08/09/2024: A recommendation!! The location in the middle of nature, on the beach is great - even if you only see the sea when you go up a few stairs. Pizza was good, the grilled fish too, service friendly. The prices are very cheap!!

14/04/2025: Small and dark place, sitting on wooden benches practically all attached to the other tables. Very noisy. Very intrusive waiter who wanted to make us eat what he recommended, otherwise we would have to wait a long time due to the kitchen's timing. Advice is fine, but insisting repeatedly becomes rude. TOO EXPENSIVE place, with €2.50 cover charge and €3.40 water for a 75cl bottle. Had I read the other reviews and arrogant responses better, I would have booked elsewhere.

25/01/2025: A unique experience. We only went for dinner, we were guests of Mrs. Cristina and her husband and we absolutely cannot find a flaw in this wonderful evening. The atmosphere of the farmhouse is wonderful, every single object placed in the decoration of the environment is a sign of family and an indelible memory of the couple who manage the farmhouse. The raw materials are excellent and cared for with love and wisdom. Delicious, if you are curious, to also taste the history of the recipes. Mis an Place with hand-embroidered tablecloths, silver cutlery and infinite details that are nothing but the testimony of the pleasure of the owners in hosting you in their home. What might seem like a collection of objects here tells a story. The story of these two people who have dedicated their lives to the creation of a unique place both for the menu (the sturgeon and the truffle collected personally by them in the adjacent wood) and for the warmth and for the welcome. Thank you very much, see you soon

02/01/2025: We return every time we are in the area. Every time we have an extremely positive experience. We let ourselves be guided by Cristina for the food and by Gianni to taste particular wines and local truffles harvested in their company. Dipping into spaghetti with Ferrara sturgeon caviar and fried egg with truffles is my favorite sport when I'm having lunch with them. Absolutely worth trying.

18/01/2025: Nice place, with an excellent choice of liqueurs, gin. Excellent cocktails with quality alcohol. Also excellent for a hamburger dinner, really delicious sandwiches. This and more.

12/11/2024: customers for years, treated in a terrible way by the previous management! brought pizza with prawns and parmesan with buffalo mozzarella... the prawns were floating on the dough soaked in water, I called to complain, I was told that I should have brought back the "ME" pizza and they would have made me another one... rudeness at the highest levels, however the dog liked it!

27/08/2024: La Ciliegina è garanzia di qualità. La piadina è fatta al momento con farcitura assortite, hanno un menù con aalmeo 50 varietà di piadine e rotoli, disponibili anche nella versione dolce. Gli ingredienti freschi e abbondanti.

25/12/2024: The Ice Cream Café is very good, a "nice" bar that we discovered and tried last Sunday. Having arrived on site at 5.15pm almost by chance during our walk 🚶🏻‍♂️🚶🏻‍♀️ through the streets of Lido di Volano (which also allowed us to admire 👀 the magnificent deer 🦌 of the pine forest 🌳), we entered and ordered immediately a couple of cappuccinos ☕️, a pastry with apples 🍎 and a rice pastry 🥧; the lady at the counter 👩🏻‍🦰 then served us everything via a tray that we independently brought to the table. After a while we then integrated our order with a tea 🫖 and another pastry, namely a fan partly covered in chocolate. Everything was certainly good 😋 and the atmosphere was pleasant given that the structure turns out to be a fairly popular meeting place. In fact, at the table next to us, a passionate 🔥 card game ♠️♥️♦️♣️ was taking place which reminded me of the bars/recreational clubs of the past. On the opposite side, however, another small group was stationed convivially 🍸🥂 in front of the counter. "Singular" was the manager 👩🏻‍🦰, who, when it was time to pay the bill, seemed to have disappeared. At that point, a nice and histrionic customer 👩🏻‍🦳 arrived at the counter explaining to us that the owner 👩🏻‍🦰 would sometimes be absent to look after three little dogs 🐕🐩🐕‍🦺; together we therefore consulted the price list 📋, displayed on the wall, trying to "interpret" the prices written in marker 🖍 (which had been corrected by hand ✍️🏻 but looked like hieroglyphics). At a certain point the manager 👩🏻‍🦰 returned and, without saying a word, allowed us to pay the total of 11 euros 💶, even giving us half a smile 🙂. The episode seemed frankly surreal to me but, ultimately, it made us have fun 😅. The role of the structure is strategic since it is the only bar in Lido di Volano present in the residential area (the others are all located at the beach establishments 🏖). Should the opportunity arise we will be back 👍🏻.

15/03/2025: We asked for some ginger, before but also after... They didn't bring us anything... the second time we were told that they put everything away so they can't take us... but how do you do it????

12/03/2025: We have been regular customers for more than a year, we always go there for the excellent food, unfortunately in the last month someone has made some mistakes, there are always 3 of us (with a 6 year old child) who eats his usual ravioli and that's it, sometimes on the bill we find the children's menu set at €26.90 for 9 ravioli and other times at 13 euros, we never know how much we spend and after asking a waiter while he was giving us the bill he replies that it was based on the height of the child, As good as the food may be, "driving away" customers who have been coming every week for a year makes me feel a little bad.
