Pizzeria Ristorante 'A Cannarutia' In Cosenza

For both celiacs and non-celiacs, it's always fantastic. It's my go-to pizzeria.

I tried this place for the first time since becoming celiac, and the experience was extremely positive. From the start, I appreciated the attention and professionalism given to my gluten-free needs, which allowed me to enjoy dinner with complete peace of mind. I started with an appetizer, which I shared with my friends and was identical to theirs, with no difference in service or taste. Next, I had a truly excellent gluten-free pizza: thin and crispy dough, well-cooked and flavorful, comparable—if not superior—to a traditional pizza. The dinner concluded with a very enjoyable baked cheesecake. Overall, a top-notch experience that demonstrates great care, expertise, and attention to customer service. I wholeheartedly recommend this place, and I'll definitely be back. :)
