09/10/2025: Nice restaurant where we ate well - the wine was also good and we were well advised on wines at reasonable prices - my pasta (large pasta) could have been cooked a little more. Desserts were also good.

01/05/2026: I discovered Menhir about three years ago, a Sardinian restaurant in the heart of Pozzuoli, and I fell in love with it. It's a small and welcoming place, with a refined and familiar atmosphere. The owner is extremely kind and helpful, making you feel right at home. The cuisine is truly excellent: every course is delicious, from appetizers to dessert (which I absolutely recommend!). You can taste the quality and attention to detail in every dish. A huge plus: the entire menu is also available gluten-free, which is not a given and truly appreciated. We come here often and always return with pleasure. Highly recommended!

06/04/2026: Superbe. I've lived in Italy for over 23 years and commonly eat well when eating out. It is rare that I will post a review. La Taverna di Luciana is one of those special finds that absolutely merits distinction. Starting with the bread that goes on the table, moist sour dough with a great crunch, to the seafood pasta brimming with flavor, to the crisply fried cod fish in a delicate batter. All of it was so expertly executed. My husband's pizza, a simple Margherita was so light and so profumati. Just delicious. My grilled squid was sweet and tender. To finish I had the lightest pastiera I've ever had in my life. All homemade. Incredible quality. Reasonable prices. Do not miss this place. The staff were kind and welcoming. No pretense, just really good food. I'll definitely come again the next time I'm in Naples.

06/04/2026: A great discovery, it's a shame it was our last day in Naples. We went on Easter Sunday, so for obvious reasons (many other places were closed), we had to wait a bit for a table... but it was worth it. The food was excellent. Mrs. Luciana was very kind, as was all her staff. The pizza chefs even brought a pizza dough to the table to help me while my daughter waited... all the dishes were beautiful and delicious, from the starters, which were delicious and plentiful, to the main courses, and the excellent pizza... Congratulations to everyone.

28/02/2026: We had a delicious pizza here, you MUST try the pizza Vittorio named after the owners husband. It's an adorable little place run by lovely people. Mara welcomed so warmly and by the end of the meal we were friends. It's refreshing to see places like this still exist

13/07/2026: The place is cute, and the ingredients are good quality, but the prices are absurd, to say the least! I understand it's Sorrento, but a cheese platter for two, offered at €28 when there were 12 slices of cheese (2 for 6 types), and having to even split a mozzarella bite, is nothing short of shameful. Not to mention the €3 cover charge, unjustifiable given there wasn't even a tablecloth. Not to mention the water, also €3, declared as "microfiltered," which is just a cover to avoid saying it's tap water. We also ordered eggplant mushroom-style, but it was completely disjointed, as if they'd put two eggplant pieces and two chopped cherry tomatoes together on the plate; there was no salt either. It's a shame, because the service is really friendly.

12/07/2026: I stopped through to enjoy two glasses of wine representing the region. Super impressed with the knowledge and service of Italian wine.

16/07/2026: We stopped for pasta after visiting the Certosa. We arrived at 2:30 PM, even though the restaurant closes at 3:00 PM, and were warmly welcomed. The service was impeccable, and the ragù was exceptional, and we even mopped it up with bread. My husband, my two children, and I left feeling completely satisfied with our lunch. Highly recommended, not only for the food, but also for the view of the Certosa, and especially for the kindness.

19/05/2026: Be careful eating there. Went in with a large group. Ordered 1 pizza - 14€, 2 waters - 3€ each and 2 cokes 4E each- and was charged 45€. The pizza was good but not 45€ good. He charged 6€ for splitting pizza and 6€ for service charge and 5€ for nothing. They ripped us off.

17/05/2026: After walking through the ruins of Pompeii this is the best place to relax with a good cocktail and a great atmosphere. Our waiter Roberto, is the person who made our stay exceptional. I highly recommend this place, especially if you are served by Roberto. Amareto sour is the best cocktail I have ever had.

09/08/2026: A fantastic Falanghina wine washed down our seafood scialatiello and mussel soup. The atmosphere was pleasant, the restaurant's beautiful nautical colors were vibrant, and the clientele was select. The price was also excellent compared to similar seafood dishes elsewhere. An experience to be repeated.

06/08/2026: For a table of four, the price was definitely fair for what we ate. The fish was truly excellent and fresh, even the dishes not on the menu (octopus, etc.), and the desserts were homemade and truly delicious.

05/11/2025: We had dinner at "Casa Chef" last night and were absolutely blown away. The welcome was warm, and the wait staff pampered us throughout the dinner, with attentive yet never intrusive service. ​The ambiance is exquisite, perfect for a special occasion. ​But the real star is the food. It's immediately clear why it's called "Casa Chef": every dish is a small masterpiece. We started with a seafood appetizer that amazed us with its freshness and originality. For the main course, the food was cooked to perfection, with flavors that blended beautifully. ​The desserts are equally as impressive. ​Rarely do you find places with such customer care and such high quality. Congratulations to all the staff and, of course, the Chef! We'll be back very soon.

04/08/2026: An authentic Neapolitan experience! Osteria da Carmela is one of those places that makes you feel right at home. Authentic Neapolitan cuisine, dishes prepared with quality ingredients and authentic traditional flavors. Everything is truly delicious! The staff is extremely kind, welcoming, and attentive, and the atmosphere is warm and welcoming. The value for money is also excellent. A place that perfectly represents Neapolitan hospitality and cuisine. Highly recommended, I would return in a heartbeat!

08/07/2026: VERY RUDE STAFF! we were standing outside the empty restaurant, few minutes before they open, asking if there is a table for us, they looked at us from bottom to top and didnt say a word. we noticed a sign in the entrance saying no open shoes and one of us was wearing flip flops so we asked if it ok to sit outside - again, they just looked at us and didnt say a word! we went to the restaurant just next to it - BLU WATER and it was so amazing!
