22/09/2025: I spent 5 days in September in a deluxe room. The resort is beautifully situated in the mountains with a stunning view of the sea. The entire complex is very well-maintained, the pool is clean, the rooms are attractively furnished, and the beds are comfortable. Unfortunately, room service wasn't particularly professional; the trash cans in the bathroom and room weren't emptied for 3 days, and I waited 2 days for a dead lizard to be removed from the small terrace right outside my room door. Breakfast wasn't exceptional, but it was okay, and the service was very friendly. Unfortunately, the hard metal chairs throughout the resort have no cushions, whether in the restaurant, breakfast area, or on the private terrace! Is that what you call country chic? When I arrived, the restaurant only offered a mediocre pizza, no salad, and no dessert. The menu for the remaining days seemed suspiciously ambitious (pasta with oysters, etc.), so I preferred to eat out at a family-run, typical Calabrian fish restaurant, which was rather simple but received excellent reviews, and rightly so! Reviews from other guests at the Borgo Rosso di Sera restaurant confirmed my suspicion that the food didn't really live up to the high standards set out on the menu.... The biggest annoyance at this resort came over the weekend (Friday and Saturday), when, in addition to the fully booked restaurant on the terrace, two large private parties were held on the premises—more precisely, right in front of the hotel guests' rooms. More than 100 guests attended, the property was filled with loud music until midnight, and then the hotel was noisily cleaned up until 2 a.m. As an overnight guest, you couldn't use your own terrace for two consecutive days—no privacy at all!—nor open windows and shutters, let alone sleep peacefully! I found this behavior a gross disregard for the hotel guests and completely unacceptable! There was neither advance warning nor an apology from the manager afterwards. I gather from the reviews of previous guests who complained about the same incidents that this behavior is quite common practice at this hotel. The owner of this resort should decide whether they want to offer accommodation or rather an event venue! Under its current management, Borgo Rosso di Sera is definitely not suitable for a quiet, relaxing holiday! What a shame!

27/08/2025: In the countryside, just steps from the sea, excellent service and hospitality. A must-try overnight stay. Ideal for small to medium-sized ceremonies. Good-quality food prepared with quality ingredients.

02/09/2025: All things considered, the experience would be positive; the problem is taking one thing at a time. The food is good, but the portions vary depending on who prepares them. The service is somewhat chaotic; a few more people and the situation becomes critical. The space is cramped (there are tables that almost spill out onto the adjacent street...) and the smell is... stomach-churning.

Here, you're not just a customer: you're welcomed with genuine warmth. Chef Emilio is a master of seafood: each dish is a symphony of freshness and expertly balanced flavors. The seafood specialties are varied and always surprising; it's clear that each recipe is born of experience, passion, and respect for the ingredients. The fine wines selected further enhance the dishes, and the pizzas—yes, even the pizzas—are prepared with care and flavor. And the homemade desserts? A perfect conclusion that will remain in your heart. The family-run business of Carmelina, Emanuele, and the young Niccolò creates an intimate and authentic atmosphere: they manage everything with discretion, professionalism, and a warmth rarely found. The waiters are extremely kind, attentive, and never intrusive: their smiles complete an already extraordinary experience. The pride of a family that has transformed a restaurant into a place of celebration and memory is evident. The space is magnificent and versatile: the large capacity and the dramatic wooden nave make it perfect for weddings and anniversaries, those evenings where you want to share beauty with loved ones. The entrance, with its touches reminiscent of a London home—the doormat, the discreet ashtray for smokers—and the statue of San Francesco di Paola across the street, contribute to creating a unique, almost timeless atmosphere. I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart: for the excellent food, for the sincere welcome, and for creating a space where every visit becomes a precious memory. You have cultivated not just a restaurant, but a place of the soul. I have been a customer for years with immense pleasure and will recommend it to anyone who wants a genuine, warm, and unforgettable experience. 01/11/2025: What a great discovery! Small but very well-kept place, the perfect atmosphere we were looking for last night. Good food, beautiful location, friendly and helpful staff, everything not fancy/pretentious. Food: We started with a DELICIOUS tartare, homemade bread. It continued even better with an incredible cuttlefish with Jerusalem artichokes and gnocchi with caciocavallo fondue and anchovies. We decided to try another dish, the leek with potatoes and porcini mushrooms, which was good (but the others were out of this world). Good wines, the lady even told us about the vineyards of my small Greco di Tufo winery. Cost: €62 for two. We thought the bill was wrong 😅 we expected a higher price overall. Small minus: a bit of a wait for the dishes, but all in all, it's fine given the pleasantness of the place and the overall situation. Well done!

13/10/2025: We made a reservation, and when our flight was delayed, it wasn't a problem. We just had to let them know. We had a delicious meal and were advised on the wine. It all worked out perfectly. Pleasant atmosphere and a helpful team. And on a Saturday evening, you're in a quiet neighborhood, easily reached by car.

Each course is a perfect balance of flavors, from meat to fish, with a surprising touch of innovation. The wine selection is excellent, and the staff is always helpful and knowledgeable. I highly recommend this restaurant for a special evening.

06/09/2025: Pizzeria Panoramik is located in Acri, in the province of Cosenza. We ordered takeout pizza, which was really good and the staff were very friendly. The interior is beautiful and welcoming, and the wood finishes always make a great impression. If you're in the area, it's worth spending an evening at Panoramik.

07/09/2025: We were looking for something to eat while passing through by car. Finally we found this small restaurant full of locals and serving typical Italian food. Nothing pretentious just down to earth. I ordered a plate of ravioli filled with cernia and pistachio pesto just what I was craving. Delicious 😋

22/06/2025: Piacevole esperienza,ci siamo trovati a Tarsia per visitare il paese di mio nonno,e per il pranzo ci siamo fermati in questa osteria .Subito ci ha accolti una signora molto gentile che ci ha fatto accomodare al tavolo.Il menù era fisso e devo dire che si è mangiato molto bene dall' antipasto al dolce .Il primo piatto maccheroni al sugo con salsiccia ( pasta tipica fatta a mano) a seguire carne ai ferri .Posto consigliatissimo per la cucina ( Prezzo veramente basso ) e la pulizia degli ambienti . Mi sento di ringraziare il titolare e la madre perché mi hanno fatto sentire di appartenere a quei luoghi .Saluti D.B.

19/07/2025: Mi pareja y yo visitamos este restaurante dos veces durante nuestras vacaciones en Terranova el Sibari, y no podíamos recomendar este lugar lo suficiente. La comida se cocina a la perfección, y el personal es muy profesional y acogedor. Si te gusta la comida mediterránea, este lugar es sin duda una visita obligada!
