I was there for a conference. A pleasant surprise. I peeked into the rooms, and they seem to be in keeping with a typical Milanese hotel. I'd say it's an excellent reference point worth considering.

Modern location. Covered parking is available. On-site restaurant.
Geographically, it's in a remote location, close to the prison and traffic police. You'll need a car to get around. Well-appointed, clean rooms, comfortable bed.

Five stars for the location because it's very close to the Alessandria Ovest toll booth, right next to the Highway Police station. Alessandria is just a 5-minute drive away.

Easy to get to.
It's located just off the A21 motorway, making it very easy to get to.
It has a decent-sized parking lot and charging stations for electric cars.

I didn't use the rooms; I was at a company meeting. But the restaurant is excellent, and the prices are reasonable, but not expensive. The hotel is 200 meters from the toll booth and easy to find. There are plenty of parking spaces and the hotel staff are very friendly.

Excellent location for those traveling for work, as it's located right outside the highway toll booth. It offers ample parking, a clean, quiet environment, and rooms with all the comforts. The on-site restaurant offers excellent cuisine and friendly, knowledgeable staff. Not suitable for families.
