We found this pizzeria by chance, not being from the area. The outdoor space is small but very pleasant even though it faces the street, the service is quite attentive and kind and the bill is really cheap. The only flaw I found was in the food. Good Montanara, pasta omelette with pistachio and mortadella not exceptional and a little cold heart, fried served without any absorbent paper but placed directly in metal jars, originally intended for seedlings. The thing that disappointed me most was the pizza fried, inside which I didn't find provola but mozzarella and also whole slices of Naples and cooked salami (which don't go in fried pizza). The Margherita is average, the flavor of the hamburger sandwich is not good.

We found them by chance on the map and I must say that we left happy. We chose two Panuozzi, they were really super abundant, in fact we were full. My sandwich was with hamburger, provola and pistachio cream (although I preferred more inside). The staff was very courteous and the environment really felt like "at home".

17/01/2024: ATTENZIONE ORA È UNA PIZZERIA Cottura ha cambiato menù ed offerta. Oggi sicuramente una delle o LA miglior pizzeria sul territorio Aversano, assolutamente da provare. ANTIPASTI: Consiglio assolutamente un assaggio delle frittatine, di così buone non ne avevo mai mangiate, sono il vero plus. PIZZE: Assolutamente da provare quelle a ruota di carro o la “carcioffola”, sicuramente la mia preferita. Il vero consiglio in realtà è fare un giropizza e provarne quante più possibili. SERVIZIO: è sempre pronto e gentile non ho mai avuto problemi nelle svariate volte in cui sono andato. COMMENTO: Ho letto recensioni negative, ma anche in passato, quando era ristorante non ho mai riscontrato problemi e i piatti proposti sono sempre stati una enorme scoperta genuina, davvero non capisco, immagino siano andati in giornate particolarmente piene.
22/12/2023: I went to this place for dinner for the first time and to be honest I was extremely satisfied with the experience. Impeccable service and refined, quality products. I won't hesitate to go back.

22/03/2024: You can't help but give this place your all, I've been promising to go and eat in this place for years and I finally did it and I was satisfied with the experience. Refined dishes and very fresh products. Obviously you can't help but expect this from a former Michelin star. Excellent culinary experience and super attentive service to any need. We also spoke with Marziale, an exquisite and friendly person, ready to comment on my not entirely successful version of her tagliolini ball.
18/03/2024: Fantastic experience, superlative food, very polite and super helpful staff. chef Rosanna Marziale, an exceptional woman with whom I had the honor and privilege of having a chat at the end of the meal. I was left speechless ❤️
