30/06/2026: A terrible experience. I went to dinner with a group of friends, 40 of us, adults and children. We had made reservations a week in advance, with precise instructions on the tables, specifying our intolerances. We were assured of lactose-free mozzarella. Aside from having three tables instead of two, one for adults and one for children, there was no mozzarella as requested. The quality of the pizza was terrible, and the staff was inadequate and rude. Unfortunately, dear lady, apologies aren't enough. You're a historic pizzeria, and if you can't accommodate those with intolerances, you should no longer accept reservations. Furthermore, you should be well-informed about intolerances, a matter the pizzeria is completely unaware of. Never again!

The menu is super inclusive (suitable for omnivores, vegans, vegetarians, those with food intolerances, and celiacs)! The menu offers excellent options, and they offer express cooking, catering to a wide variety of dietary needs. The vegan potato croquettes are excellent!

03/06/2026: What an amazing experience at Zero Zero Grano in Naples! As someone who needs gluten-free food, I was absolutely blown away. The gluten-free pasta was an explosion of flavor — easily some of the best pasta I have ever tasted. Every dish was prepared with care, passion, and incredible attention to detail. What makes this place even more special is the wonderful couple behind it. From the kitchen to the service, their dedication, warmth, and hospitality shine through in everything they do. They have built something truly special, and I sincerely hope their business continues to thrive for many years to come. Most importantly, Zero Zero Grano is 100% gluten-free, making it a fantastic and safe choice for people with celiac disease. Being able to enjoy authentic Italian food without any worries is priceless. I highly recommend this restaurant to anyone visiting Naples. You won’t be disappointed!

02/11/2025: We came to this restaurant based on the many positive reviews, but unfortunately our experience was completely different. The service was terrible: the waiter was very arrogant and sarcastic, with smirks, inappropriate jokes, and zero professionalism. We are tourists, not Italian, and we politely asked to speak Italian—but he insisted on English and then spoke in a fast, difficult dialect, clearly intending to make us feel uncomfortable. We ordered two dishes: the salmon was completely raw and flavorless, while the Argentine fillet was raw inside. When we asked for it to be cooked more, the waiter continued with his ironic and disrespectful attitude. In the end, we decided not to accept another dish and asked for the bill. They gave us a €3 discount, which almost seemed like a joke. In conclusion, a very disappointing experience, both in terms of service and food quality. It's a shame, because the place had good reviews, but we won't return and we don't recommend it.

30/10/2025: Nice place, very good food! The only flaw (not a small one, especially if you're really hungry) was that even though there weren't many people, the wait was too long... but it's worth going anyway, maybe have an aperitif first :p

04/08/2026: Food: 5 Service: 4 Ambiance: 5 Best to come by boat. If you call, they will pick you up. But they also have regular boat service from the dock in Positano. Food The seafood is understandably very fresh. I highly recommend the tuna carpaccio, the tuna crisp, grilled octopus, and mussels. They also have plenty of pasta options. Service Plan to enjoy your meal. Don’t rush. Relax and enjoy the meal at its pace. It is a small place, so ease into it. Ambiance One of the best. Right in the beach. Very beach shack vibes. You will have to wait when they are busy, but you are right on the pebbled beach, so when they call your name, you aren’t far. Listening to the small waves lap as you eat is heavenly.

01/08/2026: We were picked up free of charge by boat from Positano harbor. After a 10-15 minute boat trip, we arrived at the beach and restaurant. We had made reservations online for both the restaurant and sunbeds. After disembarking, priority is given to those who have reservations for sunbeds. As they say, after 11:30, the first one there gets a sunbed. The sea is beautiful. The sunbeds are very close together because space is limited. We sat in the restaurant at our scheduled time. It was 2:45 PM, and our orders arrived quickly. The kitchen opens at 1:00 PM, so naturally all the orders pile up at once; you need to factor that in. We ordered mozzarella, octopus, and fish. For dessert, we tried the lemon tiramisu, which was delicious. It was a wonderful experience, both in terms of the sea and the food. Recommended. Reservations are required.

02/06/2026: I discovered it by chance on Google Maps while looking for a place to have lunch while traveling. The gentleman in the dining room was truly kind and knowledgeable in his service and descriptions of the dishes, which were truly excellent. It's the perfect balance between traditional cuisine and gourmet cuisine that experiments and succeeds well, without overdoing it. The price reported by the Google average is incorrect because it doesn't match the prices on the menu, and I find it hard to imagine that many people limit themselves to appetizers (which alone cost around €20). Overall, the prices are in line with other restaurants of this type, so the quality-price ratio is fair, considering that some of the dishes require fairly elaborate preparation. However, I only realized after paying, upon leaving the restaurant, that the side dish was charged incorrectly, as I had been told it was included with one of the two main courses, but I may have misunderstood what was stated when ordering. In conclusion, a truly positive experience!

12/06/2026: Extremely kind staff, spectacular venue. The only flaw: Mrs. Lea. I found her intrusive, a control freak to the point of making the couple uncomfortable. She was in a rush to get the wedding over with as quickly as possible so she could set up for the next day's event. Let's just say we left around 10:30/11:00 PM... a wedding that started at 3:00 PM... that's all I'll say!!! Thank goodness the food was good and the staff was kind. Otherwise, we felt incredibly uncomfortable due to her stifling and unprofessional presence. Among other things, on the day of the event she even asked the couple to cut some parts of the show 😱 I'm speechless!! How disappointing... a villa where you should feel at home, and instead they rush you to kick you out as quickly as possible. If it weren't for her staff, frankly, I think she would have already failed.
