16/03/2026: We ate at Zi Pasqualina restaurant, and I must say it was truly a wonderful experience. Here, you can experience authentic Neapolitan cuisine made with love. We ate wonderfully: fresh, high-quality ingredients, and excellently cooked. Every dish had the flavor of tradition, the kind that makes you say, "Now that's what good food is!" A huge compliment to the owner, Sabino. He's a delightful person, always present and attentive to his customers, and makes you feel right at home. The staff also deserves applause: very kind, professional, and always smiling. It's one of those places you go once... and then want to return again and again. 28/02/2026: What can I say about this splendid location in the heart of Teano? The atmosphere is charming and welcoming. As soon as we arrived, we met the chef, who welcomed us with a truly excellent glass of sparkling wine. The highlight was the truly exquisite food (I didn't manage to photograph everything 😅), incredibly delicious and flavorful, and the service was excellent and truly meticulous. We were here for a colleague's retirement party. Everything was truly meticulous and excellent. I hope to return to this magnificent place.

22/11/2025: On my way to Naples, I decided to stop in Teano, where I was fortunate enough to have lunch at Locanda de Foris. A simple, comfortable setting with beautiful architecture. The cuisine features exclusive, exquisitely crafted dishes, a delight for the palate... The service was excellent, with Isabella offering us advice and kindness. Chef Pietro was kind enough to come and greet us at the end of the meal for feedback. Restaurant professionals. Definitely worth a try.

Hotel in a good location near the sea... we should highlight the kindness of the owner and staff who take care of the customers. Beautiful breakfast/dinner room and large outdoor terrace with tables. Definitely recommended both for the service, the new rooms and the excellent price.

09/11/2025: 🍋 Return to Meta: Emotions and Haute Cuisine at Tavernetta 58 We returned to Tavernetta 58, and once again, the experience was simply extraordinary. Raffaele, the owner, welcomed us with his usual kindness, his smile and attention to detail making every guest feel at home. Claudio accompanied us to the table, offering impeccable service and extraordinary guidance on a true tasting journey through creativity and tradition. We began with two appetizers that were a concentration of originality and technique: Essenza di Parmigiana, an eggplant in osmosis stuffed with Agerola provola, breaded with its peel powder and panko breadcrumbs—a play of textures and flavors that reinterprets a great classic with a modern twist. Octopus cooked at a low temperature with garlic and thyme, then glazed with teriyaki sauce and covered with a glaze made from the octopus's cooking water: a surprising dish, balanced and full of personality. For wine, we chose Biancolella di Ischia, a native white grape of the island: fragrant, elegant, and perfect to accompany the entire meal. The first courses lived up to expectations (and even exceeded): Tortello alla genovese, with a soft and flavorful filling, served over a velvety and intense Parmesan fondue. Terra Mare, a masterpiece: pasta buttons filled with Vico Equense caciocavallo cheese and shellfish bisque, with clams, raw scampi, and flavored green olive oil. A dish that elegantly and harmoniously expresses the territory between the sea and the hills. To conclude on a sweet note, two unforgettable desserts: Tiramisu, classic but perfectly executed. Ricordi Siciliani, a poem of flavors: creamy ricotta encased in a cylinder wrapped in pistachio icing, with chocolate chips, candied orange, and a crispy cannoli shell. Special praise goes to Chef Pasquale, a true interpreter of signature cuisine that combines technique, passion, and respect for the raw ingredients. Everything was simply perfect: the organization was impeccable down to the smallest details, a sign of great professionalism. 26/03/2026: Very nice place, the food is really tasty and homely, the atmosphere is calm and not forced (for some it's a plus, for some it's a minus), the prices are moderate and not bad. We are glad that we visited this place instead of those closer to the square that shout about themselves when you pass by, while many locals had dinner in this restaurant. Therefore, I think it's definitely worth visiting this place!

Excellent selection of meats and a well-structured menu. The wine list is extensive and comprehensive: the choice to include descriptions is appreciated, although the sommelier is always ready to guide you in your choice. We will definitely be back.
