27/08/2025: We went to Porca Vacca in Salerno and what an incredible experience! The meat is amazing, and being able to sear it directly on the grill was a real treat. The potatoes with mushrooms are incredibly good, and the attentive staff constantly changed the cutlery between courses, taking care of every detail. And the dessert... wow! I've never tasted a dessert with such pleasure! Welcoming atmosphere, delicious food, and impeccable service: 5 stars, well deserved!

12/11/2025: We had dinner at this restaurant and expected it to be "good" given the reviews, but I have to say the dinner exceeded our expectations! Starting with the attentive and friendly wait staff, never intrusive but just the right amount... their friendliness and professionalism were truly 5-star! We had a hard time choosing from the many delicacies on offer... we opted for the Capofritto and the grilled octopus with potatoes, which was exquisite, tender, and cooked to perfection... the same was true for the fried food, tasty, light, and flavorful... We continued with the mezzo pacchero with red tuna and the swordfish with artichokes and orange... finally, a delicious and tasty swordfish... Everything was beautiful to look at and delicious to eat! We were completely satisfied! 5 stars well deserved!

30/09/2025: During our stay in Maiori, we had breakfast here twice. The products were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented in the display! The gentleman at the counter was one of the kindest we met during our entire stay in Italy. An extra positive point is that, being gluten intolerant, I was still able to enjoy a filling meal – he even made me a panino with the bread I brought along! Before preparing it, he washed his hands thoroughly and used a new knife to avoid any cross-contamination. That’s true professionalism. I can only recommend this place to everyone. 30/11/2025: Life is like a box of chocolates, and this chocolate shop is sublime proof of that. Yesterday I discovered a little treasure: a mixed box of milk and dark chocolates. Each was a surprise of flavor, with a distinct filling and exceptional quality. Not only the chocolates: the shop also displayed inviting chocolate cups and a range of chocolate bars perfect as gifts, thanks to their beautifully designed covers. The experience was enhanced by the friendliness and expertise of the owner, who was passionate about explaining the nuances of each product. A truly sensory experience not to be missed!

30/11/2025: I've made several purchases from Silva Chocolate Shop, for Christmas, Epiphany, and Easter. Each time, it's always been a sublime experience. First, the professionalism of Eddy, the owner, his mother, and the entire staff. They all advise you on the right choice. But the highlight is their chocolate, which is unparalleled. From the first taste, you realize the quality and authenticity of true chocolate, in all its flavors. When you enter the shop, you're spoiled for choice with the vast array of products, all handcrafted and crafted with attention to the smallest detail. My latest purchase was yesterday... a chocolate nativity scene that looks like a sculpture. Unfortunately, I didn't think to take a photo, but if you visit their website, you'll definitely find it, along with many other works. If you're in the shop, don't forget to try their assortment of naked chocolates... a true delight for the palate.

01/12/2025: Recommended by the owner of a nearby B&B. She told me it opens at 6:30 pm, so we stopped by at 7:30 pm. Unfortunately, it was closed. It's a shame we were very excited about dining there. I checked the update 6 weeks ago and the opening hours matched what I'd been told, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case. It was closed on a Monday. It's a shame, we would have been happy to visit given the reviews and the B&B owner's recommendation.

28/11/2025: It was very delicious. I read reviews saying the food was lightly seasoned, but I found it to be rather strong. There were no issues with the food or the service, but the strong smell from the aroma candles prevented me from enjoying the aroma of the food, and watching TV on the large TV in the restaurant ruined the atmosphere. I would definitely come back next time I'm in Naples.

30/11/2025: Excellent restaurant in the heart of Naples, just steps from Piazza Plebiscito. Friendly and fast service, a varied menu for all tastes, good traditional cuisine... we love returning every time we're in the area.

30/11/2025: We found this trattoria by chance and it was a pleasant surprise! Mr. Francesco is very friendly, very professional, and extremely courteous. We will definitely be back. A warm thank you from Paola, Princess Ludovica, and Tommaso (who really enjoyed the ginseng!)

08/10/2025: Best food we had in Italy out of 13 days and 7 cities. Excellent staff, super friendly and welcoming. We went back each night we stayed in Minori. Would highly recommend the -margarita pizza -Ndunderi with sausage, porcini mushrooms, provola cheese and bacon (homemade pasta dish) -Local red wine.

07/10/2025: Aperol Spritz is good enough. T-bone steak is super touch, disappointing. The source of Ndunderi is tasty, but the Ndunderi per se is too plain without flavour. Ham & melon is good.

12/07/2025: Pessimo servizio Cameriere scostumato. Mi hanno servito una fetta di spigola sfilettata piena di spine ed alla mia lamentela il cameriere mi ha suggerito di non ordinare pesce se non gradisco. Ho mandato indietro il piatto e preso un hamburger e nel conto avevano inserito anche la spigola. La qualità dei prodotti,come vengono cucinati e il servizio non sono adatti al nome. È la seconda cattiva esperienza. Non andrò più.

Maar op 14 mei 2025 ('s avonds) was de pizza nogal slap. Een beetje pannenkoek structuur. In Italië zegt men wel dat een pizza met de hand kan eten. Dat was hier beslist niet het geval. 13/10/2025: We've been for lunch several times, and even though it was Sunday (on this day the establishment offers "Sunday lunch," meaning you don't eat à la carte, so there's a standard menu for everyone, very varied but consistent), the owner, Roberto, was very accommodating to those who were currently following a special diet. Furthermore, during the week, he offers a fairly extensive menu of typical local dishes, authentic cured meats and cheeses. The side dishes are also noteworthy, not to mention the homemade desserts. The wine selection is good, including the local one, a decent table wine. In any case, L'oste contadino allows you to spend a day in a characteristic place, combining the pleasure of a beautiful stroll with that of good food. Congratulations again to Roberto and his staff.

25/09/2025: I dined at Oste Contadino last night and had a truly exceptional experience. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with warmth and professionalism, immediately creating a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere. The food was delicious and the service impeccable, especially the truly light pizza. The prices are fair for the quality of the food and service offered.

01/11/2025: The six of us ate well: four pizzas, an appetizer of frittatina and croquettes, and a slice of meat, plus water and small drinks. The quality was very good, as was the service. Perhaps the plastic chairs were very uncomfortable; in fact, I fell several times.

15/10/2025: The waiter, Ciro, was very pleasant, provided excellent service, with a great sense of humor. He even brought French fries to go with the beer as a compliment. We were very impressed!
