03/09/2024: first choice food and attentive staff, beautiful setting...just one flaw otherwise they were all 5 stars...unfortunately from the main road, noise, smog and danger for children doesn't make it over the top, but excellent cuisine Really.

16/08/2024: Excellent dishes... I took a fish menu... exceptional frying.. Fantastic Montanarine... first course with lemon clams and delicious coffee powder... of course the wines are also of high quality and 0 km... absolutely worth trying...

13/01/2025: My airbnb host recommended this restaurant for lunch and it was amazing. I had the meatballs and the potato gateau. We were seated quickly and the service was incredible.

11/01/2025: €120 for a fried dish, two plates of paccheri and two glasses of wine. Clearly frozen fish and coffee prepared with pods. Definitely a tourist place but for locals I don't recommend it

03/11/2024: Mi esposa y yo probamos Ristorante D'Aiello en nuestro primer día e Italia. La comida, el servicio y las vistas eran excelentes. Este es un gran lugar para comer, especialmente si disfrutas de la gente viendo tantas mesas con vistas a la calle principal. Fuimos durante las horas no pico de turismo, que recomiendo encarecidamente si planea disfrutar de Italia sin estar hombro con hombro en las calles y desea ver y disfrutar de todo en su lista. Saludo especial a nuestra camarera, Elenora, que fue extremadamente educada y cuyo servicio realmente contribuyó a la gran experiencia que tuvimos.

29/10/2024: Cenamos aquí varias noches. El servicio fue excelente. Los camareros saben cómo hacer excelentes Negronis y Aperol Spritzes (sp? ). Este restaurante es relativamente nuevo, solo unos años, pero merece todos los elogios que he visto. Mis amigos en su mayoría tenían los platos de marisco, que dijeron que eran excelentes, y la presentación de los mismos fue impresionante. Comía las diferentes pastas cada noche. Saben cómo cocinarlo correctamente. Las salsas (boloñesa, Pomodoro, y una salsa de limón de la que he olvidado el nombre) estaban deliciosas. La salsa de limón era algo que nunca había probado antes y estaba muy sabrosa. Las salsas rojas eran celestiales y llenas. La focaccia era ligera y absorbía muy bien las salsas restantes. ¡Y no puedo olvidar los postres! Desmayarse digno y derretirse en la boca. Sin duda volveré la próxima vez que esté en Positano.

02/11/2024: Excellent service, probably family run. Both the first courses but especially the second courses, meat or fish, cooked perfectly. Desserts okay, limited but good choice. Probably the pizza was very good but we only had a focaccia which was excellent. The house wine not great, we expected better. Overall very good, I would definitely go back.

01/11/2024: - Charcuterie platter: they pass them off as local but in reality they bring national raw ham, 2 pieces of salami, a piece of pecorino, a slice of mozzarella, a micro piece of ricotta and 4 olives with a little rocket for €12 - fantastic soups - delicious broccoli - undrinkable house wine In my opinion, only the soups in price are proportional to the food+service combo, everything else costs too much - the service is slow

19/12/2024: Ottimo ristorante con due specializzazioni: genovese e ragù, entrambi i piatti si possono scegliere con vari tipi di pasta tra cui quella fresca fatta in casa! Inutile dire che è tutto ottimo e veramente di qualità, servizio inappuntabile, cucina a vista e personale gentilissimo. I prezzi sono molto modici. Bisogna però prenotare per tempo perché lo spazio è poco. Da provare assolutamente.

17/12/2024: Pranzo domenica scorsa al Tandem...ristorante piccolino ma con parecchi tavoli esterni e bagni puliti. Buonissima la parmigiana di melanzane con ragù eccezionale, altrettanto la pasta alla genovese di mio marito ma meno la mia pasta, patate e provola...quasi x niente filante né cremosa...sembrava una semplice pasta in bianco con le patate molto incollata tipo riscaldata! Inoltre, 2,50 x un coperto composto da una tovaglietta e tovaglioli di plastica mi sembra eccessivo come il conto totale: 1 parmigiana, 2 primi, acqua e 1/4 di vino 51,50 euro...in ogni caso,prodotti di qualità e personale gentile

28/12/2024: Beautiful bar located in the center of Roscigno. Very kind staff. Excellent coffee and well stocked. A must stop if you find yourself visiting Roscigno.

