18/11/2025: I went to this establishment with my girlfriend, sister and brother-in-law after our visit to the ruins of Pompeii in October. The food and charming atmosphere were really great. We booked a month before hand not knowing what to expect, but found ourselves enjoying every bit of it. I like that the servers were adamant for everyone to get dressed up into characters of the time period. Their efforts really made it a memorable dining experience. The 1st-century decor was beautiful and the food was delicious! I recommend the shank! Get it! The whole staff were super friendly and attentive. It was a nice end to the evening. We ended up staying pretty late for a Sunday and found ourselves basically stranded in Pompeii. The taxi station was empty and we found out that we had difficulty finding a cab ride back to Napoli where we were staying. I believe the gentleman working that night was looking out for us, because we went back to ask if he could help us book a cab and he basically asked his friend to drive us back! Unbelievable! The hospitality of this man and his friend, if his name was Augustine I don’t remember, was so appreciated. It was kind of emotional and humbling moment. I really reconnected with my roots on this trip and It was quite validating to see southern Italian hospitality firsthand. I will forever remember this restaurant, not just because it had good food, but the people who work there make it so special.

05/09/2025: We were recommended by a girl we met on the beach; she couldn't have given us a better recommendation for dinner at this beautiful, warm, and extremely well-run restaurant. We ordered the delicious house appetizers, the flavorful cavatelli, and the melt-in-your-mouth pancetta cotta CBT, not to mention the exquisite eggplant parmigiana. We were also very pleased with the kindness of the staff, who managed to make you feel at home with a professional and formal approach. The best dinner of a holiday in Cilento.

05/09/2025: I've been there for both lunch and dinner. The food quality is excellent, both in terms of the ingredients used and the preparation. The wine list is more than good, and the staff is courteous and knowledgeable. The prices are clearly in line with the quality of the food. The wine markup is reasonable.

07/12/2025: How much I enjoyed it! It's a room next to the fry shop. You don't have to reserve; you just wait to be seated. It's not a restaurant; the place is small. It's meant to be eaten and then left to others. Great price, very dry fried food, incredible flavor in its simplicity 😋😋😋

06/12/2025: La Masardona is a must-visit in Naples for anyone craving authentic deep-fried pizza. The crust is perfectly crisp yet airy, and the variety of savory and sweet fillings is impressive. Service is quick and friendly, and the prices are unbeatable for the quality.

10/11/2025: On Saturday afternoon we stopped for a beer, a group of eight people, we had 3 beers and a mini platter that could have satisfied a maximum of 4 people, we were presented with a bill of 65 euros in which the platter reigned supreme with a cost of 40 euros but the surprise was to see us charged a whopping 16 euros for a cover charge.......

09/10/2025: We had a great meal here, we sat outside over looking the mountains and horses roaming around. Getting to the restaurant itself was a little nervy, it is off the beaten track but well worth it.

27/11/2025: It's become our home; we dine there at least once a week with the family. The dishes are generous and flavorful, and the friendliness and professionalism of the entire staff makes dinner a true treat. They truly pay attention to every detail. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I recommend ordering the tiramisu because it's delicious.

07/11/2025: A great discovery, even the smells of the dishes they prepare take you back to the past, to when your grandmother and mother prepared lunch and dinner with identical flavors. Everything was good, excellent service, and a quaint, meticulously maintained restaurant with the passion of someone who cares about their customers as if they were their own children. An experience worth trying.

13/10/2025: Let me start by saying we went on Saturday evening. Our reservation was honored to perfection. We had to wait a bit for our dishes because it was quite busy, but in the meantime we tried some delicious croquettes and some delicious Italian-style fried food. The pizza was excellent—the dough, the cooking, and the ingredients. The desserts were also delicious. We'll be back!

13/10/2025: Restaurant with a great atmosphere, super delicious food, and great background music. My wife and I had the Menu di Terra and both found it incredibly delicious. Unbeatable value for money! If we're in the area again, we'll definitely be back☺️

03/10/2025: Location: The restaurant is located near a small square where parking is easy to find. It doesn't have many seats, like almost all Michelin-starred restaurants, which ensures greater attention to each customer. The decor is modern, with cool, bright white tones, minimal in some areas, yet extremely pleasant. Courses: We chose the Leoni menu, entirely chosen by the chef, to whom we gave carte blanche (with the sole exception of mushrooms, to which we have intolerances). It was a unique experience, with distinctive and innovative flavors. Many courses featured raw fish, but we particularly loved the first courses, including the risotto, cooked to perfection. The leavened pastries were also excellent. The menu truly featured many courses, ranging from sweet to savory, from land and sea. For wines, we chose a Franciacorta to start and a 2019 Fiano, very intense and with a strong flavor. Service: Perfect is an understatement. The staff, besides being professional and knowledgeable, is extremely polite and friendly, explaining the concept behind the menu. The price, for what they offered, the quality of the product, and the service, was truly excellent. It's not the first time we've eaten at Michelin-starred restaurants, but this was one of the best experiences we've had.

22/09/2025: It's a very thoughtful restaurant. My phone doesn't have power, so there's a power bank to use! The service is also very good, and the taste is also very good.

25/10/2025: My daughter and I had dinner last night at La Taverna dei Sapori. It was one of the best meals we've had in Italy! I had the Genovese and it was extroadinarily good. My daughter had a Tuscan style ragu. The chef, Mariella, was very friendly and knowledgeable. If you're in the area, definitely take advantage of the opportunity to enjoy Mariella's food and lovely hospitality.

05/10/2025: WOW! 10/10 - Mariella is an amazing cook and presented us all her creations to choose from. We had a variety of Appetizers from Bruschetta to fried Ricotta-Lemon balls and for the main courses the Pasta Genovese and Slow-cooked beef in red wine. Probably the best we have ever had! To accomplish she recommended a very suiting wine and we finished of with Nutella cake and almond-chocolate cake. Wonderful last night of our trip to Italy. Thanks again and hopefully see you soon again! ❤️

19/10/2025: A fantastic restaurant with exceptional service and delicious cuisine. It has a homely atmosphere, and the dishes are prepared to perfection. The steak was delicious, served perfectly done. The seafood pasta was equally delicious, and the portions are generous.

03/12/2025: A charming little restaurant where you can enjoy delicious cuisine with a traditional flavor in a welcoming and friendly atmosphere. A first experience was already positive, and a second even better. I particularly recommend the delicious roasted cod, the excellent provola sausage with the ever-present broccoli rabe, the pasta with potatoes and cheese, and, a wonderful discovery, the soffritto. The attention to hygiene is evident, and the service is impeccable. Definitely recommended.

07/10/2025: Absolutely fantastic experience at Mimmo e Lucio! I had the pizza and the carbonara, and both were incredible. The pizza was perfectly cooked — thin, crispy crust with just the right balance of sauce, cheese, and toppings. The carbonara was rich, creamy, and authentic, with that perfect touch of pecorino and pancetta that makes it unforgettable. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, and the service was friendly and attentive without being overbearing. You can really taste the passion and quality in every bite. Definitely one of the best Italian meals I’ve had!

18/10/2025: On a recommendation, we tried this highly regarded and renowned restaurant. As soon as we sat down, we immediately understood why: first of all, the location is lovely and close to the waterfront, and the staff is friendly and helpful. The dishes are truly exquisite, with incredibly fresh fish and generous portions. It's an experience worth repeating and I absolutely recommend it.

The location is superb, with a view of Naples across the bay, service is very attentive and the food quality unparalleled! Loved every aspect of my meals.
