27/06/2026: We stumbled upon this pizzeria by chance, and the new management truly surprised us. The pizza is excellent, light and made with genuine ingredients. The staff is attentive and helpful. And above all, the service is fast: from ordering to the pizzas arriving, it took a maximum of 10 minutes. Best of luck to all the staff.

10/01/2026: We went to eat with locals. It was a really nice place. The dining room where we ate was beautiful, the food was excellent, and the staff were very friendly. After lunch, we strolled around the entire area, which was wonderfully filled with lemon and orange trees, peppers scattered (and delicious) everywhere, as well as farmyard animals like geese and rabbits, but also cows, donkeys, and so on. A truly beautiful place.

29/06/2026: A bad experience, both for the terrible service and the long wait for the dishes, one of which even arrived cold. The pasta with mussels arrived with a base of melted cheese. What does melted cheese have to do with mussels? I've never seen anything like that. The 15% service charge on the total cost of the dishes was truly excessive; it's usually a fixed charge per person. I will never go back.

23/06/2026: Phenomenal restaurant that was recommended to me by a local. We had a wonderful time here, as the servers are pleasant and engaging, the food is delicious, and the atmosphere is relaxing.

07/06/2026: Very elegant place, qualified staff, well-decorated food, but personally, with little seasoning and a meager portion. I spent €100 for two people, which seemed excessive for what I ate, especially for the taste and quantity. I can make this comparison because I frequent other restaurants comparable to Maroder, and I've eaten much better in other places for the same price. My review is intended to be constructive towards the owner, because he has a beautiful place that can offer more and provide a better experience for customers, for a clientele that spends because here they spend! In the end, you offer a beautiful place with a warm welcome, but the customer wants to eat and not feast! Also because, I repeat, I paid. An appetizer with two trivialities was €16, a pasta dish was €18, a practically white risotto was €16, and then drinks with a cover charge and a measly dessert was €7. So, I pay, but I don't want to feel like I'm being pushed around! Then the waiter, as soon as he sees that you have finished your meal, makes you nervous, either you order or you leave, and the place was half empty. 😐

02/06/2026: I discovered it by chance on Google Maps while looking for a place to have lunch while traveling. The gentleman in the dining room was truly kind and knowledgeable in his service and descriptions of the dishes, which were truly excellent. It's the perfect balance between traditional cuisine and gourmet cuisine that experiments and succeeds well, without overdoing it. The price reported by the Google average is incorrect because it doesn't match the prices on the menu, and I find it hard to imagine that many people limit themselves to appetizers (which alone cost around €20). Overall, the prices are in line with other restaurants of this type, so the quality-price ratio is fair, considering that some of the dishes require fairly elaborate preparation. However, I only realized after paying, upon leaving the restaurant, that the side dish was charged incorrectly, as I had been told it was included with one of the two main courses, but I may have misunderstood what was stated when ordering. In conclusion, a truly positive experience!

10/02/2026: I took a stroll with my daughter from Madonna dell a Arco Station. I visited because I love cheese and wanted to try some local ingredients. They kindly gave us lots of samples to try. The buffalo mozzarella was very fresh and delicious. It was a shame we couldn't bring any back to Japan, but we did bring back some vacuum-packed gourd-shaped cheese and other varieties. We ate it with the prepared dishes at the eat-in counter and were very satisfied. ♡😋🧀

This is the second time we've come to the countryside/province to explore the area (the wild one) by mountain bike, friends, and food! Well done! 20/05/2026: We had a reservation, but it meant absolutely nothing to the waiter. He was rude, dismissive, and tried to seat us wherever he felt like it. The service was unacceptable - he threw the menus on the table and dropped each dish down without a word, like we were an inconvenience. The food was even worse. The fried appetizers were greasy and soggy, completely soaked in oil. The pizza was made with low-quality ingredients and had nothing to do with authentic Neapolitan cuisine. Avoid this place. Terrible service and poor food don’t deserve your time or money.
