Al Laghetto is a real hidden gem right on the lake – relaxed, charming, and incredibly welcoming! You walk in and immediately feel at home, like you're visiting old friends.
A huge plus for me personally: I'm lactose and gluten intolerant – usually a nightmare at restaurants… but here? No problem, no eye-rolling, no stress! They offered gluten-free pasta, prepared without lactose, served with a smile, and simply delicious.
The dishes were fresh, aromatic, and absolutely scrumptious – you can tell they cook with love.
If you want to eat well, laugh, and relax, this is the place to be. We had a great time, we're full and happy – and we'll definitely be back! 🍝✨

15/02/2026: A tastelessly decorated, characterless place. The pizza was bland, and the table service was lacking. It was impossible to carry on a conversation, even with the closest diners, due to the constant din that suggested a piano bar. Not to be repeated.
15/02/2026: Nice place, I had a pizza, and it was a good pizza, the mixed fried fish was nothing special... the service was a little slow, maybe because it was Saturday and there were a lot of people.

Kids spaghetti fine, but nothing amazing.
Pumpkin risotto was good.
Meatballs were raw and sent back. Packaged up as take away and got home... for them to STILL be raw.
All of that for the low price of almost 150 euros.
Much better places to eat on the coast.
Skip it.
28/10/2025: Service was excellent, the food is good, and we definitely enjoyed our dinner. Be sure to make reservations. This restaurant is recommended. Americans please note that the portions are small, relative to typical American expectations for dinner. You definitely need an appetizer with your meal if you are hungry. No salads or vegetables, which is also different relative to typical American meals. This restaurant is not unique in the general lack of vegetables for dinner. We experienced this across Italy and Denmark during our trip, so this must be typical.

The organization was impeccable: everything was handled with care, allowing me to enjoy the party without a care in the world, and the staff was always available and kind. I absolutely recommend this venue for anyone looking to make a special occasion unique!

02/09/2025: Located in the square of a small Cilento village, it offers the opportunity for a relaxing al fresco dinner. Traditional dishes, fresh pasta, and homemade desserts. Everything is excellent: quality, generous portions, and prompt service. A classic example of how all you need to eat well is good food. The bill is excellent, too!

26/08/2025: I was with my friends returning from a busy but enjoyable day at the beach, and feeling hungry, we stumbled upon Elysium somewhat by chance. It was truly a pleasant discovery. The food was excellent, as was the pizza, and the staff treated us impeccably, making us feel welcome. The presence of the pizza chef, Elia, was particularly pleasant; he was a delightful and truly professional person. We will definitely be back.

The rooms are spacious and clean, and the staff is extremely kind and attentive. The hotel is located right in the center, very close to the sea, the port, and amenities.
Downstairs, there's also a gelateria, restaurant, and rotisserie/pizzeria.
I'd say everything was perfect, I highly recommend it.
05/09/2025: Hotel in the center of Ischia Porto, very close to everything (everywhere within walking distance). The staff is incredibly friendly, and a special compliment goes to Lisa, whose smile made us (your Sicilian friend) and all our guests feel right at home every morning. Breakfast is spectacular, with homemade pastries, Ischian croissants, tarts, brioches, pastries, cakes, and more, all homemade, with a different selection every morning. There's also a savory selection. If we return to Ischia, we'll definitely stay here again.

The excellent service was evident throughout the meal: they were always attentive and friendly. The atmosphere is pleasant, with that trattoria-style feel where you can eat in peace. Everything arrived without a long wait, and the experience was enjoyable. I think it's a great place if you like Italian pasta and are looking for a simple place to eat well without any fuss.

People never want to grow up.
27/12/2025: Their cakes look amazing, they have a laboratorio inside the bar so their items are fresh.
The girls are so polite friendly and helpful. Parking can be very hard or might require walking. They are usually open through the usual evening shut down but their sweets and rosticceria are usually gone by lunch time.

07/01/2026: We went before the Napoli vs Verona, a big bottle of Peroni €4.50 absolute BARGAIN (especially as a normal size was €3.50) lovely staff, very helpful even for us English folks, however for being 2 hours before a Napoli game there was a better atmosphere at a funeral

at the Waikiki Bar, served with extreme courtesy and professionalism by the friendly owner
who made me feel welcomed as if I were welcoming friends into their home. An experience worth repeating and one I definitely recommend to anyone near the Maradona Stadium. What can I say? Go Napoli and Go Waikiki Bar!!
