was frozen cold, therefore probably recovered or recycled and this left us stunned. Then the bread included in the cover, some hot slices, freshly cooked from frozen, and others still cold and hard, no comments needed. The best, however, was with the Piadina which they bring to you on request and you pay separately, which was the plastic one you buy at the supermarket freshly reheated. This would be a venial sin anywhere except in Romagna where Piadina is a must, you don't have to pay but above all it is of excellent quality everywhere! It's really a shame that they get lost in these little things like frozen bread, a little hot, a little cold, poor quality piadina for a fee and worst of all in a beautiful Flemish dish of Pesce Buono, an icy cold slice of fish. I don't think we will go back and it's a shame because for a short time they risk being a good fish restaurant. PS In response to what the restaurant manager wrote, perhaps you would do better to reread my review and you are able to respond in kind because he wrote all things that have nothing to do with what I wrote. The only thing I agree on is that we should have told him what was written above directly at dinner, but given the answer he gave me, I can't imagine what he would have said in person. Last note, mine is anything but a negative review and if there was a minimum of entrepreneurial spirit, it should be understood as such and the criticisms, after the appreciation given, should be used as ideas for improvement. Losing one customer means losing many. I hope you get better! At least as an approach.

15/03/2025: Non ho mai fatto una recensione in vita mia, ma qui non posso evitare.. parlo da ristoratore, quindi per me è un colpo al cuore quello che andrò a dire.. sono stato a cena con un'amica, gia l'entrata di questa trattoria ti può far capire molto.. eravamo solo noi due in tutta la sala ed abbiamo mangiato due piatti di antipasti, specifico qualsiasi salume sapeva da muffa ed il formaggio era vecchio e salatissimo.. la giardiniera non era male ,ed il primo piatto tortelloni al ragù era buono,bevendo un litro d'acqua siamo andati a pagare e senza scontrino ci ha fatto 65 euro.. parliamo di una trattoria in più molto sporca.. senza nessun tipo di menù alla carto o a voce.. siete dei ladri

02/03/2025: Proprietari gentilissimi e ambientazione caratteristica. Il menù non era definito, tutto piuttosto… spontaneo. Forse un po’ caro ma abbiamo mangiato molto ( antipasti infiniti, primi buoni e abbondanti, digestivi e contro-digestivi) e siamo stati bene!
