03/04/2025: I am a convinced (and fussy) customer of this pastry shop. Formidable for tea time and breakfast, there is space, there is everything to make a good impression. The choice of pasta is right and you always find them fresh, from the beginning to the end of the day. Cream with lots of vanilla, very special mentions: the Chantilly Maritozzi, the croissant pastry, and for me the top... The babà mignon. Strong, alcoholic, aromatic, top!

The owner is extremely kind and generous, the prices are average for the area, seating is limited, and there are no restrooms, but those are available for visitors nearby.

20/06/2025: So...dinner with menu, I wasn't feeling too well and decided to eat a cut of steak with vegetables. The bill of 24 euros made me pay 30 telling me that the 2 glasses of water brought me to the total of 30 I have no words (like the fixed menu (which I didn't take) Beware of the dishonesty of this person

08/06/2025: We went for lunch for our son's baptism and ate a very high quality fish menu, from the raw material to the proposal of tasty and varied recipes. The owner, Mr. Ennio, super helpful and friendly along with all his staff. We will definitely be back!

17/03/2025: We are next door at the motorhome parking lot and had to test what Piadina is. Never heard of it before. And I have to say… we almost missed something. We had one filled with ham and cheese and one with Nutella... now we don't have the emojis to express how we liked it :)) It was absolutely delicious! And super cheap too. Super!

05/03/2025: From Imola I went to Granarolo dell'Emilia to buy Sant'Ilario parma ham (among the best hams ever) from Teddy's butcher's shop. The owner Nicola welcomed me immediately with extreme professionalism and contagious friendliness. He let me taste some of the delicacies available in his shop, making me understand how he definitely focuses on quality and Italian excellence. Wine department equally noteworthy!!! I will be back soon to buy the meat. A warm greeting to Nicola who is certainly now enjoying the successes of his favorite team 👏😉

10/06/2025: We had a great time, very welcoming rustic room. Delicious dinner with home-made products, both tortellini in broth and the second course, also super breakfast and nocino cake to continue the Cammino dell'Unione. Too bad we don't live closer to try other dishes of the cuisine

16/07/2025: A truly welcoming and original place, I had a great time. The staff were incredibly kind; as soon as I sat down, they immediately notified me of the menu change (lasagna), although I wonder why they didn't update it directly on the menu website. The service was very fast; I ordered the Mazzini Dirty Bastard: a well-made, tasty, and filling burger. For dessert, I had a homemade strawberry tart: really good, but... a little tricky to cut with just a fork! It was nice and firm around the edges, and without a knife, when I tried to cut it, it almost flew off and painted a strawberry and cream painting on the wall. 😅 The "problems," however, are just minor ones, like the sauce packets: the mini ones are difficult to open, especially with greasy hands. Nothing that ruined the experience, though. The atmosphere is very cute, with a retro touch; there's even an arcade cabinet at the entrance that's instantly charming! I'll gladly return, highly recommended!

14/07/2025: We had a family dinner and it was a wonderful experience! The crostini were truly delicious, crispy and flavorful. My nephew had a giant burger that left him speechless (and then full 😄). The service was friendly and fast, everyone was very helpful and smiling. We chose an outdoor table, perfect for enjoying the evening with relaxing music and videos in the background, creating a pleasant and peaceful atmosphere. A place where you feel good... and you eat even better!

17/06/2025: Locale storico di Maranello meta di riferimento per gli appassionati del pesce fresco. Il menù è molto completo, dalle crudité, agli antipasti caldi, qualche buon primo e secondi piatti alla griglia o al forno in base alla disponibilità giornaliera. Degni di segnalazione sono il carpaccio di ricciola, la catalana di crostacei, il rombo chiodato e un fritto misto di paranza asciutto e croccante. Carta dei vini completa con ricarichi corretta.

17/06/2025: Excellent all round. Michele greeted us, showed us to our table and took time to explain details of the menu. The food and presentation were superb. This family run business is highly recommended.

27/05/2025: This year too we came to Guiglia for the borlengo festival, but this time too we preferred to eat comfortably in a restaurant. La Lanterna assured us a table for two in the second round, after 2 pm, but at 1:45 pm we were already seated. I'll start by saying that the food was excellent but the service was a bit lacking. We had two borlenghi, a first course divided in two, Lanterna tortelli, a goulash and a sausage with potatoes. The lady who took the orders, took them in her head, because the tablet wasn't working, but she got the first course wrong. As soon as we noticed the mistake and pointed it out, they immediately served us what we had asked for and to make up for it they left us the wrong dish, obviously not making us pay for it. A very appreciable gesture. Then they also forgot to serve the borlenghi... And after a couple of times that we asked for them we were finally able to eat them. Let's say that the service was a bit so-so but for how they behaved and the constant apologies for the mistakes, in addition to the really good food, we are sure that next year we will definitely return!

20/04/2025: The restaurant has recently changed management and the new owners, Miriam and Gabriele, are a real force! Miriam is a dessert wizard and Gabriele is the perfect host: welcoming, attentive and always with a smile. The location is very beautiful, well-kept but with a warm and familiar atmosphere that makes you immediately feel at home. Lunch was excellent: special mention for the roast veal with potatoes, very tender and tasty. In short, a place where you eat well and feel good. Highly recommended!

11/06/2025: Very nice room All mod cons But the best part is having the support of the owner, who knows his city and can advise you on restaurants, beaches, and tourist attractions. Bravo to him.

17/02/2025: The property is located in a strategic position - near the station, on the canal, near a large car park, near the sea, above a restaurant (excellent). the rooms are all very well looked after, equipped with a minibar and all the products necessary for personal care. The best note is the staff. Giacomo, the owner, is a very helpful and kind person. We have been guests of this facility for two years now for work reasons and I can say on behalf of the entire team that we have always had a great time. Behind the professionalism, always impeccable, there is also an important humanity.

01/05/2025: There’s only one word to describe this Trattoria – grandioso! If I lived nearby, it would definitely be my go-to spot. We had two pasta dishes as primi and shared one secondo – everything was absolutely delicious. Thank you for having us!
