01/05/2026: I wanted to express a few words about the Napoleonic restaurant. The first time I went, it was a wonderful thing. One of them was how great the food was, and the staff and the owner. What an extraordinary thing. I was very pleased to discover this restaurant because the food and the welcome they give you make you feel like you're at home. Everything is always there for you. I won't add anything else. Best wishes to all the Napoleonic staff. We'll change our minds again soon.

24/04/2026: Friendly and helpful staff, a warm welcome. From the outside, the property appears a bit dated, but the rooms are well-appointed, with renovated bathrooms that are clean and pleasant. Breakfast is simple and basic. Convenient because it's right on the road, with ample parking. There's also a restaurant/pizzeria for on-site dining. Overall, a decent experience.

02/06/2026: The waitress was rude and uninterested in the customers. We arrived, sat down, and had to wait a bit before anyone came to ask us for our order (the restaurant wasn't even full, in fact). When she arrived, we politely asked for the menu, and she looked up at the menu hanging on the wall. We, rightfully, asked for the regular small menu. So far, I DON'T KNOW. Then we told her our order, and she laughed, "Just a Margherita?" I understand the hassle of going to get the menu, but if you work in customer service, you don't make those faces or comments. They brought our pizza, and the table was still bare; there wasn't even a tablecloth, cutlery, or napkins. When we went to pay, we had to wait about ten minutes because there was no one at the register. The pizza and cocktails were good, but the staff weren't.

22/05/2026: If you're in Alessandria, you can't miss their pizza. I discovered it three years ago by chance, and now it's a regular stop every time I'm in Alessandria! Highly recommended!

08/03/2026: It's a takeaway pizzeria with 4-5 tables for dine-in. I don't want to belittle the service, the cleanliness, the plastic cups, the heat and smoke from the slow-burning oven, the deliciousness of the pizza, and the price you'd expect from a traditional pizzeria. So, I'd like to offer some constructive advice: separate your work from your family, especially your grandchildren. If the owner is smart, he'll understand right away.

28/11/2025: Nice place, the only thing I didn't like was that even though they have wine by the glass on the menu, I asked for a red, and the waiter told me they only have white, and offered me a 375cc bottle of red... Even if they opened a bottle, the wine wouldn't have gone bad the next day...

01/03/2026: My family and I just had lunch. The staff was very friendly, especially the waitress, who was friendly and very helpful. We had two pizzas, both very large and delicious. The location was wonderful, we'll be back.

07/06/2026: Esperienza negativa.....Oggi abbiamo pranzato in questo ristorante.Avevamo prenotato a table in anticipo per 13 persone.I piatti sono molto gustosi e prezzi accesibile.Bisogna pero fare attenzione quando si ordernano i menu fissi.Il menu pesce costa 20 euro.Menu terra 13 euro.Ordinate intero menu anche se non avete molta fame,perche se vi dimentiti qualcosa,potreste avere brutte sorprese al conto.Vi verra addebitato l'importo com se aveste ordinato con menu a charter Mio marito ha mangiato solo fritto misto e pagato 25 euro. A noi ne hanno dati solo 2 per 5 persone. Non ne possibile a fare conti separati. Si fa conto unico e spesso si verificano errori. 05/01/2026: We ordered a lactose-free cake. The price is unjustifiable and outrageous, €50 per kg. I can understand a slight increase for lactose-free products, but not that excessive. Once I went to pick up the cake, I discovered they had added ingredients containing lactose, namely chocolate because "it looks better that way." Not only did I pay €50 for lactose-free, but the lactose was also added without prior notice, only being revealed after the fact upon collection. A terrible experience, never again, and the cake is absolutely not worth the price.

11/06/2026: We went for a few burgers, but the food was sparse and not quite what we'd expected. The tables were a bit rickety, with pieces falling off. Let's just say that a year ago, I remembered it being more well-kept overall.

31/05/2026: Rude staff. After spilling all the beers on the table, the waiter decided to avoid us. He didn't apologize, and didn't even bother to bring paper towels to dry the table. After we went inside to ask if we could get a piece of paper, the waiter decided to avoid us even more. In the end, we had to dry the table ourselves.

31/10/2025: I went to this location to pick up a medium-sized surprise bag with the ToGoodToGo app. Very disappointed. It contained two bottles of organic juice and a bag of mini chocolate eggs. They don't seem to be end-of-day products as per the description and attached photo.

16/08/2025: We ate here a week ago. A disaster. I booked over the phone and was served an hour later (and we even turned down some dishes because they weren't ready). I was told to check the menu on the website before booking, but once there, the prices were significantly higher than those on the website (published two months earlier). As for the quality of the food... I won't comment because I don't want to offend anyone. The lady who runs it probably needs a hand, given that I've seen customers (very annoyed by the wait times) and she can't handle them optimally. Don't expect table service. A disaster!

11/08/2025: The first impression doesn't inspire lunch: worn plastic tables facing the street, an empty display case. Then I discover that the owner is also the chef and cooks everything freshly. The fish menu: delicious spaghetti with clams (plenty) and excellent fried fish with chips. Water. Total: €15... super fair. The setting is a €1.50 cover charge, considering you eat on a disposable placemat and with plastic cutlery and cups (I would have opted for the €16 menu with no cover charge), but the four stars are well deserved.
