25/07/2025: Deplorable service. Check-in is not possible after 8:00 PM. They don't give you the room and don't refund your payment. I booked the room due to a train delay; my arrival time was 9:30 PM. I notified the hotel in advance of my delay. They told me they wouldn't check me in because the reception closes at 8:00 PM, and they would NOT refund my payment. I find myself without a room, paid out, and having wasted my money. Obscene service, never experienced before. In life, there's something called flexibility, or at least common sense. Stealing money by claiming "check-in closes at 8:00 PM and we won't refund your money" is shameful. Last but not least, the hotel is still available on Booking.com, so my booked room hasn't prevented anyone from making a new reservation; therefore, there's no loss of profit. While I suffered obvious damage. Structures like this deserve to close.

25/07/2025: Shameful structure and shameful management. We booked for one night, the train was delayed, and they informed us they wouldn't let us check in and wouldn't refund our expenses, claiming previous communications that never occurred. Furthermore, they had several rooms available on Booking.com for the same night!! And I believe it!! As soon as we raised the issue that the rooms were available, they removed them from Booking. Unfairness, rudeness, total disorganization. Disgraceful!

17/07/2025: A super friendly place with warm and welcoming owners and staff. At 83, Dad Lorenzo still works the stove with a smile, and Mom Lorenzo does the same behind the bar. It's lovely to relax outside on the terrace. The pizzas come in many combinations and are excellent value. The salad is also delicious. Highly recommended!

06/08/2025: We ordered four pizzas and I politely asked the waitress to have two middle ones, because I don't like the edges. Shortly afterward, the chef arrived and said it wasn't possible. We ate them anyway, but they were tough, like pizzas from four days ago. Unfortunately, they weren't good.

22/07/2025: A real surprise!!! If you are looking for a place to eat something tasty and quick but without sacrificing quality, this piadina kiosk is an obligatory stop! The piadinas are simply delicious: fragrant dough, fresh ingredients and creative combinations that satisfy every taste, from the most traditional to the most original. the staff is friendly, smiling and quick, the environment is informal and refined, perfect for a lunch break or an easy dinner. excellent value for money. I will definitely come back

08/08/2025: A very nice place that, unfortunately, is too conditioned by the barmaid who is present at a given time. For example, the Spanish girl is nice and friendly, while there is one, brunette, who struggles to greet and who seems to be spited by the customer by going to the place. Too bad. The owners should pay more attention to the quality of the staff they hire.

24/08/2025: Do not eat at this restaurant!!! Even before going, just reading the owner's replies to other guests’ reviews should already be a big red flag! We had dinner here tonight and it was honestly unbelievably bad. The lasagna clearly came from a microwave — it was stone cold and tasted awful. My husband ordered mussels, which were tough, and half of them were still closed. The pizza was far from authentic Italian quality. Such a shame, especially given the beautiful location. We paid the bill, and my husband politely shared our feedback, but the staff reacted *extremely* aggressively. They couldn’t handle any criticism, and one of the men even said he didn’t care at all. Coming from a hospitality family myself, I believe every guest — happy or not — deserves respect. I have never experienced such rude behavior. Also, don’t expect to use the restroom — it was “broken,” and we were left without a solution despite having two small kids. You’ve been warned — don’t waste your money here!!

26/08/2025: THE OLD MANAGEMENT HAS CLOSED AND NOW THE ATMOSPHERE AND SERVICE ARE POOR. THE WEBSITE IS NOT UPDATED AS OF AUGUST 25TH. THE LOCATION, SERVICE, AND MENU DESERVE A 2-STAR RATE FOR THEIR COMMITMENT.

03/08/2025: The steak is big enough for a child, but definitely not for an adult. The pizza is burnt and tasteless. The pasta is excellent. Haha, the service may be a little confused, but friendly and helpful. (Apparently, in this part of Italy, everyone is a little distracted.😁🙃😅)

22/07/2025: Io con mia moglie dopo minuti ad aspettare, non c’è stato nessun tipo di servizio sulla base della nostra presenza nel locale, ci hanno detto all’interno che potevamo sederci all’esterno , e all’esterno da un cameriere ci fú detto che stavano chiudendo alle 11:00 pm e che non potevamo sederci nei tavoli sulla sabbia dove già più di 5 tavoli erano presenti , e nessuno si è preso cura di dire anche a loro dell’orario o che non si poteva stare in quei tavoli seppur la gente continuava ad entrare e a sedersi , non posso che essermi sentito preso in giro , sono uscito per una piacevole serata a 15 chilometri da casa mia essendo del lì a zona San Maurese e avendo anche attività importanti nella zona non mi potevo mai aspettare un trattamento d’eccellenza come lo è stato in questo caso sia io che mia moglie , davvero una vergogna .

22/07/2025: Partiamo dal fatto che sono andato per un aperitivo e basta, quindi la mia recensione è basata solo su alcuni aspetti del locale. Partiamo dal locale, bello se solo ci avessero fatto mettere nella zona bella, fatti sedere in un angolo dalla parte esterna senza nemmeno vista spiaggia con ragazzini che tiravano palline e urlavano. L'Aperol Spritz con dentro un bel capello rosso conclude il tutto con un sapore inesistente di acqua colorata, gentilemente fatto cambiare ma la sostanza non cambia. L'aperitivo forse dovrebbero rivisitarlo due olive e due patatine, forse non hanno una tradizione di come sia un aperitivo vero e proprio. Il personale copisco anche il lavoro che viene fatto, ma tira fuori un sorriso, capisco il nome del bagno, ma forza e coraggio ragazzi. Per aperitivo c'e' di meglio voto 4

27/08/2025: Average rating: - 5 for location and overall ambiance (settings, lighting, etc.), truly beautiful and well-kept - 1 for service and food (the children's menu is terrible) Also, as already mentioned, it's a bit pricey for what's offered for both adults and children.

10/08/2025: Very cute and Instagrammable place. Excellent organization. You can spend an alternative evening in a lovely location. The food is good, minimal, nothing special. Tips: the wine glasses are trendy but unstable. I really appreciated the compostable plates, but alas, the white balloon floating in the sky is romantic but polluting. You imagine a romantic evening, but in the end, everything is very close. Conclusion: an experience worth having, but perhaps a bit expensive.

13/08/2025: We stayed at this property for two nights, and unfortunately, both nights, my partner was bitten by unidentified insects that, we presume, were in the mattress. We were told they were probably tiny wasps, and they caused very itchy blisters. The property, while not a bad location, didn't seem clean at all, and we encountered strong odors, apparently from the manager's dog. The lady asked us if we had actually smelled its presence. The management is courteous and kind, but the overall service was negative, as I've written. Clearly, in these situations, the positives take a back seat.

23/07/2025: We stayed in Corniolo (an excellent starting point for trekking to the Calla Pass or Campigna) and this inn was a wonderful and unexpected discovery! The inn is historic, with a stunning common/dining area featuring a fireplace, coffered ceilings, and an overall very comfortable atmosphere. The immaculately clean rooms and bathrooms are spacious and have clearly been renovated, as they are new. The breakfast was plentiful, with homemade cakes, yogurt, juices, and everything else you could wish for. Thank you also so much for the wonderful trek to Monte Falco and Monte Falterona, which the owner kindly recommended to us!
