07/04/2026: The place is beautiful. The food, setting, and atmosphere are excellent. The staff is attentive, courteous, and helpful. Dishes are made with locally sourced ingredients, produced on the farm. Recommended!

10/01/2026: We went to eat with locals. It was a really nice place. The dining room where we ate was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. After lunch, we strolled around the entire area, which was wonderfully filled with lemon and orange trees, peppers scattered (and delicious) everywhere, as well as farmyard animals like geese and rabbits, but also cows, donkeys, and so on. A truly beautiful place.

17/03/2026: Excellent breakfast! Hotel with a very good restaurant. Spacious rooms.

07/03/2026: I didn't use the rooms; I was at a company meeting. But the restaurant is excellent, and the prices are reasonable, but not expensive. The hotel is 200 meters from the toll booth and easy to find. There are plenty of parking spaces and the hotel staff are very friendly.

29/03/2026: Edit for the restaurant's response: Don't worry, the wait outside isn't the problem. It's Saturday night, and that's more than normal. The problem, I find, is the long wait at the table, despite the small size of the restaurant. Nothing else to say, maybe just a slightly less rude response.

25/03/2026: Yesterday I ordered sandwiches and appetizers for dinner at home with some friends. Minimal wait time, plus the sandwiches were delicious, especially the meatballs with cheese fondue. Had I eaten them on-site, I'm sure they would have been even better. Highly recommended.

20/10/2025: Yesterday we celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary, and I wanted to thank Mr. Gino and his team for doing everything perfectly, despite the packed house. We spent so many evenings and lunches, but yesterday was truly exceptional. See you soon.

14/10/2025: We had dinner with friends, starting with a generous, almost immense, meat platter, accompanied by delicious side dishes and a delicious Margherita crunch. We continued with some delicious meat-based first courses. We finished with fruit and delicious desserts, especially the chef's tiramisu😉 and the babà with cream. The staff was friendly, capable, and very pleasant. See you next time.

08/02/2026: Excellent restaurant. We tried the pizza, and I have to say it was very good. We also had fried calamari, but it wasn't anything special, which was a shame.

19/01/2026: Tonight we returned to the "Essenza del Gusto" Pizzeria and Pizzeria for pizza, and we were very pleased. The pizzas were delicious. I had a pizza with porchetta and baked potatoes, and it was delicious. My wife had a log, and it was delicious. The fried food was also excellent. The place is very welcoming, and the staff are incredibly friendly. I recommend it to everyone. We'll definitely be back.

06/03/2026: We ordered two pizzas to take away. The pizza dough was very good, but the pizzas themselves could have been better topped: we ordered the Michèle, which is supposed to contain walnuts, basil, and mushrooms, but we only got one piece of walnut, no basil, and four pieces of mushroom... For the most expensive pizza on the menu, this is very disappointing.

12/12/2025: We had lunch with two of my friends, ordering fried fish for an appetizer and three first courses for mains. The service and atmosphere were very pleasant, but unfortunately the fried fish was greasy and soft, below expectations. The first course was good, but it's a shame the appetizer and the fried fish were subpar.

27/03/2026: I visited because I was craving seafood pasta. I ordered the earthenware pot-style pasta and the basic seafood pasta, and they were both incredibly delicious. The lady who took our order was also very kind. And! That fried calamari was seriously so good!!! It tastes amazing if you squeeze lots of lemon on it! If I go to Naples again, I think I will definitely visit this place again!!! Highly recommended!

05/04/2026: Delicious pizza, one of the best I've ever eaten. Truly a classic Neapolitan pizza. The prices are competitive. The service is mediocre. There were no seats, and even though they were already cramped, to avoid losing two customers, they took some chairs and a plastic table from outside (it had been raining) and somehow squeezed them in, making the space even more cramped. People passing by (including the waiters) bumped into my chair and the table. Sure, by adding more tables than the available space allowed, we were able to try the food, which was really good, but it would have been more professional to tell us there were no seats and to come back another time. Finally, the atmosphere isn't great. The street is accessible, even if it's not central; it's convenient for those renting or staying in hostels in the area, in addition to the venues, of course, but it's really too narrow and poorly furnished. There are pieces of tape scattered around the room and other items that detract from its aesthetics. They also allow people to scream like crazy—really, I don't think I've ever heard people scream so loudly in a restaurant. Maybe they didn't mean to be rude to the rude customer, but by doing so, they're disrespecting all the other customers who still have good hearing. Anyway, I recommend eating there at least once if you're in the area.

13/03/2026: Very unfortunate encounter in this place where they clearly mistreated us for being tourists. I have been there 3 times, including a couple of days ago with my family and always was treated well and served food and drinks and today the waiter pretended not to understand in any language we spoke, even when showing in the menu he kept refusing. We had to get up and leave. Really upsetting to be treated this way when they should appreciate customers, specially in a city that has thousands of options for pizza and specially that their place is to particularly cozy or well located. I will never return and never recommend it.

23/03/2026: A welcoming neighborhood restaurant. On a Sunday evening, due to the restaurant's Monday closure, some dishes weren't available, but the staff were helpful in making recommendations, and we ate excellent grilled fish and vegetables. To round things off, the Delizia al limone (lemon delicacy), truly delicious and light. The service was professional, fast, and friendly. The price was fair!

27/12/2025: Their cakes look amazing, they have a laboratorio inside the bar so their items are fresh. The girls are so polite friendly and helpful. Parking can be very hard or might require walking. They are usually open through the usual evening shut down but their sweets and rosticceria are usually gone by lunch time.
