04/08/2025: Excellent appetizers and sandwiches, my favorite is the Game of Thrones, which is incredibly delicious. They always ask how you want your burger cooked, which isn't the case everywhere. Excellent beers, and the owner is friendly and polite. The place is very clean, and I highly recommend it.

15/11/2025: Staff helpfull and happy, I ordered a Crepe which came under cooked and was completely smothered and over done in Nutella, to the point I couldn’t finish it. I might as well been given a whole pot of Nutella and spoon instead, forgetting about the crepe altogether.

06/11/2025: Our host recommended this place to us while we were staying in Marzano Appio. We allowed the waitress to make recommendations for our dishes. She gladly gave us her opinions. We were very happy with the food and setting. The only issue I had was with the beef; it was overcooked. But we enjoyed the experience overall.

02/11/2025: A very positive experience. The restaurant has a terrace with an exceptional view, and the cross-section of the tables allows everyone to enjoy the view. The service was perfect. Damiano, the head waiter, does his job admirably with kindness and professionalism. The dishes are refined and undoubtedly the result of research and local attention, given that most of the ingredients are locally sourced. I definitely recommend it, although not on weekends, as it's very popular.

22/10/2025: We went on a Sunday. The fixed menu offered excellent value. Quality food served with attention to detail, drinks included, including a bottle of excellent wine. The varied and refined appetizers and tastings included spectacular first courses. The grilled meat was incredibly tender, and even the potatoes and salad were delicious. Dessert included a ring cake with warm lemon cream. The bright dining room offers a serene view of the valley and Mount Taburno. Open spaces and lots of greenery. Fresh air. We'll be back!

First of all, the **location** is charming: a characteristic, warm, and welcoming environment, with a view of the balconies overlooking the square, creating a truly pleasant and relaxing atmosphere. But the real triumph is the **cuisine**. The menu offers dishes that celebrate Campanian traditions, revisited with skill and creativity. I tried the Panigaccio pezzente and it was **sublime**: intense yet balanced flavors, the freshest ingredients, and a care in the plating that shows passion. I had to try the "Panigaccio" and I must say it's an experience not to be missed! Special praise goes to the **service**: the staff is extremely kind, attentive, and knowledgeable, always ready to recommend the best pairings, especially Mr. Gustavo (the owner), who, with his sommelier expertise, guided us through an excellent selection of local wines. **In summary:** If you're looking for a place to enjoy authentic, refined cuisine in a timeless atmosphere with impeccable service, **Il Panigaccio** is the perfect choice. 19/07/2025: Only one word to describe this experience...horrible. There were 11 of us, served 2-3 times at a time, terrible food. The wine was very warm, we asked for ice, which was brought after 30 minutes. Not only did our table complain, other tables decided to leave. Anyway, the appetizer lasted an hour and a half, my wife was served after an hour and 20 minutes, the waiters were inexperienced, I'm not going to comment on them but on the incompetent manager, I complained to him, he was sorry... but he didn't do anything more than that. We paid a bill of 490.00 euros. We also paid for the liqueurs... it's not for the 5-6 euros per liqueur, at least for all the unpleasant things that happened shouldn't have been counted. I forgot p.s. Let's not talk about the meat. I think I paid 80 euros per kilo Irish, if I'm not mistaken. It arrived raw, not rare. We asked for a griddle... and one arrived for three steaks... imagine that. Anyway, change your itinerary... this place should be closed due to the service, the food, the cistus, and the unprofessional behavior. Best regards, Marco Russo

06/07/2025: Sono stata per la prima volta in question locale, per una piacevolissima serata di fine giugno. Antipasto con crocchè, frittatina di pasta e montanarina, scazzuoppoli con sughetto fresco, assaggio di pizze di vari gusti. Servizio ai tavoli veloce, personale gentile e professionale. Prezzo giusto e conveniente per la qualità eccellente dei prodotti. Ritornero certamente, anche per assaggiare altre pietanze. Consigliatissimo. 5 stelle meritate!!!

10/09/2025: I had a fantastic dinner here, the service was brilliant and the food was absolutely delicious. The setting was very romantic, we were lucky there was a thunder storm and were able to see lightening over our beautiful dinner. I had the rabbit ravioli as a main and it was absolutely delightful, and my husband had a delicious beef dish. I feel it was very reasonably priced, I’ve dined at Michelin starred restaurants that have charged much more but delivered far less. It was a gorgeous evening ❤️ thank you zi nannina

09/09/2025: A restaurant not to be missed if you're passing through Ischia. Breathtaking views of the sea and the Castello Aragonese. Everything is perfect for a romantic lunch or dinner. Refined cuisine featuring local produce. A menu to suit all tastes and impeccable service. A restaurant to discover without hesitation. You have to search a little to find this wonderful place, which is truly worth the detour.

21/11/2025: There were two of us. The food was good, but the prices were decidedly high for the quantity. We ordered a portion of fries: the cuoppo was only filled on the surface and practically empty underneath. The piadina was good and had a decent filling. Finally, we ordered fried sweets with Nutella: €7.50 for just three each, far too much for the quantity. We definitely won't be returning.

27/08/2025: Intimate and sophisticated atmosphere. Discreet and friendly staff. Attentive and helpful service. We ate the house antipasto, a varied selection of hot and cold dishes. The first course, tagliolini with truffle, was truly excellent. Veal strips with parmesan and arugula were very tasty, made with local meat. We'll be back as soon as possible! Congratulations!
