Location molto di classe ,cibi presentati in maniera molto raffinata .Personale molto gentile .Im una Cosenza poco attrezzata per il turismo il giorno di Pasquetta,questo ristorante ci ha permesso di festeggiare un compleanno fantastico !Non si mangia cucina calabrese e le porzioni sono da novelle cousine ma la sensazione di stare in questo ristorante è ‘bellissima come una rassicurante oasi nel deserto .In 2 giorni a Cosenza questa cena è ‘stata la prima cosa bella ! Consigliatissimo per atmosfera e cibo . Molto fornita la cantina dei vini

Easter Monday is usually spent in front of the barbecue to roast meat, sausages, ribs and artichokes. This year, however, with another couple of friends we decided to spend it at the "Con gusto" restaurant in Cosenza, a very kind and familiar welcome with a welcome appetizer, we continued with the spaghettone cacio e pepe with crab meat and lime, delicious, stuffed mullet and stuffed squid, all accompanied by a truly delicious white wine. Commendable service.

Upon returning from the Easter holidays we stopped in Cosenza for lunch, we found this very nice place with really kind, helpful and friendly staff, dishes with attention to detail and tasty, both beautiful to look at and to eat. I recommend it!!

Very nice and comfortable environment, background music and very kind and professional staff. Top chef's amouse bouche and beautiful and tasty appetizers. We had the prawn tartare with parsley mayonnaise and roasted octopus in barbecue sauce and artichokes as starters, both delicious. The excellent first courses are both the seafood and black linguine and the cacio e pepe with prawn tartare but above all the ravioli with cod plin with cream of turnip tops and crusco pepper... truly exquisite. To finish, a divine chocolate and passion fruit cream. Highly recommended

I had dinner just yesterday in this restaurant in the center of Cosenza. An entirely new location, beautiful, spacious, bright, open, characteristic, with attention to every detail and fully valorised. As for the dishes, I think they exceeded every possible expectation (I took fish whose freshness I would really like to underline/the person who was with me appreciated the meat equally). We are talking about a very high quality and we congratulate the chef for mastery and skill. The presentation is also beautiful. Impeccable service, attentive, kind and very professional staff also in explaining the dishes and recommending the wine to match. New menu, new ideas, enveloping and reserved atmosphere, but also fresh and expansive (they were truly unsurpassed in this). A high level restaurant in my opinion, where however we felt perfectly at ease, spending a dinner that was good for the palate, beautiful to look at and above all with a smile from start to finish. Great availability. I would like to venture by saying that at the moment "Con Gusto" ranks among the best restaurants in Cosenza. We will certainly return with our friends. Highly recommended.
