25/10/2024: There are no complaints about the service or surroundings, but the food... it's something. We took marinated anchovies, mussels in pepper sauce and linguine with shrimp. The anchovies were eaten because of the marinade and pepper, but that’s okay, everyone has their own taste preferences. The mussels were clearly not fresh (either frozen or reheated), but the linguine was! They were overcooked (in Italy), with a strange creamy lemon sauce and with 4 tiny shrimp, which are sold in boxes in supermarkets in brine. In all my travels around Italy, I have never been so overwhelmed with food.

28/12/2024: Very bad experience with the delivery service. The pizzas arrived an hour later than the time scheduled at the time of booking. As if that wasn't enough, a pizza was missing and we had to wait a further 30 minutes to receive it. A delay like that is unacceptable, especially without any communication or apology from the staff. Definitely disappointing.

20/10/2024: Here you feel really comfortable, a very friendly environment and the food is exceptional. Furthermore there is a nice selection of wines, not many but for all tastes. Everything is excellent.

20/10/2024: Pleasant environment, friendly dining room staff who are very attentive to customer needs. The owner is a very approachable and polite gentleman. We ate fish-based dishes, the pasta was cooked very badly (but we ate it 😂 these are things that can happen). I recommend it ❤️

17/11/2024: Non bene, il locale si presenta bene sembra carino ma il servizio è pessimo. Abbiamo mangiato in piatti di carta, neanche nel più penoso dei fast-food. Il cibo non è un granché ha molto da migliorare le mezze maniche con alici, (le alici avevano ancora le lische) Non avevano gusto. Buono gli spaghetti a vongole ed il gambero alle mandorle e miele per il resto tutto scipito ovviamente tutto servito in piatti da portata di carta e piatti di carta, anche per l’ antipasto, non lo consiglio . Pagato 65 € 2 primi ed un antipasto.

17/11/2024: Not good, the place looks good and seems nice but the service is terrible. We ate off paper plates, not even in the most painful of fast-food restaurants. The food isn't that great, it has a lot to improve on the mezze sleeves with anchovies, (the anchovies still had bones) They had no taste. The spaghetti with clams and the prawn with almonds and honey were good, otherwise all tasteless, obviously all served on paper serving plates and paper plates, even for the appetizer, I don't recommend it. Paid €65 for 2 first courses and an appetizer.

20/10/2024: Lovely place. Helpful and welcoming staff, normal breakfast, nothing exceptional but still decent. What disappointed me is the decidedly poorly designed bathroom, especially the sink. Small and without supports of any kind I couldn't even put the beauty bag and there is a plastic cup to put the toothbrush in which obviously doesn't hold up. Furthermore, immediately above there is this small shelf precisely for placing the supplied glass and soap bars at the right level of space, which practically covers the tap. So it is impossible to wash yourself 😂. I couldn't see anything, I couldn't see the tap, I couldn't brush my teeth because my forehead hit it. I'm writing this only to improve, that's the intent. Just put a small, narrow and tall chest of drawers to put things in. Remove this shelf. In my children's room, once the bed was opened, because it was a bed which then became a double when opening the one underneath, you could no longer walk. But not even getting out of bed and there's no wardrobe. The wardrobe is only in the master bedroom which is large and wonderful. Excellent location, next to a truly enchanting place. Honestly the place is so beautiful that I think it's really worth it and as I said before the staff is good.

19/08/2024: We (four adults and two children) had lunch in Ristorante Amici Miei. It was a calm day in the restaurant, so we immediately got a table. This family run restaurant has a cozy atmosphere and a friendly atmosphere. To my taste the interior was a bit too dark though. We ordered some antipasti as a starter, a mix of vegetables, charcuterie and fish. The antipasti were good, but to be honest, we've had better elsewhere. And sadly the spumante had been open too long, so the bubbles were mostly gone. I should have sent the glass back. As a main course we ordered the pasta combination of the chef. The pasta was nice and the portion was more than enough to share between six people. I have to mention the home made bread with bacon and broccoli, which was really outstanding. Could have eaten the bread all by myself. After the meal we got offered some merengue on the house.

31/07/2024: I almost do not want to review this restaurant as I want to keep it all to myself, what an amazing hidden gem! So unassuming from the outside that you might walk past it without noticing its there. We stumbled upon it and we are so glad we did. My partner has Italian family and had been visiting Italy for many years, eating out often and having plenty of home cooked food. He said this was the best meal he has ever had out in Italy! It was wonderful and the staff were so warm and friendly. I whole heartedly recommend. We started with bread and cheese and meats (the balsamic vinegar was the best I have ever had) followed by a pasta course, we skipped meat as we were full but really wanted desert opting for tiramisu and lemon pie both excellent. Very very reasonable prices I would have paid double. Grazie di cuore a tutto lo staff di Amici Miei. Ricorderemo a lungo la vostra ospitalità e l'ottimo cibo. Torneremo a trovarvi quando torneremo a Napoli.

10/12/2024: Quando ho voglia di mangiare bene e sentirmi a casa non posso far altro che recarmi in questo ristorante, ormai per me un punto di riferimento. Materia prima sempre di qualità , cortesia e location rilassante hanno reso la cena spettacolare. Siamo stati molto bene grazie a tutte le componenti elencate. Alla prossima

08/12/2024: Siamo stati oggi in questo locale per festeggiare il compleanno di mia sorella. Cibo nella media, ma il rapporto qualità-prezzo pessimo. Avevo concordato un menù a prezzo fisso e due giorni prima il titolare mi comunica che più della metà dei primi proposti non era più eseguibile senza alcuna spiegazione. Ne prendiamo atto a malincuore, ma accettiamo. Al momento del conto ci vengono applicati i prezzi di un menù alla carta che non abbiamo mai visto. Ci siamo ritrovati a pagare un conto più alto del previsto anche con addebito di bibite non consumate. Tutto ciò denota poca professionalità, poca attenzione al cliente e una scorrettezza unica. Forse ecco perché il locale era praticamente vuoto in un giorno di festa.

21/10/2024: Un luogo meraviglioso e tranquillo, molto curato nei dettagli. All accoglienza la ragazza molto carina ed educata e preparata nello spiegare come si svolgeva il pranzo. Lo chef mi ha deliziato, sopreso e stupito con i suoi piatti,sempre presente al tavolo per presentare il piatto. Ho conosciuto il proprietario una persona semplice e molto sociale. Un esperienza da ripetere senza dubbi. La consiglio a tutti
