10/07/2025: I found a truly excellent place! For less than €10, I had a fantastic toasted sandwich, which, considering the size and quality of the ingredients, is the best toast I've ever eaten... HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

07/07/2025: Local near the Ferrara aqueduct, in via podgora. A fun place, cheerful atmosphere, delicious sandwiches, good gin and tonics. good job! The cocktails? mmm..we'll try again next time, undrinkable mix for the bloody mary, exaggeration in the vodka, the typical hot spices absent, I would say that you really shouldn't offer a service if you don't pay attention to the balances that are essential to do certain things. shame

26/08/2025: Simple and authentic place with super fair prices. They're really very serious! P.S. 5 minutes from Ferrara Sud, in case you want to stop off somewhere other than a service station. Highly recommended.

24/08/2025: We spent an evening with friends in the middle of summer, but unfortunately it wasn't a good one. The place was very hot, even though the atmosphere seemed to be lively (maybe there aren't many?), the fact is that we suffered from the heat the entire evening. The pizzas weren't very good, and were definitely made in a hurry. Unfortunately, the evening at this restaurant didn't go well at all.

23/05/2025: A Ferrara per lavoro cerchiamo e troviamo a Gaibana questo ristorante consigliati dalla Guida Michelin(che di solito sbaglia poco).Abbiamo mangiamo molto bene, buono L'antipasto caldo e ottimo il primo (una pasta fatta in casa con le Cannocchie),per finire con un budino al cioccolato squisito.ottima anche la lista dei vini.Gentilissima Veronica che ci ha accompagnato fino al grappino finale.buono anche il rapporto qualita'-prezzo.TORNEREMO.

11/05/2025: La sera aperitivo, questa mattina colazione : ottima esperienza. Per chi deve adattare la propria alimentazione ai problemi legati a glutine e lattosio è una eccellente opportunità. Qui trovi servizio di panetteria, caffetteria/bar, pasticceria, ristorazione. Ottimi i prodotti, il loro assortimento, la presentazione ; cortese e paziente il personale nelle illustrazioni e spiegazioni. Il locale è gradevole, con una distesa all' esterno nella parte posteriore. È vero che i prezzi non sono economici ma sappiamo bene che questi prodotti e le materie prime per crearli hanno costi superiori a quelli di chi utilizza le "materie standard" : per noi Promosso !

14/07/2025: The food was acceptable, nothing extraordinary. Terrible service from the owner. He got very upset because at the checkout we were deciding to pay part of the amount in cash. He yelled at us and told us we were wasting his time! They changed the menu price by 20 euros, claiming we had modified an order. Conclusion: don't go there! There are better places in Ferrara. And with polite owners. Tourists should be respected!

25/07/2025: We went into this fry shop after reading the reviews... looks can be deceiving, because we ate very well. We ordered mixed fried fish and octopus and potato salad, all freshly made. The mixed fried fish was very good, but the octopus was even better; very soft and super flavorful... the only thing is, if you're not a garlic fan, ask for a little less because it's quite heavy. I definitely recommend it.

13/07/2025: A very kind lady who prepares excellent fried foods and equally excellent spaghetti with clams. Large quantities at competitive prices. Recommended.

13/07/2025: After an hour of waiting, four out of five pizzas arrived. The fifth never arrived because we decided to get up and go pay. The pizzas were badly topped (even with the wrong ingredients) and undercooked. When it came time to get the bill, we pointed this out to the owner, who didn't even apologize; instead, he told us they'd had problems, and that can happen. Everyone in the dining room was complaining.

13/07/2025: I've always had a good experience at this place, but last night the experience was terrible... endless waiting time, lost and inexperienced waiters, no apologies for the poor service... well, a really bad experience.

29/07/2025: There are places in Italy that leave an indelible memory in our hearts, and Villa Belfiore is one of them. Upon entering, I felt as if I had landed on a wonderful island. The two main farmhouses are surrounded by a vast garden/orchard/forest where nature seems to be at its best. Peace, silence, and harmony surround the guest. This impression is enhanced by the fact that outside the "island" are expanses of cultivated fields and little else. The main farmhouse, undoubtedly the old family home, is furnished with artwork and antique furniture, and is warm and welcoming, just like the two sisters who own it. The rooms are also unique: paintings and rugs make them very welcoming. I particularly enjoyed breakfast: eating fruit from their garden and homemade desserts made me feel at home. You can also dine at the hotel, and surely, if that's what I'm talking about, that too will be a special experience. A place to rest your body and, above all, your soul. Wonderful.

06/08/2025: During my recent visit to Sbirro Gastrotheque, I had the opportunity to experience courteous and attentive service, albeit with a slight delay in execution. Nonetheless, the staff stood out for their customer care. As for the culinary offering, the dish ordered proved to be average in both quality and presentation. The atmosphere deserves particular mention: creative, distinctive, and capable of making the experience pleasantly unique. It should also be noted that, in relation to the service and quality provided, the price-to-quality ratio appeared personally elevated when compared to expectations

15/06/2025: It is easy to be fooled by the external appearance of the Cutty Sark. From the outside, this pub in Lido degli Estensi might not seem particularly inviting. However, do not let appearances put you off!. But the real surprise, for those who love good food, is their fish offer: we had the pleasure of tasting a simply exquisite swordfish and grilled tuna, cooked to perfection and very fresh.. An address to note for those who want to eat well without frills.

25/01/2025: A unique experience. We only went for dinner, hosted by Cristina and her husband, and we absolutely cannot find a flaw in this wonderful evening. The farmhouse atmosphere is wonderful; every single object placed throughout the space is a sign of family and an indelible memory of the couple who run the agriturismo. The ingredients are excellent and prepared with love and expertise. It's also delightful, if you're curious, to savor the history of the recipes. Mis an Place, with hand-embroidered tablecloths, silver cutlery, and countless details, is nothing less than a testament to the hosts' pleasure in hosting you in their home. What might seem like a collection of objects actually tells a story. The story of these two people who have dedicated their lives to creating a unique place, both for its menu (sturgeon and truffles collected personally by them in the adjacent woods) and for its warmth and hospitality.