23/11/2024: Second time I go to eat at this pizzeria. We ordered 4 pizzas, a portion of twister chips and Nutella strips. The service was very fast. The waitresses very helpful. The pizza dough is always very light, but at the same time very good. Wide choice of pizzas, calzones and more. I highly recommend it!!!

10/08/2024: Approximate, prices from Amalfi and Positano despite not having any kind of attraction. Almost 60 euros for two first courses, of which a tagliatelle passed off as tagliolino (cotta) eaten out of hunger, a bottle of water and half a liter of local wine. Fish first courses and no seafood starters on the menu, only cold cuts and meats. We're not there... and if we are... we're hurt.

10/08/2024: Approssimativo,prezzi da Amalfi e Positano pur non avendo attrattiva di nessun genere. Quasi 60 euro per due primi,di cui una tagliatella spacciata per tagliolino(scotta) mangiata per fame,una bottiglia d'acqua e mezzo litro di vino locale. Primi di pesce e in carta nessun antipasto di mare in abbinamento,solo affettati di salumi di carne. Non ci siamo... e se ci siamo...ci siamo male.

Either for economic reasons, or for prejudice linked to "reduced quantities", or for a certain aversion towards new things, or for a so-called "food ignorance" that does not allow one to go beyond one's own tastes, one's own traditions, one's own standards. It's difficult to go beyond your own "comfort food"; sitting at the table in a restaurant involves a complete act of trust in whoever is preparing the dishes ordered for us, who is recommending the best wine for those dishes. Eating is an integral part of a journey, an experience to be lived in parallel with temporarily moving away from one's land of origin; it involves experiencing, knowing other people, and experiencing other people. “Scelto” struck me for this: tradition, innovation, flavors in a traditional key but with pronounced and marked notes of innovation that are never intrusive, the wine cellar is also excellent. For us: a Chardonnay native to the Sicilian vines and a Primitivo coming from the warm Salento. Bread and breadsticks made by them, accompanied by fine oils originating from Tuscany and Puglia. An appetizer divided into two: “Croquetas de jamon with potatoes, béchamel and Iberian jamon, following the tradition of Neapolitan Sunday for my husband: “Mafalde with Neapolitan ragù” and for me, a lover of truffles, especially white ones, “Tagliolini with truffles". The highlight, the discovery for both, was the: Ribeye Wagyu from Japan, in particular from the Kobe district where these highly prized breed cattle are bred. The meat presents itself to the eye with a marbled appearance, with more or less evident veins depending on the marbling. The greater the presence of fat among the fibres, the better and more valuable the meat will be. And ours was just like that: very tender and with tasty fat. To conclude on a sweet note, a chocolate sphere on which our very kind Luigi poured some hot chocolate, and inside the sphere salted caramel, fior di latte ice cream and peanut pralines. The prices are a little high, but you pay for the quality, but above all you can see it and it is appreciated by people like me. Thanks for everything!

25/11/2024: Ottimo, sublime, cibo eccellente e ben preparato e presentato , nulla da dire in questo locale si mangia benissimo, si percepisce la scelta di qualità del cibo che viene servito, ottimo servizio in sala attento e accorto, ottima accoglienza . Cucina a vista, ottima scelta dei vini. Ottima scelta di carni Nulla da dire Ritorneremo

06/11/2024: Beautiful experience! We stopped on our way back from holiday, very close to the motorway exit! A wonderful place, surrounded by greenery. The owners are very kind and also available for gluten-free and vegetarian variations. We had the house starter, a first course and a second course with side dishes! It was all delicious and of excellent quality! I highly recommend it! We will be back soon!
