02/06/2026: I stopped in at this trattoria to try the "scarpariello" and I have to say it exceeded my expectations; the pan-fried anchovies and the pizza were also delicious. What's even better is the location beneath Trajan's Arch, where you can feel the historic atmosphere of Benevento. Prices are average; reservations are recommended.

13/05/2026: Excellent experience at Traiano. Perfect location just a few meters from Trajan's Arch, one of Benevento's most important monuments. Warm welcome. Kind and professional staff. Excellent food, especially the Genovese and Scarpariello. Delicious meat dishes, with a wide selection of side dishes. Everything was delicious. Recommended.

The menu was appreciated by all the guests for its quality, variety, and originality. But what draws me back to this location each time is the service: the ability to listen, perfectly understand the client's needs, and transform them into reality. A must-have for anyone looking to organize an event with meticulous attention to every detail. Highly recommended!

The setting is welcoming, immersed in nature, and characterized by a quiet and relaxing atmosphere, ideal for those wishing to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. The cuisine offers authentic flavors from the Benevento area. I enjoyed excellent fusilli with eggplant and roast beef with potatoes, both prepared with great care. The extensive appetizer menu was also very popular, offering a variety of traditional local specialties, all made with fresh, quality ingredients. The chef's attention to detail in selecting the ingredients and preparing each course was clearly evident. 03/05/2026: A very disappointing experience. The only good thing was the platter; everything else was terrible. We ordered two first courses, and after over a half-hour wait, the pasta arrived completely raw and inedible. We sent them back to have them remade, but they came back exactly the same: still raw, so much so that the pasta stuck between our teeth. So we left everything on our plate. When it came time to get the bill, the person behind the counter, presumably the manager, didn't even apologize for what happened. No attention to the customer, no gesture to make amends, just a completely useless €2 discount. Furthermore, we were presented with an incorrect bill, with items we never ordered, charging us about €6 more. We realized this later and had to return. A negative experience from every perspective. We won't be returning.

28/04/2026: Lunch on April 26, 2026, with the family. We chose this agriturismo based on the reviews. The 25th and 26th had a fixed-price menu. We were completely satisfied! The farmhouse is delightful and well-maintained, nestled on the edge of the forest and offering a spectacular view. Despite the so-called "fixed-price menu," the dishes were sublime, with excellent flavors and taste, and generous portions... starting with the appetizer, two first courses, the main course, and dessert... a homemade tiramisu that I hadn't had in a long time. The property also offers overnight accommodations for those looking to spend a relaxing weekend in Faicchio and the surrounding area. The Telese Thermal Baths are a quarter of an hour away by car.

It's a shame the prices are exorbitant (5 appetizers, 2 first courses, 2 meat-based main courses, fried calamari/shrimp, 3 side dishes, and 3 desserts) = €230.00 (€45.00 per person).

13/10/2025: I decided to celebrate my wedding. I'm sorry, but I was very, very disappointed. The food was good, but there was very little willingness to accommodate the customer, especially when it came to the decorations. In our case, the wait staff was unprepared and underqualified.

28/09/2025: We went on September 27, 2025, three of us—my husband, myself, and my 14-year-old daughter—for my birthday, and we had a fantastic time! The rooms were perfect, compared to other hotels... when you woke up, you went downstairs and found a breakfast that was WOW! Croissants, tarts, and for those who prefer a savory breakfast, too! What can I say? A gorgeous hotel, with a pool in the back for relaxing, delicious food, and for the price, it's excellent—in fact, magnificent! The staff were especially kind, and we extend our compliments to the chef!!! Highly recommended!

12/05/2026: The idea isn't new, but it always makes an impression. Umberto and Antonella offer something different and interesting: pizzas made with sulphurous water, truly delicious. We chose a calzone and an ortolana. But there's so much more. The atmosphere is unique, as is the opportunity to sample carefully prepared local dishes paired with excellent wines, presented by Antonella herself, who is also a renowned sommelier. Recommended for refined palates and those who appreciate authenticity.

03/05/2026: I went to this restaurant with my girlfriend and we had a house antipasto, delicious tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms, and, to top it all off, a sliced ​​beef with porcini mushrooms. Even though the menu wasn't very extensive, the dishes were all delicious, so much so that I don't have any photos to post because we ate everything before we could even get our phones out. A truly positive experience.
