15/11/2025: The pizza is simply divine: light, perfectly cooked, made with excellent ingredients. A product that deserves applause, awards, and perhaps even a monument. Truly, one of the best doughs I've ever tasted: delicate, balanced, made with a skill rarely encountered. And then... there's the owner. An attitude so arrogant, crude, and presumptuous it's speechless. Instead of welcoming customers, he seems intent on turning them away with brusque manners, rude responses, and an approach completely devoid of logic and common sense. It's as if he considers courtesy optional, and rudeness a calling card. The quality of the pizza borders on excellence; the quality of the human interaction, however, plummets to embarrassing levels. A contrast so stark that it leaves a bitter taste in the mouth more than any ingredient. An absolute talent in the kitchen... accompanied by behavior that to call inappropriate is an elegant kindness.

18/10/2025: The pizza is decent, but the rest leaves much to be desired. The owner is arrogant, and the waiters ignore you even if you call them repeatedly. We waited an hour for a pizza (on a Saturday), with no explanation or apology. The desserts were awful. We won't be returning.

Service: The staff is very friendly and helpful. We were greeted immediately, and the wait was short even during busy hours. The service is attentive without being intrusive. They are good at recommending pizzas and menu options. Menu: The pizza is the star of the show: light, well-leavened dough, fresh, high-quality toppings. A good selection of classic and specialty pizzas, with some very interesting creative options, are also available. Appetizers, fried foods, and homemade desserts are also available. The drinks menu is simple but comprehensive, with craft beers and traditional soft drinks. Bill: Prices are fair and in line with the quality offered. A pizza, a drink, and perhaps a dessert make for a perfectly balanced bill. Excellent value for money. 20/12/2025: A truly awful and disappointing experience at the Parco delle Fortificazioni in Capua. The concept of the place might be interesting, but unfortunately the organization leaves much to be desired. After sitting down and waiting a long time without receiving any attention, with slow and unclear service, we decided to get up and leave without even eating. The atmosphere was unwelcoming and there was a complete lack of customer service. A real shame, because the place has potential, but as it stands, it's not worth the time or the visit.

20/01/2026: I'm sorry to say this, but the restaurant truly fell short of our expectations. Three sandwiches arrived with the wrong meat; given our extreme hunger, we didn't send them back and ate them anyway, but pointed out the mistake. The waitress apologized and said she'd offer us dessert. We ordered three, but in the end, only one was offered. Unfortunately, the tiramisu was also terrible: extremely sour and dense cream, dry biscuit. A decidedly negative experience. We won't be returning.

10/01/2026: A simple, unpretentious place. It was so cold it made you congested. The food was questionable. I had a steak that wasn't suitable for the grill, but rather for making ragù! The much-lauded cutlet was tender but salty. The appetizers, bread, and wine were good.

16/10/2025: A place that will accommodate us for a night of delayed flight. Very nicely decorated rooms, a bit small, but comfortable overall. Everything is clean and well-equipped. Delicious and fresh breakfast. It is also quite varied compared to other 4-star hotels. Cool beach club, but quite expensive to enter. The staff is charming - courteous and welcoming.

24/01/2026: Terrible! We booked a table for five at 8:30 PM for dinner at 10:30 PM after two reminders, especially with two children, including a 7-month-old baby. The most disgusting thing?!? The owner at the register, as a consolation, rounded up our bill from 91 euros to 90 euros without even apologizing for the poor service. Never again.

24/12/2025: The pizza is excellent, the dough is well-leavened and very digestible. The fried foods are good.

04/10/2025: What a shame! The dough wasn't bad, rolled out well, and the "rot i carr" (rot i carr) was so lacking in organization. I ordered takeout pizzas at 7:52 PM. They told me it would be a 40-minute wait, but they delivered them at 9:26 PM. Was it worth the wait? Definitely not. The pizzas were burnt (the pizza chef threw chunks of wood into the oven just before taking them out), and they handed me (recycling) a portion of cold fries that came out at 9 PM for another customer who then didn't pick them up. They lost a customer!

16/11/2025: We visited this place on Sunday with my family, and I have to say that the place is well-kept and the owner is very friendly. The staff and service aren't the best, but with a fixed menu, you can't expect better given the crowds and the speed with which the portions are served. The food was good overall, but some portions arrived cold. I recommend visiting this place once, again, considering the price and the owner's hospitality.

29/12/2025: Excellent cuisine, dishes crafted with attention to detail. The atmosphere is welcoming, the service attentive and friendly: you truly feel at home. Highly recommended! I recommend everyone try the seaweed fritters, which are so rare in restaurants these days!
