16/12/2025: I've been there for different occasions and at different times. I've always found the organization excellent; the food, besides being good and carefully prepared, is suitable for different occasions. The varied menu is perfect in my opinion.
Excellent wines, very kind but not intrusive staff.
I miss the roasted eggplant and baba ganoush, but it does you credit considering it's not in season.
Everything is always top-notch.

The atmosphere was very friendly, and Samuel puts all his effort and empathy into making every customer feel comfortable.
We stopped in for a quick lunch, and I think we'll continue to come to try all the dishes (on the menu and especially off-menu).

01/01/2026: You never cease to amaze us. Always fresh dough and endless toppings. This time I tried the piadina with gratinated vegetables, burrata, and lemon zest—truly excellent! It's a shame there aren't any indoor tables for the winter. However, when the weather starts to warm up, the outdoor ones are incredibly popular.

06/01/2026: It's a gray, cold day, so what could be better than lunch with friends in a historic trattoria?
Everything was superb, and we devoured the appetizer without feeling heavy. For the first course, we had the anolini in brodo, which, in my humble opinion, I would have preferred with a more robust broth, not to say capon, but with a more decisive flavor, but excellent nonetheless. We had the tagliolini with truffle and the gnocchi with ragù, all excellent.
For the second course? Nothing, we were full.
The bill was good.
The service was exceptional.

27/08/2025: A small piadina shop in Bologna, serving artisanal bread (and you can taste its deliciousness) with a wide selection of piadinas—perhaps too wide! It's a bit difficult to read all the post-its with the daily specials and the menu.
The piadinas had good, fresh ingredients. The place is very simple, and in the summer, it tends to get a bit warm without air conditioning. There are tables with stools if you want to eat in. The owner is very kind and friendly. I'll definitely be back!

The food is all delicious. A few carefully crafted dishes. The desserts are spectacular. Local wines and champagne. All the staff are kind and professional. The owner is incredible: you can tell he loves what he does. The restaurant is also very well-kept. The table setting with antique dishes is fantastic. We can't wait to return.

31/01/2026: We stumbled upon this restaurant by chance, seven of us. The service was wonderful. The pizzas were delicious, and they served us in Spanish, which was much appreciated. I highly recommend it.
16/01/2026: I had dinner at Saraceno restaurant last night with two friends and it was a truly wonderful experience.
The location is beautiful, well-kept, and pleasant, ideal for enjoying the evening.
I chose the fish dishes and found them excellent: well-balanced flavors, excellent quality, and meticulously prepared. I was also impressed by the combinations they offered, original and well-executed.
The service was also excellent: a special mention to the waitress who looked after us at our table, always attentive and present, capable of making us feel pampered without ever being intrusive. She was excellent at explaining the dishes and very friendly.
Highly recommended!
