06/11/2025: We had lunch at this restaurant located in the small square of Cetara. We ate excellent sea bream with lemon and spaghetti with anchovy sauce! The ingredients were very fresh and perfectly cooked! Excellent welcome and service; the owner and the waiters came over several times during lunch to make sure everything was fine and to our liking. Recommended.

09/10/2025: One of the best restaurants in Ischia is recommended, especially for its specialty, Ischitan-style rabbit, which requires advance reservation. But beyond the specialty, everything was delicious, from the house appetizer to the excellent first courses. Not to mention that, if you arrive at sunset, you'll witness a truly incredible display of colors.

03/10/2025: Absolutely great restaurant! Was recommended by a local as one of the last family owned restaurants to use locally caught rabbits for their Ischia Rabbit dish. Everything was hearty and delicious and all the staff was extremely friendly and upbeat. If you want classic Italian warmth with delicious food go here!!

01/12/2025: The best pizza in Naples is here!! We were four Sardinian friends, and on the recommendation of a local friend, we stopped by and tried some phenomenal appetizers... everything was taken care of by the professionalism and kindness of the maître d'... on our next trip, this is a must!

29/11/2025: Pizzeria Lombardi combines tradition, quality and the unmistakable atmosphere of a historic Neapolitan pizzeria. The wood-fired oven and the lively dining room create an authentic setting that immediately sets the tone. Today we tried their pizza of the month, a creative combination of baccalà, walnuts, provola, sautéed greens, anchovies, olives and capers. It’s rich, balanced and one of the most interesting seasonal pizzas we’ve tasted. As starters, the fried baccalà and calamari were perfectly crisp and light. For a classic choice, the Diavola (with a touch of ’nduja) is a great option. The soft base, bright tomato sauce and spicy salame deliver the right level of heat without overwhelming the flavours. Service is another strong point. The staff is attentive, well-trained and provides helpful recommendations even during busy hours, adding to the overall positive experience. Pizzeria Lombardi remains one of the best traditional pizzerias in Naples, consistently delivering quality ingredients, warm service and an enjoyable dining experience. Highly recommended.

09/11/2025: We initially went there just to try it out, but the next day we went back because the pizza was delicious and we felt right at home. Fantastic pizza, you can taste it's made with love, professionalism, and passion. I'll definitely be back next time I'm in the area.

14/10/2025: Friendly service, dedication, professionalism, and friendliness are what you'll find at Brick Lane. Above all, you'll enjoy a wide range of delicious dishes, from appetizers to sandwiches (spectacular and delicious), and desserts. You can also enjoy an excellent beer. A pub suitable for all ages, from young to old, but above all, everyone is friendly, and then there's the owner, Nello, a phenomenal guy.

12/10/2025: I gave it three stars not because the food wasn't good, on the contrary... but because even though we had a 10:30 PM reservation, we arrived at 11:20 PM and then ate at midnight. I understand that Saturday nights are busier, but try to organize yourselves better; don't take all these reservations if you have to keep people waiting that long.

12/10/2025: Highly recommended! You'll leave feeling full and spending very little. Ciccio, a fantastic chef and waiter, advised us on what to order and, lastly, since we didn't have a coffee machine, he even made us an espresso with a moka pot!

