23/04/2026: Zi' Nicolina's restaurant was a wonderful surprise, discovered by chance in the heart of the Apennines between Campania and Puglia. It's a beautiful place, highly recommended. The restaurant is new and well-kept, and the food is excellent, almost all cooked in a wood-fired oven.
The staff were all friendly and professional, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. I'd pass by that area just to go back to Zia Nicolina's.

26/04/2026: Truly spectacular food, with authentic, old-fashioned flavors. The owner, who also serves, is incredibly kind and welcoming. The place is clean, and the prices are absolutely fair. Highly recommended, but it's best to book in advance.

12/04/2026: Five stars for the location because it's very close to the Alessandria Ovest toll booth, right next to the Highway Police station. Alessandria is just a 5-minute drive away.

It's located just off the A21 motorway, making it very easy to get to.
It has a decent-sized parking lot and charging stations for electric cars.

31/05/2026: Very good pizza, nothing to complain about the quality of the product. Unfortunately, I'm giving it one star not because of the almost hour-long wait, which can happen, but because of the rudeness and disrespectful manner of the pizza chef/owner. His attitude toward customers was arrogant, impolite, and unprofessional. It's a shame, because the pizza deserves it, but the overall experience was negative.

22/03/2026: On a recommendation, we decided to book a table for two at this restaurant. The set menu includes an excellent appetizer, cured meats, cheeses, pizza with escarole, parmigiana, and a pot of beans. Paccheri with cream, speck, walnuts, and mushrooms. Meatloaf with salad. I was so full I took the meatloaf home. Of course, you can choose between five first courses and five second courses. The quality is good; I enjoyed everything. The portions are generous. The staff is truly kind, attentive, and professional. It's been years since I've seen such young women working at 200 miles an hour. We were truly satisfied. Excellent, I recommend it too!
