30/06/2025: Located inside the former Sant'Anna Hospital, where Torquato Tasso was apparently hospitalized, the restaurant is not easily identifiable for tourists or those who do not know Ferrara well. Once inside, however, you are welcomed by the courtesy and professionalism of the owner and you eat excellent food, with first-rate raw materials. I would like to add that I personally suffer from 1) severe lactose intolerance, and I was given all the valid alternatives; 2) irritable bowel: if the food is not good, I immediately notice it from my body's reactions. The cuisine of the Raccano restaurant did not cause me any negative symptoms, a sign of the fact that it is healthy and well prepared. I also found some foods, such as eggs and chicken, that I love and that are difficult to find around. Prices appropriate to the excellent quality

17/06/2025: For true lovers of Neapolitan pizza, this place might not be ideal: the pizza is very thin, far from the traditional style, even if prepared with fresh and good quality ingredients. Overall, the food is quite good and the welcome, as well as the service, are certainly noteworthy. The weak point remains the price, decidedly high compared to other similar places. In any case, if you want a different evening, a visit is still worth it.

31/05/2025: Clean pool with designated lanes. No chatter in the pool; everyone swims competitively. Personally, I found the water temperature too warm. Swimming caps are mandatory, and you must bring your own lock for the locker, as well as a hairdryer. We were passing through and used the pool. Very expensive by German standards (€8).

20/06/2025: I was there about 1 month ago with some friends of mine for the Champions League final. Very good pizza, my friends were all satisfied, friendly and kind waiters, excellent organization and management of the place. Ambience right in the center, place divided into three floors: ground floor, 1st floor and 2nd floor, there are also some balconies that overlook one of the main streets of the youth nightlife, namely Via Carlo Mayr. Very good price, perfect for university students. I will definitely return.

25/01/2025: A unique experience. We only went for dinner, we were guests of Mrs. Cristina and her husband and we absolutely cannot find a flaw in this wonderful evening. The atmosphere of the farmhouse is wonderful, every single object placed in the decoration of the environment is a sign of family and an indelible memory of the couple who manage the farmhouse. The raw materials are excellent and cared for with love and wisdom. Delicious, if you are curious, to also taste the history of the recipes. Mis an Place with hand-embroidered tablecloths, silver cutlery and infinite details that are nothing but the testimony of the pleasure of the owners in hosting you in their home. What might seem like a collection of objects here tells a story. The story of these two people who have dedicated their lives to the creation of a unique place both for the menu (the sturgeon and the truffle collected personally by them in the adjacent wood) and for the warmth and for the welcome. 04/05/2025: Siano stati con la famiglia per degustare un pranzo tipico (cappellacci alla zucca, Salamina, torta tenerina). Il menù degustazione da 25euro conviene. Ci hanno anche accettato i ticket. Siamo stati bene !

02/06/2025: Sadly standardized. We chose this place (with prices decidedly above average) for their superior dishes. It cannot be said that the food and service are poor or the place is not up to par, but the price is no longer proportionate (e.g. fried food poor in quantity and quality €20), not to mention that for a gratin and a fried food we waited an hour in a place not too crowded.

Mio marito avrebbe voluto un bis, ma avevamo ordinato il rombo, anzi il soaso ed anche questo era delizioso! Complimenti
