Spurred by its relentless popularity on TikTok and a deluge of rave reviews, I visited this place with decidedly high expectations, which were unfortunately disappointed. The visual impact is undoubtedly its true strength: the setting is meticulously crafted, with an eye-catching design and an atmosphere carefully crafted to capture the attention of passersby and lend itself perfectly to social media. However, beyond the facade, the experience loses much of its charm. The seafood cuisine, though carefully presented, was completely ordinary and lacking in any particular culinary inspiration. Added to this are the unreasonably long waits, which slowed down the pace of the evening, and the decidedly high bill, disproportionate both for the area and, above all, for the overall quality that was below average. A classic example of form over substance: perfect for snapping a few photographs, but overall, truly nothing special.

Undoubtedly unique in everything we felt at home, they envelop you with warmth, education, respect and it is not at all obvious, excellent food, impeccable service, attentive to everything from the owner to the waiters, the cooks, the pizza chef, all special, we leave our hearts in this wonderful city, a round of applause for everything you are and for what you have given us in these 8 days, you never change Antonello and Marilena, thank you for everything from the bottom of my heart, I don't know when we will return but you will definitely be our restaurant

Fantastic. Exceptional, everyone was friendly. Excellent value for money. Very quaint place, high-quality Neapolitan cuisine. Excellent experience. You have to go. Mara offers both meat and vegetables. I found the parmigiana excellent, along with the meatballs, sausages and broccoli rabe, Genovese, ragù, and catch of the day. Last time, it was turbot, so also the paccheri with turbot. Exceptional.

Everyone was very friendly, especially Antonello. The atmosphere was pleasant and the food was good. Must try.

A truly fantastic evening at Trattoria Speranzella! We ate wonderfully, with carefully prepared traditional dishes. But what struck us most was the kindness of the staff: a rare, sincere kindness that truly makes a difference. We felt welcomed and at ease from the first moment. We'll be back ❤️

Can you say PERFECTION? Starting with the food, it was all damn good. The place was clean, tidy, and immaculately kept, and the staff was truly fantastic! A very nice guy and a wonderful lady who served us. They made us feel at home, and recommended places and travel tips in the area. And that doesn't happen often in such a touristy area. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ❤️
