Its cuisine is rooted in tradition, but it doesn't stop there: it experiments, dares, and surprises. Each dish is carefully crafted, and even when it features unexpected combinations, you always sense a confident touch and authentic flavor. It's one of those rare places where you can confidently order blind, knowing that whatever comes your way will be excellent. It helps you step out of your comfort zone and experiment with things you wouldn't usually choose. The menu changes monthly, and that's one of the reasons I return regularly: every visit is a new experience. The atmosphere is intimate and welcoming, perfect for both couples and a family evening. The owner is a true host: kind, passionate, and always eager to share the story behind a dish or ingredient. It's my culinary refuge: a place that surprises without ever disappointing. P.S.: I'm looking forward to the return of the Bao sausage and broccoli rabe.

27/09/2025: The seafood and meat appetizers were exceptional, except for the crocchettone. The first courses weren't bad, but they were just okay. The desserts weren't homemade, but they were good. Overall, they were below average.

A special mention to the factotum of the structure who with her kindness and friendliness delighted us with delicious cakes that made our days start joyfully. Thank you.

Angela, the property's all-purpose hostess, is a true genius: she provides guests with helpful information, is available to answer any questions, and makes delicious cakes! See you soon!

30/10/2025: A trattoria on stilts, in an incredible location. The decor is dated but reassuring. The kitchen produces true gems of taste! Super fresh fish. Authentic flavors. An elderly lady in the kitchen expertly masters the art of showcasing the finest ingredients. The marinated anchovies are incredible in size and flavor. The eggplant parmigiana is perfect. The house wine is very good. The price is reasonable for the quality. I'll be back.
