15/05/2025: The restaurant Il sublime is a truly familiar and welcoming place. Annalisa and her brothers Alessandro, his wife Marianna, Gianni, Roberto the chef and all the others who are in the dining room are really very kind and helpful. The service is fast and while you wait they always stop to chat just as if you were at a friend's house. It is clear that in this restaurant the winning force is the team made up of the family. When you go there the dishes will speak for themselves. I recommend it and I hope to return as soon as possible. Well done everyone and great Chef!

16/06/2025: The gluten-free, deep-fried pizza was absolutely delicious. The setting takes a little getting used to, but the seating area is very nicely arranged. We brought our pizza fritta (although it got a bit squashed by the cardboard). In the photo, the regular pizza is on the left, and the gluten-free pizza is on the right. The gluten-free pizza was made separately in a three-quarter separate room.

21/06/2025: La Vera Pizza Napoletana is a must-try! If you're looking for authenticity, this place is the ideal destination: a traditional wood-fired oven and a menu that pays homage to Neapolitan classics. Definitely the souvenir you'll want from Naples. And as if that weren't enough, the pizzaioli were incredibly friendly, making the experience even more welcoming and memorable. We went in May, and there's a Maradona mural nearby above a mechanic's shop. Greetings from Chile!

08/06/2025: A place now at home, where you can taste their seasonal products at km 0, care for the production of raw materials and a lot of passion in always proposing and preparing genuine dishes with excellent combinations from the first to the last course! Recommended! 😉

14/04/2025: The place is hospitable and welcoming, perhaps the space between the tables is slightly narrow, but ultimately comfortable. The dishes were not very salty but everything was really very good. The pizza was a spectacle! I will happily return.

02/07/2025: Very nice and characteristic place with a pleasant atmosphere. The owner is friendly and welcoming. We were a group of people and even though it was Saturday night and we hadn't booked, after a short wait they prepared a table. Very kind and attentive staff. Delicious pizza, excellent dough. It's been a long time since I had a pizza like this, I will definitely return.

18/05/2025: Newly starred in Campania (well deservedly so), but with a long tradition, which is proposed well outside the usual tourist routes, which would be enough to highlight the passion for cooking beyond the commercial operation. Salvatore Avallone offers essential cuisine, a perfect combination of apparent simplicity and innovation, with some "oriental" touches wisely placed, which never distort the flavor of the ingredients, but rather enhance them. Summarized in a comment by Federica, precise and prepared Maitre Sommelier of Cetara: "We present what we know how to do". There are two tasting menus available, basically seafood and meat, which vary by season, both very interesting (so a second visit is almost "obligatory"). Extensive wine list, with ample space for local and Italian wines in general, and with a good number of foreign wines. Few tables in the room, good separation and intimate environment: the furniture and tableware are commendable. Prices in line with a starred restaurant. Although it does not have a private parking, it is not difficult to find a place in the area if you arrive by car. An absolutely recommended restaurant, which is also worth a detour to visit.

11/05/2025: Si parla spesso di qualità del cibo, ma troppo spesso si danno per scontate le cose ancora più importanti : educazione , cortesia e mettere a proprio agio gli ospiti …. E’ il caso di ieri sera : io e mia sorella , selezioniamo questo ristorante per festeggiare il compleanno di mia madre . Purtroppo mia sorella a causa di coliche avute pochi minuti prima di arrivare non ci ha potuto raggiungere sperando fino alla fine di farcela . Entriamo e la persona che ci ha accolti , con fare saccente e arrogante subito ci redarguisce perché ci eravamo presentati in 2 e non in 3 senza avvisare prima . Poi ci fa pesare che non stavamo sceglievamo il menù degustazione e che ci faceva una cortesia a farci mangiare alla carta ( imponendo un minimo di 2 pietanze principali ) . Ci ha quasi “ lanciato “ 1 solo iPad per due ospiti ( le ho chiesto anche per accelerare i tempi se potevamo averne due di menu ‘ … ci ribadiva che era già tanto che ci faceva mangiare a là carte e quindi ho dovuto attendere che uno lo leggesse e scegliesse poi ho potuto farlo io … finita la polemica del menu degustazione , ha poi ha ripreso quella sul fatto che eravamo andanti in due e non in 3 fino a che , le ho fatto notare il modo in cui ci stava trattando da quando eravamo entrati e , data la scarsa accoglienza e la pesantissima atmosfera creata dalla ragazza di sala, abbiamo deciso di alzarci e andare via senza neppure cenare … la persona di Sala era riuscita a rovinarci il compleanno di mia madre a causa della insostenibile atmosfera di acidità arroganza e prosopopea da lei creata …

03/06/2025: During a trek on the Lattari Mountains we dined in this restaurant attracted also by the beautiful photos and the many reviews. The croquettes were really excellent, the sausage was good and the pasta was really excellent, paccheri ai Monti Lattari, exquisite and inebriating. The prices were perhaps a little above average even if for some dishes it was worth it. We sat down at 8.30 pm, we started to dine at 9.15 pm and yet it wasn't crowded. The place was decent overall even if we dined outside under the external gazebo. The staff was friendly and helpful.

02/07/2025: It's a lovely restaurant with excellent service and goo# food. Their octopus potato salad is very good and is their grilled squid. Also, the tomato salad was with some of the tastiest tomatoes I've ever had. Highly recommend as a casual restaurant with excellent food. We ate there twice this time in Sorrento and multiple times on our last trip.

19/05/2025: Siamo capitati per caso , leggendo le recensioni l’abbiamo scelto! Tutto veritiero !Pulizia al top , ordine, Tutto cucinato al momento,ambia scelta di carne di prima qualità! Contorni semplici ma di sapore avvolgente! Senza parlare della Padrone di casa Gentilissima,Ospitale , dolce ,professionale e veloce! In sintesi locale al Top che rispecchia alla grande i giovani e freschi Titolar!! Da ritornare assolutamente!!

04/05/2025: A familiar, good quality product, freshly made in front of customers and family-run. It is a perfect place if you are passing through Caserta and looking for a quick, local meal, especially if in a hurry or to grab on the fly. I leave four stars on food and environment mainly for two reasons: the place is very small and with groups of many people it can be difficult to sit without being cramped and, unfortunately, the fried pizza I got had some cooking defects and was crunchier than I would expect. Despite this, I think it is an excellent product and I would recommend giving it a try based also on what was said previously.
