We had a wonderful meal in this delightful typical restaurant. I loved the decor which maintained its old style charm and created a warm, friendly atmosphere. As a group we had generous antipastas not just with a selection of cold cuts and local cheeses but with warm melt-in-the-mouth cheese soufflés in a broccoli sauce. Excellent pasta with proper ragù was followed by a light tiramisù. All of thus including wine water and coffee came to 25 euros a head. Needless to say I thoroughly recommend this hidden treasure.

If you go to Forlì for any reason you cannot miss eating here. Everything's perfect. But remember to book.

a small, warm, welcoming and refined place in its own way. We have already been there more than once because the menu offers particular dishes and we would like to try them all! Traditional recipes are proposed, reworked with extreme refinement but without losing the good taste of our local cuisine. I recommend booking because of the seats they are limited.

The homemade pasta and tortellini were special, the place is small but deserves to be known for the delights it offers and the friendliness and efficiency of the managers!

Ci sono andato questa estate spinto dalle buone recensioni, purtroppo temo di aver beccato la serata sbagliata. Eravamo in 3 e abbiamo ordinato 2 antipasto, 2 primi e 3 secondi. Gli antipasti arrivarono subito, purtroppo tra gli antipasti e i primi passò penso almeno un’ora e mezza con conseguente scazzo e il fatto che la fame fosse passata. Ovviamente essendo anche tardi, chiedemmo di togliere i secondi che avevamo ordinato. Lo staff del ristorante ovviamente si scusò per l’accaduto ma ancora oggi non so bene come sia possibile non consegnare un piatto di pasta in 90 minuti, anche perché comunque non é che abbiano chissà quanti coperti. Serata sfortunata diciamo

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo,a partire Dagli antipasti Dino ad arrivare ai dolci. Ambiente molto famigliare,ottimo il servizio sempre attento e gentile.

La Vecia Cantena D'la Pre'

27/03/2024: I am from Romagna but have been transplanted to Veneto for 30 years, a return to my native lands and a lunch with my wife at Vecia Cantena D'La Pre'. We took simple dishes, dishes from my childhood. A bruschetta, excellent in everything, from the right "searing" of the bread to the mix of flavours, a tagliatelle with wild boar ragu, rough, generously seasoned, thick and cooked... like my mother's, I was moved. Finally, a tasting of cheeses, among which a 30-month pit-matured cheese stood out, and this is where they brought us piadina and piaVina, an evolution invented by chef Barbara, you can't tell the pairing with the cheeses, you can only taste it . All while drinking a Sangiovese... well, it was born as a cellar, granted it was up to par. Lastly, the price is very honest. P.S. A special thanks to the guys in the room, kind and smiling, a joy

01/04/2024: Excellent dinner with excellent food. Fast service and very friendly staff. Be careful with the portions which are generous. Really excellent value for money: 5 adults and 3 children 150 euros, from starter to dessert including drinks (obviously we didn't take everything for 8, but in the end there was even something left over!!)
17/03/2024: Always very satisfied with having lunch in this restaurant, helpful staff, panoramic location, delicious Romagna cuisine at very honest prices 😊we recommend booking!
