Today, the restaurant has completely changed, with a modern, elegant, yet intimate and welcoming style. The dishes have also been revisited with a contemporary twist, but without losing the soul and flavors I remember. Behind every dish, you can sense quality, attention to detail, and meticulous preparation. You can sense the passion, the sacrifices, and, above all, you can feel the love for this job. Returning here and bringing my family was a true honor and a special experience.
