07/05/2026: Oh my, what a great time we had! Fried cheese with that fabulous chili pepper sauce. The Teramo-style chitarra makes you realize your grandmother cooked almost as well as Mauro's chefs. The mega-scaloppine with a mountain of porcini mushrooms and the lemon version are addictive... It's addictive! The staff is incredibly kind. This trattoria is a true lunch treat. If you're passing through Teramo, stop here. I'm sure you'll agree with me after your meal. Bravo, Mauro.

23/04/2026: Chic little spot on the outskirts of Alba Adriatica. Tables are available inside, on the terrace, or on the veranda. Impeccable service and excellent cuisine. The menu offers a seafood tasting featuring cod and a meat tasting. We had a seafood tasting appetizer with three cod courses, all original combinations, and to top it all off, a superb cod cappuccino. The first courses were excellent, including the gluten-free pacchero: the pasta was cooked perfectly. The chef and wait staff are top-notch, passionate about their work and customer service. A highly recommended culinary experience.

08/06/2026: In the heart of town, located at the foot of the Gran Sasso on the main road leading to the Sanctuary of San Gabriele, you'll find this fabulous restaurant, a place where authenticity reigns supreme. You can savor the true flavors of Abruzzo cuisine. A fixed menu for €25 (drinks included) features fabulous dishes. Their signature dish is pappardelle with duck sauce, but the gnocchi and ravioli are also spectacular. The main courses are simply fantastic: the duck with tender duck sauce is delicious, the rabbit in white sauce is spectacular, the mixed roast meat is fabulous. Even the house dessert, the classic Teramo sweet pizza, is truly exquisite. A must-visit. I recommend booking well in advance because it's always busy. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, fast, and incredibly friendly. The owner, Lorenzo, is a guy who loves his job, very kind and professional, and makes you feel at home. I recommend it to everyone, and once you go, you'll definitely come back. Congratulations, guys.

11/09/2025: On holiday at Lido d'Abbruzzo, practically next to Fiorella... really good A-list arrosticini, but the liver ones were exceptional. The owner, a weasel, was smiling and friendly in the dining room. Compliments, truly clean, friendly environment and lots of authenticity, just what you need. Well done, you and your smiling collaborators...

02/02/2026: For me and my wife, La Granseola di Teramo has become a favorite place in the city center, where you can enjoy high-quality seafood dishes. We have our signature dishes, such as the chitarrina with shelled fish, the fried and grilled dishes, or the catch of the day. Of course, for dessert, the basket filled with berries is a must. The service is always very attentive, professional, and friendly. Reservations are recommended, especially on Saturdays or Sundays. Excellent wine list and absolutely fair prices, in line with the high quality of the product.

13/05/2026: A very refined and sophisticated location, the quality of the seafood is undoubtedly excellent. Unfortunately, the final rating is weighed down by the service and the price-quality ratio, which is slightly skewed in favor of the latter. We found the menu lacking clarity regarding the tasting menus (both on paper and after the staff explained it). The sommelier was unincisive. The waiters were at times disorganized. There was a noticeable difference in the way customers were treated (regulars were over-indulged, while new ones were almost snubbed), which made us feel a bit uncomfortable. I recommend treating everyone with consideration, without distinction (also because, under the right conditions, a "new" customer can become a "regular" one 😉).

I ordered the chitarrine and they were simply excellent—pasta made just right, with that authentic flavor of Abruzzo tradition. The cuisine is authentic, the dishes are carefully prepared, and the ingredients are top-quality. The atmosphere is welcoming and rustic, just the right amount, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout the evening. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for good food in the province of Teramo.
