04/03/2026: If you're passing through Vairano for the night, perhaps in the Caianello or Riardo area, stop at this lovely bistro where the buffalo mozzarella is truly excellent. I recommend it with the top-quality vegetables you can find at the counter. The friendliness and reasonable prices contribute to a truly excellent experience.

05/11/2025: Everything was closed on the outskirts of Caivano. So we stopped at this place, which besides selling mozzarella also serves as a restaurant and takeout. After a quick look at the menu, where first courses averaged around €12-14, while second courses seemed really expensive for the area, we decided to go for pre-cooked dishes. Orecchiette with broccoli, pasta with sausage and mushrooms, and a cutlet with peppers. Everything was decent.

13/01/2026: This bar could easily be featured in an episode of Operation N.A.S., and anyone who wants to understand will understand. It's all a bit obscene, starting with the pastry shop and ending with the hot drinks section. It's a shame because the owner is very friendly and polite, and also because the location is enviable, but this is truly level 0.

07/09/2025: We stopped with a group of friends at this pizzeria, which despite its slightly "spartan" appearance, is delicious. The kids had a really well-stocked mixed fried fish (the fries were delicious). We had pizzas with truly delicious ingredients. The salami and ricotta filling I had were truly delicious. It's a shame the dough was a bit heavy, but I repeat, the ingredients were truly delicious. Those in the group who had the saltimbocca were very happy. I tried a piece myself and it was really good. The gluten-free pizza option is excellent. As for the service, it seemed a bit slow on a less crowded evening. In short, a good pizzeria, very good value (prices within everyone's reach), but I would make the place more welcoming.

30/04/2026: I'd like to point out that I could write several negative reviews about this facility, but in this case, I'd like to express MY opinion about a specific doctor (IF YOU CAN CALL HER THAT). GIUSEPPINA DE FALCO!!! "A terrible experience from a human perspective. I contacted the "doctor" to report my health condition (uncommon side effects) following the treatment she prescribed, but I was treated with a total lack of empathy and professionalism. I find it unacceptable that a doctor would address a patient in such a rude and disrespectful manner, especially during a time of fragility."

23/04/2026: Congratulations on the speed with which I was seen. The doctor on duty was very conscientious and had me do all the necessary tests before discharging me within a few hours. Thank you.

27/07/2025: If you don't speak Italian, you'd better not eat here! We walked in, got a table, and a friendly waitress. We ordered drinks and went to look at the menu. So far, so good. Within a few minutes, she comes back. She asks if we know what we want. She gives us some explanation in Italian. We ask for a little more time. There is a small card with an antipasti menu. And there is a menu with various types of meat. Nothing else, no side dishes or anything like that. Very quickly, she comes back to ask again. I find her quite pushy. I ask for more explanation. According to her, the Black Angus meat is good. And a kilo for 2 people. 12 euros. Per person, you think. So okay, go ahead. Later she comes back with a huge piece of meat. Look, that’s the one.... In the meantime, I continue searching the menu online. And I see Black Angus listed: 200 grams 24. And I start thinking. Walk to the cashier, to the waitress, and ask if it's 12.- per kilo or per 100 grams. She types something into the cash register and shows a total of well over 129.-! So I say: no, no, I'm not going to pay that!! She says no, you get a discount. It comes to 89.- now. Uhm no, I'm not going to pay that for meat either!! Yes, says her colleague, but it's already on the grill. That's none of my business. We put down 10.- for drinks and left. As was said earlier. These are scams!!! So be warned

23/05/2025: We had two pizzas as an appetizer, which were truly excellent. As a second course, we were recommended a Black Angus steak, over 6 cm thick. A few minutes later, it was served at the table...not rare, but raw. Even on the hot stone, it was difficult to eat. The receipt, however, informed us of the price of the meat: €122 per kg. I won't add anything else.

28/04/2026: The owner and staff are very friendly. The quality is average, the prices are reasonable. We'll be back.

18/04/2026: Honestly, there are better places. The waiter was quite rude and sneaky. He said there is not wine glasses, only bottles, but in fact he served two glasses to the table next to us. The food was was ok, not great, and in the end the bill was inflated. Tourist price!

Location The restaurant is located in a charming and characteristic setting, consistent with the village atmosphere. However, some aspects of the interior, particularly the restrooms, left me perplexed: access is dimly lit and not very easy, and the general maintenance of the bathrooms could be improved. Some details in the furnishings don't convey a sense of adequate care. 2. Service The service was rather disorganized. The staff, while helpful, seemed to struggle with requests: some orders didn't arrive or were replaced without clear communication (for example, wine by the glass instead of the bottle, bread requested several times but delivery was difficult). Drinks were also not always served in the best conditions. Overall, the timing and handling of requests could be improved. 3. Menu We chose a €25 fixed menu, but it didn't seem worth the price. • Appetizer: Very simple portion of cured meats, with a limited variety compared to what was expected. • First courses: Some dishes were unavailable and were substituted. The preparations were very simple and not always convincing, both in terms of cooking and seasoning. • Second courses: The meat was overall decent, but the preparations were lacking in flavor. Again, some requests, such as salt, were not immediately met. • Side dishes: French fries were very heavy and probably not freshly prepared. • Desserts: Small portions and quality below expectations for a set menu. 4. Timing The experience was very long, with significant waits between courses. We sat at the table for several hours for a full menu. Conclusion Overall, the experience was not satisfactory for the price paid and expectations.