13/07/2025: La location all'interno di un antico palazzo è davvero affascinante. Pranziamo all'esterno in un ampio cortile rivestito d'edera su tutti i lati con tavoli abbastanza distanti tra loro e senza avvertire la calura esterna. Disponibili più degustazioni con un ampia possibilità di scelta considerato anche che i prezzi "alla carta" non sono esagerati. Selezioniamo proprio dalla carta ed iniziamo con il mosaico di tonno e ricciola marinati alla panzanella; è la composizione di tonno e ricciola a colpire l'occhio ma è il fantastico condimento della panzanella ad innestare le marce alte del gusto. Proseguiamo con la linguina con crema ai ricci di mare, cipollotto arrostito e polvere di nduja. Mescoliamo il tutto e la prima cosa che sentiamo è il cipollotto, buono, non eccezionale, ma non appena alla forchettata successiva peschiamo i ricci ecco che la soddisfazione è piena. Finora tutto bene ma è coì secondi che la cucina si esalta: sia l'"omaggio a Jackson Pollock", ovvero un filetto di rombo ricoperto da un velo di seppia con spuma di fagioli, spinaci, e chips al nero di seppia, sia l'agnello come un peperone “mbuttunat” sono di alto livello. L'omaggio a Pollock non è un semplice mix di ingredienti ma un insieme ben bilanciato dove ogni cosa ha motivo di esserci. L'agnello, con perfetta cottura, è semplicemente tra i più buoni mai assaggiati. Il piatto per cui ritornare. Si chiude con il gelato al provolone del monaco, una sorpresa per chi cerca qualcosa di nuovo ma, attenzione, non un dolce...dolce. Freschissima la "Green Experience" ovvero panna cotta al basilico, gelato al tè matcha, e schiuma di latte croccante. Da una carta dei vini con ricarichi ragionevoli scegliamo una bollicina: Albino Armani Trento Dosaggio Zero “Clè”, piacevole per l'intero pasto. Servizio veloce ed adeguato. Prezzi nella norma, buoni rispetto a location e qualità della cucina.

21/11/2025: Ottomano is a charming family run business with the kindest owners and servers. Not only did we try some of the best seafood we had in Ischia here, but the restaurant allowed us to stay inside with them even when they were closing, because of the rainfall that wouldn’t stop. We were unprepared and they kindly welcomed us to remain indoors as we enjoyed an espresso and cuddles from the owners dog. The mixed seafood appetizer is a must - it changed my opinion on anchovies for the better because of how fresh and lightly dressed in lemon it was. Everything is worth trying here. 26/10/2025: Taking the €5 taxi boat from S. Angelo to Spiaggia dei Maronti on October 6, 2025 (the day after the storm) was quite an experience for me. The sea offered otherworldly colors, and the visibility was so clear that I could recognize almost every house on the island of Capri. Things started off well for me! I had already bookmarked the Ottomano in Hamburg. I was not disappointed: the view, the food (super fresh alici marinati to start with, gnocchi alla sorrentina for the main course), a full bread basket, a large bottle of water, coffee, excellent service, and fabulous value for money. In short: simply delicious and wonderful! Il mio nuovo luogo di felicità – grazie mille! Tornerò!

09/11/2025: DON’T COME HERE! The Food sucks!!! I got the spaghetti and meatballs and was very salty and meatball wasn’t fresh. It’s not even an Italian thing. They charge $4 euro for water and $2 a person for cover charge, ripped off!!!

24/10/2025: Well, what can I say...once you go, you won't be able to get enough. Yesterday was our second time; we'd been there three years ago. Let's start with the kindness of the owner and waiter, two delightful people, kind, helpful, and smiling. The atmosphere is incredible, somewhere between rustic and elegant, a combination that makes this restaurant a true gem, with truly meticulous attention to detail. The food is ionospheric, I've only eaten like this at home; I've never seen a restaurant with such authentic and genuine flavors. The Genovese was top-notch, as were the house antipasto and tiramisu. A truly exquisite menu, and above all, meticulous attention to flavor and presentation, because, as we all know, appearance counts. Truly a rare gem. I'll always return whenever possible.

01/10/2025: Spent our last night in Italy at this restaurant. What an incredible choice!! From the warm welcome, to the unbelievably delicious food, to the owner asking about our dining experience and informing us about Napoli history and tradition, everything was 10/10. If you are in the area, don't hesitate to stop here!! I cannot wait to return next time we are in the area. Special mention goes to the Ziti Genovese, the Salted Caramel Panne Cotta and the Fillet.
