12/01/2025: This restaurant was a really pleasant discovery. We chose Wine Art to celebrate my sister's birthday, there were twelve of us. The quality of the food was extraordinary; it's rare that I like all the dishes (starter, first course and second course), but in this case it was like that. The fish was very fresh and each dish prepared with great attention. Another aspect that deserves mention is the courtesy and availability of the staff, always ready to satisfy our every request with a smile. The environment is clean and welcoming, ideal for those looking for a lunch or dinner in total tranquility. Excellent value for money. I will definitely come back

02/01/2025: Restaurant with a very short menu. The products are all fresh. This is good. But every dish is missing something. Tuna tartare is simply chopped tuna. No gas station, nothing Mix of fried fish (fish and shrimp) - tasty, but no sauce, nothing. Fish without sauce is delicious, but shrimp without sauce is very sad Tuna is a huge portion and also without sauce or any additives The service was good at the beginning, but then the wait for the bill was long Interior - essentially there is none Overall a good restaurant with fresh food

06/01/2025: Before arriving in the village there is a sign indicating the alternative road to the Baita which then leads to the Grotta di S. Angelo. It is best to take this road since the other one is interrupted due to construction work in progress. Cozy and well-run place by young enthusiasts who deserve 5 stars overall. Closed from 7 January 2025 for holidays.

06/01/2025: The experience at Baira Malieni was unique. In the Baita the warm and typical wedding atmosphere perfectly matches the suggestive view. Traditional flavors are enhanced with innovative dishes with exceptional taste. The attention of the manager made the experience perfect, from the attention to the wines to accompany (we decided to pay homage to the delicious house wine), to the attention given to the various intolerances of those present. The queen of the appetizer was the fondue with mushrooms. The first courses with fresh pasta are delicious. The products are genuine and have an intoxicating flavour. We concluded with the typical chestnut desserts and with a house bitter served in a particular preparation that I recommend trying!

15/11/2024: Paradise place, beautiful and immaculate rooms, quality and sublime food, the pizzas of the master pizza chef are something inexplicably good, as are the dishes of the chef Fabio who puts effort into every single dish and you can see it, but above all you can feel it, for not to mention the professionalism of the kind, friendly and super helpful waiters, this can be deduced from the fact that they explain the procedures and ingredients of the dish you are going to eat. There is nothing negative because if you want to go out for a walk by the sea in about 15 minutes by car you can reach the sea, I can't wait to go back another time

03/11/2024: Abbiamo chiamato e trovato posto per caso e dunque pranzato gustando i sapori di un tempo. In particolare per l'occasione oltre all'antipasto buonissimo, abbiamo provato lagane e ceci, strepitosi. Tagliatelle ai funghi porcini eccezionali, per non parlare delle costatine di maiale che si scioglievano in bocca. Che dire , qualità e cortesia, Antonio Super. Unica pecca? Dover aspettare la riapertura in primavera, ma di certo l'attesa sarà ben ripagata. Non vediamo l'ora.

The restaurant is not far from the Altomonte exit (one of the most beautiful villages in Italy to visit even just for the cathedral) of the Salerno-Reggio Calabria motorway

24/12/2024: We celebrated our anniversary in this splendid place, the dining room staff was always very kind and present, but never invasive, the food was truly exquisite, the chef researched the best Calabrian raw materials and cooked them in a delicious and refined way with a well-defined explosion on the palate, each bite contained all the flavors of the ingredients described in the menu to form a sublime mix for the taste buds. Refinement and a fair price make this place a wonderful experience. Heartfelt congratulations, keep it up.
