11/11/2024: Ieri sera, di ritorno da un giro a Sant'Egidio del Monte Albino, mio fratello ritorna a casa con 5 graffe acquistate in questo bar. Le graffe erano racchiuse in una carinissima scatola e ognuna riposta nel proprio incarto. I gusti scelti da mio fratello sono stati: crema al limone e crema chantilly. Le graffe erano calde calde, morbidissime, soffici proprio con abbondante farcia. Ne erano rimaste anche 2 per oggi e anche oggi erano ugualmente morbide e saporite. Mio fratello ha pagato 10 euro per 5 graffe, 2 euro a graffa, un ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo per un prodotto che quasi si scioglieva in bocca. Una vera e propria bontà.

07/12/2024: Eravamo in zona per una visita ai mercatini di Apice (BN), arrivando in zona alle 13.30 e l'accesso era previsto per le 15, abbiamo deciso di mangiare un boccone in zona. Notando un'indicazione di questo magnifico posto, ci siamo incamminati. Che dire.....Abbiamo effettivamente fatto una interessantissima e fantastica scoperta. Posto gradevole, curato e accogliente, con personale cordiale e professionale. Abbiamo mangiato un fusillo con melanzane, salsiccia rossa e provolone e un mezzo pacchero con pesto di pomodorino, pecorino e pane croccante. Poi una tagliata con rucola, pomodorini e scaglie di parmigiano ed un contorno di patate al forno. Tutto eccellente, sapore unico. Ottimo il vino locale. Abbiamo addirittura comprato l'ottimo olio di loro produzione. Prezzi molto onesti. I ritorneremo e lo consiglio vivamente.

27/10/2024: We returned last night after missing for some time, the staff were friendly and quick to seat you and take orders, I remembered the pizza as being very good and so it is, in fact, perhaps I found it even better due to the soft and meltable dough and top quality ingredients, the price is also low for the quality it offers and in relation to the current market where it seems in some pizzerias you have to pay bills for caviar and champagne, in short I highly recommend it and will return more often

11/01/2025: A dream, it had been more than a year since I was able to eat a whole pizza by myself because of a thousand thoughts that crowded in my head, today I wanted to challenge myself and I couldn't choose a better pizzeria to do it. The very light and really good pizza, the relaxed environment and the super helpful staff have certainly helped me to overcome myself, you can see that they were born for this! I highly recommend trying this pizza!!!

07/12/2024: Tutti dobbiamo fare in modo che realtà come questa non finiscano. Da qui nasce il riscatto di queste terre. Lo chef di Rurù potrebbe stare in questo momento a cucinare, in realtà come Parigi, Londra o Dubai. Invece no, la scelta di combattere in questa terra è per questa terra! In questa esperienza ho vista ricerca, studio e voglia di riscatto. Accoppiamenti fini ed efficaci, uniti alla sapienza dello chef.

The dishes he proposed to us were an explosion of flavors and creativity, surprisingly exquisite, capable of conquering both the palate and the sight. The attention to detail is evident, with a perfect harmony between the highest quality ingredients and an elegant presentation. Congratulations to the whole team!

03/02/2025: I dined at this restaurant for three days in a row, and every meal was exceptional. On the first day, I had a Margherita pizza and octopus on cream purée, both of which were perfectly executed. The second day, I indulged in a seafood spaghetti, showcasing the freshest flavors of the coast. On the third day, I tried Ndunderi alla Sorrentina, a local specialty, and it was absolutely divine. If you’re visiting Minori, La Botte is a must. The food, service, and pricing are all impeccable, making it one of the best dining experiences you can have in the area.

17/10/2024: Male il rapporto qualità prezzo viste anche le porzioni e la stessa qualità. Frittura scarsa, salata e che ha lasciato "strascichi" allo stomaco. Servizio certo non accogliente. Un po' un mistero per noi le recensioni positive.

13/10/2024: L'idea di una cena a base di pesce l'abbiamo abbandonata appena viste e sentito il profumo delle pizze, davvero molto buone. Siamo tornati però la sera dopo, il polpo alla griglia fuori menù, la frittura di alici, quella di paranza, i contorni, il tiramisù da urlo, la gentilezza del personale in sala, il rapporto qualità/prezzo e la pulizia del locale mi hanno ispirata. Tornerò sicuramente
