Excellent facility with many amenities and helpful staff, free on-site parking, and a beautiful beach. There's nothing around except other hotels and beaches. A great place to relax and shut out the world. 😊

I've been to Cumeja several times and will continue to return. My advice, if work and commitments allow, is to choose less crowded days, especially avoiding Sundays and the months of July and August. It may seem obvious, but when you spend a bit above average, you also expect top-notch service, which is easier to guarantee during less crowded periods. The Mediterranean restaurant is truly excellent: I've now tried almost the entire menu, and there isn't a dish I wouldn't recommend. I also stayed at the hotel for a weekend and found the breakfast to be good, with fresh products and attentive service. If I had to suggest an improvement, I'd say more customer service from the staff at the entrance. Sometimes, the focus is more on policies than on the potential for customer service, especially with large groups or repeat customers, for whom a few exceptions might encourage more frequent returns. A simple example: offering a coffee at breakfast to a guest arriving before 9:30, when the beach bar is still closed, seems like a basic hotel gesture. Similarly, with rates around €150 per night, a complimentary bottle of water in the room would be a minimal but much-appreciated touch.

We were there for a wedding. We didn't stay at tge hotel but the food was excellent and staff very friendly and helpful.

We stayed at this beach club with our families. Highly recommended for couples and families. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. The restaurant is very sophisticated, serving traditional dishes. Thanks to all the staff, who were extremely kind and always ready to accommodate our needs. Special thanks to Mauro for the food and Paola for our cocktails. Overall, a spectacular and well-organized place. We'll be back for our anniversary.
