06/01/2026: The place where meat becomes an art, I have been going to eat at this place for years, more than an hour away from my residence but it is always worth it, freshly made with varied and balanced flavours and meat dishes always recommended by the owner's daughter for fantastic type and cut, I recommend it 🫠

18/12/2025: We arrived at O' Funggiaro after calling to ask if dogs were welcome, and the answer was already a calm and natural yes. But from the moment we entered, we realized that hospitality is taken seriously here: even before thinking of us, the staff spontaneously took care of our dogs, immediately bringing bowls of water without us having to ask. When we discreetly asked if we could sit somewhere where we wouldn't disturb the dogs, the waiter responded with a phrase that perfectly captures the spirit of the place—dogs never disturb here—making us feel immediately welcome. We were there for lunch today, and the place was elegantly decorated for Christmas, with thoughtful, harmonious, and never overbearing decorations that made the atmosphere warm and welcoming without being overwhelming. The dining room is large, airy, and tidy, with well-spaced tables that ensure comfort and privacy, comfortable seating, and a simple yet elegant table setting—everything is designed to make guests feel at ease. The materials, wood, natural tones, and layout convey a sense of balance, tradition, and care, creating a relaxing and familiar atmosphere that invites you to enjoy a leisurely lunch. Even the outdoor spaces are well-organized and pleasant, nestled in a tranquil setting. The service is impeccable, delivered with attention, courtesy, and great professionalism, and the entire staff deserves sincere praise for their courtesy and helpfulness. We absolutely recommend the extraordinary mushroom scialatielli, which clearly demonstrate the freshness and quality of the ingredients. The burger we had for lunch today was excellent, as were the fried mushrooms, and the appetizer from the €35 menu chosen by Domenico is truly enormous and highly satisfying. The ingredients are top-quality, and the wine is also very good. Next time, we'll definitely try the fish, too. A complete experience in every way, we'll definitely be back.

Locale elegante e molto suggestivo, arredato con cura, offre vasta scelta di drink buonissimi a prezzi in linea alle aspettative...forse anche economiche per la location! 20/12/2025: I'm giving the service three stars because, ultimately, it was fast; the problem is everything else. Tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms: the mushrooms were clearly frozen, all the same size (Coop? Esselunga? Eurospin?)... I couldn't eat anything else. Tagliolini with lobster: it said it was frozen, fine. Price on the menu: €15, price on the receipt: €18. I ask for an explanation: "the prices on the menu haven't been updated." Congratulations! I paid and we left. Never again, never again.

25/01/2026: The place is truly welcoming and the staff are incredibly kind. The cuisine is traditional Neapolitan, but if I were to return, I wouldn't opt ​​for the fork menu and would order à la carte. The stuffed zucchini flower was pure poetry. It's a shame the pumpkin pie wasn't fresh.

20/01/2026: Nice place just steps from the sea I had fried pizza, but it was a shame there were whole ham cubes inside. Everything else was fine, including the first course we ate.

01/08/2025: My wife and I were Franco's guests for lunch, as we will soon have the pleasure of hosting a reception at his premises. The restaurant is easily accessible and conveniently located, offering a stunning view and a relaxing poolside setting. The atmosphere is generally pleasant and the staff are attentive. During lunch, we felt privileged by both the owner and the waiters. Particular attention was paid to both the promptness of the service and the selection of dishes. Each course was generous and delicious, with a blend of flavors pleasing to the palate and perfectly balanced. The red wine offered was very good, drinks were always chilled at the table, and the waitresses were courteous in providing excellent service. Despite our excellent relationship with Franco, the quality of the food and the skill in managing the restaurant are undeniable. Recommended for any type of event, as the owner will certainly know how to accommodate any request. Congratulations!

06/12/2025: On a beautifully sunny day in December we were able to sit outside and enjoy the sun, great food and a lovely glass of vino. I had the rabbit which was delicious. The bread mopped up the sauce. Hubby had fish on potatoes and said it was good. We both enjoyed the aubergine and funghetto? Service could be a bit friendlier and the the bathroom could certainly be improved

18/01/2026: Spectacular! I didn't know it, but despite this sudden decision, I'm happy to have gone to a pizzeria where I ate one of the best pizzas of my life. The dough was simple, soft, and tasty. The staff was kind and polite. It's a truly niche location, better than other places in the Vomero neighborhood. I highly recommend this restaurant. My compliments to maestro Luigi D'Auria. 09/12/2025: Terrible food, grated cheese with mold inside, I don't know how long it's been re-proposing it at the tables... potatoes visibly reheated more than once, dry and old, need I say more???!

04/12/2025: Excellent cuisine, divine food with respect and appreciation for the ingredients, but the atmosphere is cold, with no on-site management, no real human contact. The waitresses did a good job, but there's no real dining experience, with no real contact with the customer. Excellent food.
