Albergo Ristorante e Pizzeria Zi Nicolina In Bisaccia

Zi' Nicolina's restaurant was a wonderful surprise, discovered by chance in the heart of the Apennines between Campania and Puglia. It's a beautiful place, highly recommended. The restaurant is new and well-kept, and the food is excellent, almost all cooked in a wood-fired oven. The staff were all friendly and professional, and the quality/price ratio was excellent. I'd pass by that area just to go back to Zia Nicolina's.
