05/01/2026: We ordered a lactose-free cake. The price is unjustifiable and outrageous, €50 per kg. I can understand a slight increase for lactose-free products, but not that excessive. Once I went to pick up the cake, I discovered they had added ingredients containing lactose, namely chocolate because "it looks better that way." Not only did I pay €50 for lactose-free, but the lactose was also added without prior notice, only being revealed after the fact upon collection. A terrible experience, never again, and the cake is absolutely not worth the price.

29/01/2026: A family-friendly place that immediately puts you at ease. The service is informal, fun, and relaxing. Once you're seated, you'll feel so comfortable you'll want to stay there all evening. The sandwiches and food are decent, and there's a wide selection of drinks. Highly recommended for a quiet evening in a beautiful and welcoming atmosphere.

The place is warm and welcoming, and the staff is excellent in every way. Everyone I've recommended this restaurant to has raved about it. 01/09/2025: What can I say.... I had a cake made for 15 people for my daughter's birthday... It looked like a wedding cake... and what's wrong with that?? The problem is that half the cake was made of styrofoam covered in cream... for 107 euros I'd say it's a scam... I paid 60 for the same cake but without the styrofoam... This attitude is unbecoming of a business that goes by the name of "pastry shop", it's a provincial attitude... Not even the worst station cafes sell styrofoam products... They've lost a trusted customer...

17/08/2025: We were here this morning: the advertised closing time is 1:00 PM, but they rushed us in at noon because they were "closing." If the advertised time is 1:00 PM, then it should be respected: 1:00 PM is 1:00 PM, not noon. It's a shame, because the aperitif isn't bad, but enjoying it while feeling like you have to rush is truly disgusting. Terrible experience, we'll never return. If you don't want to work, stay there; people, especially on Sundays, want to relax without any rush.

26/10/2025: We ordered at 8:15 PM. At 8:20 PM, the ravioli arrived just like that, thrown on the table without even having brought anything to drink. After 10 minutes, I asked for something and finally a drink arrived. At 9:05 PM, nothing. We're still waiting, but they give priority to takeaways, and a table with two people who had sat down 20 minutes after us were already at the cafe. At 9:15 PM, I get up and leave without having eaten anything. Terrible place, poor quality food, and incompetent staff. After going there for so many years, this was the last time I've set foot in there. NEVER AGAIN.

04/03/2026: An elegant restaurant in Piazza della Cattedrale. Crowded and chaotic on holidays and at peak times. Despite the chaos, we were served quickly by friendly staff. Prices are reasonable for the location.

24/06/2025: Mi sono trovato malissimo: sono andato ad aprile e mi hanno messo in un tavolo di fronte alla cucina, quel giorno probabilmente c’è stato un problema alla cucina ma comunque è inaccettabile sentire le lamentele della capocuoca, anche perché essendo così vicino si sentiva tutto. Ci hanno chiesto cosa volevamo da mangiare 10 minuti dopo che avevamo già scelto, e li già ho capito che qualcosa non andava, dopo altri 10 minuti sono arrivati con l’acqua che mi chiedo cosa c’era di difficile a prenderla dal frigo e portarla. Il cibo è arrivato dopo 1 ora, neanche fosse un ristorante stellato. Alla fine il cibo era discreto ma non meritava tutto quel tempo. Di sicuro sono andato in un giorno sbagliato ma comunque consiglio di migliorare l’organizzazione.

21/06/2025: Abbiamo mangiato veramente benissimo: due antipasti, sarde in saor e carpaccio di gamberi rossi di mazara. Primo: strozzapreti con pesce spada, pomodorini secchi, menta e melanzane. Anche il dolce: nuvola di ricotta con miele e noci tritate sopra. Tutto buonissimo, ristorantino super consigliato!

03/03/2026: There were 6 of us. Management changed. The pizza was inedible! Out of 6 pizzas, 2 had hair inside, so there was little attention to hygiene. Since even in the kitchen, no one wears a cap, as is the rule. Furthermore, after the complaint, the waitress, instead of apologizing, started a row. Not to mention the wait times and the exorbitant prices. I strongly advise against it. There are better restaurants further down the road.

24/11/2025: La Sosta is a pleasant discovery! From the first visit you can feel that the team puts their heart into their work. The dishes are delicious, fresh, the portions are generous. The pizza has a thin, crispy dough, the fries are appetizing, and the hot dishes are homemade and aromatic. The service is fast, the staff is friendly and attentive. The atmosphere is cozy, suitable for both a quick lunch and a dinner with friends. It is noticeable that the new team is trying to improve the service and quality. We recommend this establishment to everyone who is looking for tasty and affordable food in a pleasant place. We will definitely come back!

13/12/2025: At first, the pastries and service were excellent, so much so that I left the historic café next door to go there. Then I don't understand what happened, but for some time now, the quality of the pastries has dropped dramatically (they always seem like they were made yesterday). I've gone back to basics. Prices are medium-high. The owner, moreover, isn't exactly the friendliest person.

09/12/2025: A cute place with lots of animals for the kids. The food is a bit lacking considering the prices they offer. I was shocked by the price of water: 0.75 cl €3.75 I wouldn't go back.

30/11/2025: The staff were quite rude. We ate reasonably well, but it was cold because the restaurant is only heated in the center. When we asked to change our table, they told us it was all booked, but no one showed up. I wouldn't go back.

30/10/2025: DESTRUCTURED REVIEW. New management. Neapolitan. His name is still Aroldo. They could have called him Ciro. They forced me there. The atmosphere is elegant. 1 star. The staff is kind and friendly, without being overly so. Another star. Everyone loved the pizza. Star. I didn't so much. I'll take away half a star. Pino Daniele played the background music. I'll take away a star. Still better than Nino d'Angelo. I'll add half a star. Finally, the babà. Star. Excellent coffee. Star. The final bill seemed a bit expensive. I'll take away half a star. (Give me a star, take away a star. I feel like Pat Morita.) I'll be back. And this time they won't have to force me there.

23/07/2025: Ci fermiamo quando ci capita di passare per la zona ed e' e' sempre una cnferma. Pesce freschissimo e ottimo. Posto semplice ma piatti eccellenti
