16/07/2025: The restaurant is located at the entrance to the Sanctuary of St. Gabriel. The staff is kind and helpful, the pappardelle are really good, and the meat is plentiful and well-cooked! Arianna is a lightning-fast chef, and she deserves a special mention. The final surprise was the really good and fair price!! I'll definitely be back!

16/06/2025: I tried this restaurant, exclusively family-run, a few times before writing a review. I tried it as a couple, as a group of four and with a fairly large group of friends. Each time the level was top. First of all, the location which is very elegant but at the same time can also be informal. The two daughters in the dining room are an added value, for how they know how to guide you in your choice and for how they manage to convey the passion in illustrating the dishes. Chef Gianfranco is a genius for how he managed to "create certain dishes. Both the cod menu and the meat menu are excellent. Truly top quality. The bill is absolutely honest and fair for the quality eaten. I personally recommend it.

28/05/2025: A perfect restaurant. Very fine decor. The service is kind, prepared and respectful of timing. They use top quality raw materials. If you want to eat well, don't miss this restaurant. 5 stars are not enough. I recommend the Abruzzese mazzetta tartare, perfectly seasoned and balanced and the veal cheek, soft and tasty with an excellent puree. Compliments to all the staff.

21/06/2025: We come here for dinner, together with a group of friends and acquaintances. Overlooking the patience required by the parking, we notice the welcome of the place furnished in a pleasant white minimal. Kind staff, with an accurate, discreet and attentive service. Noteworthy appetizers, with a rigorous choice of raw materials and absolute creative ability of the chef: followed by a calamarata worthy of Michelin attention and an amazing smoked spaghetti, absolutely to be tasted in the course of one's life. Unfortunately our stay could not continue further but we will return to complete the menu. Totally recommended if you go to Roseto.

11/07/2025: Relaxing, welcoming atmosphere, immersed in nature, with a small pond in front. Fresh, very good food, and attention to detail. Very friendly and professional service. LARGE DRAWBACK: Not suitable for small children. Such a large outdoor space could have had a children's playground. The pond is unsafe and dangerous for children. Finally, as for the children's pasta, they don't serve short pasta shapes. This, however, is justified by the great attention to product quality, offering only homemade pasta.

07/07/2025: Beautifully situated by the water. Lots of space outside. Service friendly and efficient. Lamb and grilled vegetables super tasty! I recommend!

13/07/2025: The meat is good. It isn't always cooked perfectly. The different thicknesses of the meat mean different cooking times, so you might have a piece that has a thinner, drier part while the rest is nice and short. What a shame.

01/06/2025: Restaurant a little outside the town center, but close to the sea. Three tasting menus with balanced prices, or à la carte. Various very good appetizers, as well as the first courses. The turbot is also very tasty. The desserts are decent. Professional and kind service.

03/07/2025: Pizza with very particular flavors, recommended (the one with guanciale, potatoes and burrata is very good or the calzone with broccoli and sausage) Delicious classic and liver arrosticini. The service is also excellent, as soon as we entered they welcomed us with exquisite stuffed pizzonte. The only flaw is the place, very noisy due to the echo given by the voices. For the car park, there is a large one and a few steps from the restaurant.
