09/12/2025: I'm giving it one star because it's the best I can give. I understand that mistakes happen during work, and the mistake itself wouldn't have been a problem. The problem is the superficiality and condescension with which, after numerous reports, a missed order was handled. For a first course at lunch that took over 50 minutes, I think that's a bit absurd.

02/12/2025: Reviewing places like this seems almost impossible to me. This isn't a restaurant... it's an experience. Ours was a gift, I think the best we could have received... The "Espressione" menu (which I highly recommend) was a journey of discovery into the studios of Chef Luca Marchini, who, accompanied by his drawings, gave us an even deeper understanding of how he thinks and creates his works of art. The wine pairings were always very relevant to the dishes we were offered. I recommend this menu to anyone willing to try completely new and unexpected flavors; otherwise, the more traditional menu will suit you (I assume that's also delicious). The staff was very kind and competent. The atmosphere was very refined. I definitely want to return here in my life; it's a magical place in the center of Modena.

09/11/2025: We stopped by by chance and made a reservation half an hour in advance. A true Emilian trattoria, with magnificent tortellini, not to mention the crescentine and gnocco fritto. The chicken cacciatore is superb. Thanks to the trattoria manager for introducing me to Borlengo. Oh my goodness, how delicious! Quick, friendly, and very kind service (typically Emilian). Go there!

04/02/2025: A marvel of courtesy and cuisine

19/10/2025: While visiting friends, they introduced us to this fabulous restaurant—even its name suggests it. The exterior is simple, but once you enter, something enchants you, a little minimalist, just the way I like it. The young waiter welcomed us warmly and attentively. While we waited to be served, they brought us a small sample of the house, which was a lovely surprise, especially since not everyone gets it. We started with the Fantasia appetizer, a delight for the taste buds and a delicacy for the palate. But what about the first courses? My "Strozzapreti" were sublime, followed by the "Cappelletti with clams," all strictly homemade, and finally the "Risotto alla Pescatora," excellent. The portions were generous, so much so that we asked to take the rest home. We moved straight on to dessert because there wasn't enough room for it. Some people had the "Crema Catalana," others the "Zuppa Inglese," and then the "Coffee or Lemon Sorbet," all excellent. The kind people stopped by often to check if everything was okay, and even the chef made a rounds. I think it can only be recommended. Congratulations, you're truly well done.

02/11/2025: Expensive, but not exceptional quality. Very Neapolitan in flavor, with liqueur everywhere, including the Sicilian ricotta pastries. Honestly, I've never come across cannoli with liqueur, especially in Sicily. If you "revisit" pastries, it should be declared, because then you go, spend a lot of money, and find nothing tasty. I won't be going back.

30/11/2025: Welcoming, warm, good cocktails

23/11/2025: It used to be a true gem of Bologna's nightlife: in a gorgeous neighborhood, run by passionate young people with a desire to create cocktails worthy of the name. Today, unfortunately, Ruggine has been transformed by the "new Bologna," effectively becoming pure sham. The staff is rude, busy with stage moves to make you believe they're making the cocktail of a lifetime, only to then serve it in a plastic cup at an exorbitant price. Inside, every movement outside the norm seems almost "monitored": I've never felt so uncomfortable, not even in a barracks. The passion that once distinguished this place has transformed into a passion for profit. Too bad. As far as I'm concerned, never again.

03/12/2025: Beautiful evening, excellent food, top-notch service, and the cuisine is a force of nature. Kudos to the staff. If you need a taxi back to the hotel, don't ask at the restaurant because it can be incredibly difficult. I'm telling you from experience: I think they collaborate, but I won't go into specifics, otherwise you'll end up in jail. Do a Google search and call the first available taxi in Misano, not a sponsored one, or whoever you want, but do it yourself! (Avoid NCCs because they have hidden prices and are deceptive.)

25/10/2025: I was hoping for better. The atmosphere is beautiful, you're on the beach, and the staff are very friendly and professional. I can't say I had a bad meal, but I expected more. I tried many other nearby restaurants this summer, and let's just say that among all the ones I've tried, I wouldn't put this one in the top 5. However, the wine list is excellent, and the seafood menu is nice. The mussels Taranto-style were a disappointment. The bill was a little high for what we ate.

28/10/2025: Excellent value for money. The pizza is typically thin-crust, and I really like it. Good availability. Friendly, fast service. Reservations are not accepted for groups of less than 4 people, so you'll always find a place to eat if you wait a reasonable amount of time.

30/11/2025: The food was good, with excellent first courses. There were a few service issues, but nothing serious (it was busy on a Sunday evening).

16/11/2025: Recommended for those who don't know what to eat...meat, fish, pizza, everything is good, so whatever you choose, you can't go wrong.
