23/05/2025: I visited for lunch, maybe people in this area don't usually have lunch at a restaurant, it was only us and the restaurant looked not prepared to have us, despite being opened. When you walk in there were no greetings and we felt very out of place immediately, no music, no menu, when asked she tells me to find it on instagram. They could not speak an ounce of english and they didn't try, also it seemed english speaking customers scared them aswell. The menu is very small which made it difficult to decide, also with menus that take 15mins and 25mins to prepare (as mentioned on the menu). On the photos I thought the venue looked cosy and quirky but in reality it looked old and unkept. Despite all this luckily the food was good. And for the finale, we went to pay after eating, they only turn on their eftpos machine when we asked to pay. So we were standing there for 2 mins at the counter, them saying it would take another 4 mins to be ready got me to pay in cash. The bill being 32€ I handed 35€(expecting 3€ change) the lady suddenly bows and thanks me 3€ worth only verbally. I didn't think I was tipping. But oh wells its only 3€.. honestly, I don't think i will be back.

12/05/2025: Very rustic place with vintage furnishings, very friendly and welcoming family management. The food is good and the prices are modest. Advised.

07/09/2025: Let me start by saying this is my first time here. My boyfriend and I ordered a Margherita pizza and a panuozzo. The Margherita had a burnt taste, so we moved on to the panuozzo and asked the girl not to add mushrooms or spicy sauce. Meanwhile, we sat outside while we waited. After a few minutes, the girl came out and told us she didn't have enough peppers, so we swapped them for eggplant. Ultimately, the panuozzo had peppers, mushrooms, and spicy sauce. Be careful when you work. I definitely won't be back.

01/11/2025: Terrible experience, we ordered 2 scarparielli and when the bucatino arrived at the table it was raw and the sauce was acidic, not to mention the appetizer. Furthermore, the prices are sky-high, I absolutely do not recommend it.

06/01/2026: One of my favorite bars for aperitivo. Good food, great prices. I also had pizza a while ago, and it was good and light. Just one thing: in my opinion, the music inside is often too loud, making it difficult to talk.

25/12/2025: What Caldarelli sold me as an artisanal chocolate croissant is a complete rip-off. It's clear from the photo: dry dough, coarsely flaky pastry, practically nonexistent chocolate filling, just a few random streaks. It's not a chocolate croissant: it's a hollow croissant with a distant hint of cocoa. We're talking about a very well-known café that prides itself on making artisanal products. If this is artisanal, then there's a serious problem. A product like this is unacceptable at any price, let alone €1.60. High price, extremely low quality. Embarrassing value for money. Customers come in expecting a certain standard, especially when the name is well-known and the image is well-groomed. Here, however, they leave feeling ripped off. And no, it's not a matter of taste: it's a question of commercial honesty. If you call it a "chocolate croissant," the chocolate must actually be there. I hate to say it, but this experience completely undermines my confidence. A place like this should be self-critical, because those who pay have every right to expect real quality, not just marketing and inflated prices.

18/09/2025: Excellent panini, truly a meeting place for a high-quality sandwich with excellent ingredients. I recommend trying their specialties.

13/08/2025: If you're from a very low social class, it's a more than fine restaurant. I order a mussel soup A croquette A portion of marinated anchovies A Coke, a bottle of water, and half a jug of wine I get a mussel soup (€15) and a mixed appetizer (€3) (a croquette, two fritters, and a bruschetta). He had the barbaric nerve to ask me for €35 without a receipt with prices listed, like in the Middle Ages, verbally. After asking for a detailed price (which ultimately wasn't possible because he didn't write down the drinks anywhere), we arrived at €26, and to take the €30 home, he added a random €4 service charge.

02/11/2025: The location is very nice, I didn't know this place even though I'm from the area but I had never been there. All in all we had a good time, maybe the service was a little slow but oh well also a bit our fault for taking a long time to decide. Very kind staff.

23/11/2025: The products are certainly good, and it's the only place of its kind in Aversa. The downside is that the place is tiny, and to save space they've created a sort of open veranda, which lets in air and gets freezing. It might be helpful to close the veranda and install some heaters. It's worth noting that they charge €1 per person for service, which in my opinion is literally an excuse for an unjustified surcharge. Overall, the prices are high for what they offer.
