18/09/2025: I've been to Pizzeria Basilico and I must say the experience was truly amazing. The pizza is authentic, with a light and digestible dough that reveals all the care and passion put into its preparation. One detail that makes all the difference is the use of a pre-ferment, which gives the base its aroma, structure, and unique flavor. Even though they don't use a wood-fired oven, their Neapolis oven perfectly reproduces the typical Neapolitan high-temperature cooking: a well-developed crust, soft on the inside and slightly crispy on the outside, just as tradition dictates. Plus, I ordered the pizza to go and I must emphasize the staff's great helpfulness: they were kind and waited for me even after closing time, a gesture that demonstrates professionalism and customer care. My compliments, because here you can sense attention to every step, from the dough rising to the final baking. A pizzeria definitely worth trying and recommending!

27/08/2025: The pizza was good, but they allow smoking outside between the tables. It was awful, I had to eat with a nauseating cigarette smell under my nose.

11/10/2025: I placed an order on Just Eat at 7:00 PM and set delivery for 8:30 PM. I live a 5-minute drive from the pizzeria. Just Eat said it would be delivered at 8:55 PM. I called several times and received an answer twice. Both times, I was told "10 minutes to go" or "it's the next one out," without even apologizing for the delay. The order arrived at 10:20 PM.

10/10/2025: I ordered via the app. Delivery was 45 minutes late...unfortunately, I found an unwanted ingredient in the pizza, some strips of plastic (definitely from the packaging of some other pizza ingredient) that I found while chewing... A real shame, because up until that point I was enjoying a very good pizza...

26/07/2025: It was a pleasant discovery. Modern pizza dough, one of the most digestible. The pizza was really good. Outdoor seating is always welcome in the summer. Fair prices. The only shame is that street parking is a bit limited. Definitely worth a try.

26/04/2025: Clean premises...Delicious pizza..quiet atmosphere..excellent service..friendly and polite staff. Friendly owner who I thank for having also hosted my Pincher who was able to celebrate my birthday with me and my husband. We ate a delicious pizza and spent a special evening. 🥰 I highly recommend. Very good prices. We will happily return!

A fixed menu lunch is NOT to be missed. * CURED MEATS APPETIZER: 2 SLICES OF VERY SALTY PROSCIUTTO, 2 SLICES OF COPPA, 4 GREEN OLIVES, AND A HANDFUL OF THE WORST BRAND OF EGGPLANTS * TAGLIATELLE WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS, MADE WITH MORE THAN A BROTH SAUCE * PORK WITH PORCINI MUSHROOMS (SO TOUGH I ALMOST LOST A TOOTH) NO DESSERT, NO FRUIT FOR THE MODEST PRICE OF €45 PER PERSON The icing on the cake: at 4:00 PM, after we'd finished, we were informed that the shuttle bus that takes the children into the woods to collect chestnuts had stopped running. I don't want to say anything else, just AVOID IT...
