10/01/2026: My husband and I ordered a Margherita and a Golosa pizza and were very satisfied. The pizza was thin and not watery at all, just how we like it. Finally, we had two slices of torta scher, which was also very good. The staff is friendly and the place is clean and well-kept. The prices are fair.

27/12/2025: I chose this bar because it's listed as one of the best in Ferrara. January, cold, I walk about a kilometer just to come here. I enter, say hello, and politely ask if I can use the restroom before breakfast. The calm reply: "We don't have a restroom." Now: I've worked in the restaurant business and I know that a business without restrooms for customers is substandard, to say the least. We're not talking about a detail or extra kindness, but a basic requirement, especially in the dead of winter. The result is that I couldn't even sit down, nor evaluate the breakfast, service, or quality: the lack of formality made it impossible to get to the substance. I'm giving it one star only because the experience stopped there. Too bad: when a place is called "among the best," you expect at least the bare minimum.

01/03/2026: My family and I just had lunch. The staff was very friendly, especially the waitress, who was friendly and very helpful. We had two pizzas, both very large and delicious. The location was wonderful, we'll be back.

10/03/2026: Although the place isn't huge and they've raised the prices, the Chinese-style dishes (or, to be fair, adapted to our tastes) are very good, especially the baozi, which not all Chinese restaurants have, the lemon-fried chicken, their corn and chicken soup (excellent especially when you have a cold, piping hot, just how I like it), the mushroom and bamboo daufu, the duck or ravioli, and the spring rolls. Truly, very good. The takeout service is also very good, being quick and efficient; you usually never have to wait more than 15-20 minutes, and the portions are truly worth it. Unfortunately, having only tried their "Japanese" offerings once and for a few items, I can't give a definitive opinion. I highly recommend this restaurant; to date, I haven't found anything better, not even when traveling around Bologna and Ferrara. The only thing I'd like to see is some more "typical and traditional" dishes, but I'm afraid many Italians might not appreciate them. One last thing: how the heck do you tie takeout bags like that? Every time I pass by, I try to look at everything, but nothing. The ladies are too quick to seal everything, and when I unwrap them, even filming it, I struggle to tie the knots again. Hahaha!

02/09/2025: We had dinner the first night we arrived at the residence next door. The staff were friendly and helpful, but unfortunately I can't say the same about the food... well-presented but a bit bland, and the biggest flaw was the place being infested with mosquitoes. Not only did we spend the evening killing them, but I even found them on my plate from how many there were... I didn't have a great first evening. Personally, I don't think we'll be back.

22/08/2025: The place itself isn't bad, but I certainly wouldn't choose it again. We ordered four pizzas and, while waiting for them, asked for two portions of fries to share. The fries arrived almost raw, having been eaten out of hunger. The pizza is considered as thick as a piadina. So, if you like heartier pizzas, look elsewhere. Two of the pizzas we ordered were seafood ones. Having had excellent ones elsewhere, we decided to try them. Never was a bigger mistake. The fish was still in its shell on the pizza, which, once removed, left a paltry amount of toppings, which, on mine (a white pizza with mozzarella), took away all the mozzarella. They were certainly beautiful to look at, but in reality, they weren't mediocre. The other two pizzas were decent, certainly better than the two with fish. They brought bitters to the neighboring tables at the end of the meal, except for us. I wouldn't have drunk them, but the service should be the same for everyone. To top it off, once we got back, we saw we'd been charged for another bottle of water we hadn't ordered or drunk. €2.50 for a 1-liter bottle of water, unnecessarily charged. We didn't go back because we would have spent it on gas, and honestly, it wasn't worth it. The night after dinner, three out of four people at the dinner felt sick. I don't think it's a coincidence. I'm not giving 1 or 0 stars only because I tried a small portion of the menu.

31/10/2025: I went to this location to pick up a medium-sized surprise bag with the ToGoodToGo app. Very disappointed. It contained two bottles of organic juice and a bag of mini chocolate eggs. They don't seem to be end-of-day products as per the description and attached photo.

16/08/2025: We ate here a week ago. A disaster. I booked over the phone and was served an hour later (and we even turned down some dishes because they weren't ready). I was told to check the menu on the website before booking, but once there, the prices were significantly higher than those on the website (published two months earlier). As for the quality of the food... I won't comment because I don't want to offend anyone. The lady who runs it probably needs a hand, given that I've seen customers (very annoyed by the wait times) and she can't handle them optimally. Don't expect table service. A disaster!

11/08/2025: The first impression doesn't inspire lunch: worn plastic tables facing the street, an empty display case. Then I discover that the owner is also the chef and cooks everything freshly. The fish menu: delicious spaghetti with clams (plenty) and excellent fried fish with chips. Water. Total: €15... super fair. The setting is a €1.50 cover charge, considering you eat on a disposable placemat and with plastic cutlery and cups (I would have opted for the €16 menu with no cover charge), but the four stars are well deserved.
