The desserts were also a letdown
I expected much more, especially for what we paid.
22/10/2025: Lovely view, but the food was disappointing. The shrimp and octopus were mushy and not fresh—surprising given the waterfront location. Prices were high for what was served, and it felt like the better seafood was kept for locals. Would not return.

03/08/2025: Ci siamo fermati a pranzo qualche giorno fa con i miei amici,…che dire siamo stati conquistati dalla freschezza dei piatti. Polpette appena impastate e infornate.
Lo consigliamo vivamente sia per la bontà dei piatti che per la gentilezza dei proprietari, veramente cordiali e accoglienti.
Consiglio vivamente le polpette e gli gnocchi alla Nerano. Posizione centralissima e comoda per chi si vuole godere una giornata al mare e mangiare bene.

13/09/2025: Tonight I went to this restaurant with my boyfriend and it was a wonderful experience. The view is simply breathtaking, and the atmosphere is special and unique. The food was perfect down to the last detail, carefully prepared and truly delicious. The staff also deserves a special mention: super attentive, friendly, and always available. A place I absolutely recommend and will definitely return to!

12/10/2025: A quaint osteria on the Chiaia steps. Limited seating, both inside and out. Excellent food, friendly service, and very reasonable prices. We had lunch for two, including a first course, second course, side dish, wine, water, and dessert, for €63. Highly recommended.
12/10/2025: We found it by chance. We were looking for a restaurant to eat at before returning to grab our luggage and heading to the airport. The food was very good, as was the service.
Out of courtesy, they offered us a homemade limoncello: delicious.

15/08/2025: A friend and I whent there. The food was delicious and cheap (20€ for 2). The staff is friendly and speaks English. Possibly to for a takeaway if you can't finish. Plus they do the fry pizza. We recommend

02/09/2025: The quality of the ingredients is excellent, the staff is very kind and helpful, and so would the girls serving the tables if it weren't for the somewhat impeccable service. I understand there are other reservations, but you can rush customers by clearing their plates from the table as soon as they've finished their last bite. You wait for everyone to finish first, and then they can clear them away.
I hope my opinion isn't taken as a criticism, but as advice.
23/08/2025: We were on holiday here in Salerno and we came to eat for three days in this magnificent place in front of the port, very fresh and delicious fish.

11/09/2025: I was at this restaurant in July and I have to say it was a great experience. The dishes were served quickly (10 minutes waiting time per dish). If you have children, I recommend coming here, given the many super fun rides. I will be back in the next few days!
