16/03/2024: Siamo stati in questo ristorante per un pranzo in famiglia . Siamo stati accolti in un ambiente famigliare , abbiamo mangiato un ottimo antipasto con prodotti genuini e tipici del posto poi abbiamo assaggiato 2 primi , chitarrina all' abruzzese e gnocchi funghi e salsiccia, poi abbiamo preso un arrosto misto e arrosticini e per finire un ottimo dolce. Tutto buono primi piatti abbondanti dunque non bisogna esagerare con gli antipasti. Prezzo onestissimo per la genuinità dei prodotti. Ritorneremo sicuramente

23/03/2024: Elegant atmosphere for this restaurant not overlooking the sea but where the sea is always present. Present in the dishes and in the refined and peaceful environment. The service is attentive, the raw materials are extremely fresh, the preparation of the dishes is expert and accurate. The scampi steak with chopped pistachios is excellent, the raw meats seasoned but without excess, the frying is light and tasty. The well-made wine list, with a good availability of regional and Italian wines. In short, a restaurant to keep in mind.

16/09/2023: First holiday in Alba and first time at Angolo74. What can I say, a wonderful discovery. We arrived around 9pm and even though the place was full they let us sit after 5 minutes. Friendly owner who puts you at ease and helpful waitress. Let's move on to the strong point. We ordered: spaghetti with clams, fettuccine with scampi, gnocchi with seafood, mixed fry, stuffed calamari, what can I say, all delicious in the true sense of the word. Right dishes, even abundant ones, (everything is subjective, it depends on how much one is used to eating) with fresh fish. I highly recommend Angle74, also because it has good prices. Of the dishes listed above we also took 1 dessert, water and Coca-Cola and paid €74. Greetings from the Veronese

L'ospitalità è un gran punto di forza, ma la cucina, la qualità dei prodotti e la cantina rendono questo posto da non perdere per gli amanti della cucina regionale di qualità. Sarà un piacere tornarci, magari in estate, per degustare un ottimo calice di vino seduti in piazzetta aspettando l'ora di cena!

01/12/2023: Serata tra amici. Posto conosciuto da alcuni di loro Splendida scoperta. Prendiamo antipasti di salumi, formaggi verdure, polpette cacio e ove, coratella,trippa. Tutto molto buono. Il tutto accompagnato da un'ottima pizza bianca calda. A seguire un ottimo arrosto misto. Buon vino, servizio ottimo e prezzo in linea. Da provare i primi che dicono essere superiori.

04/03/2024: Esperienza, voto 110 e lode. Sono rimasto impressionato, esperienza con il cibo a tratti mistica. Piatti curati al dettaglio, qualità eccellente ed espressione di bellezza. Personale, 10/10. L’atmosfera calza a pennello con il menù, il locale è fornito con dettagli ricercati e rari che lasciano il senso della bellezza.

25/01/2024: A distanza di un anno torniamo a trovare lo chef Enzo e il suo locale che definire ristorante sarebbe riduttivo. Riscontriamo che il livello qualitativo si è ulteriormente elevato acquisendo personalità e struttura in tutti i piatti. Mi permetto di riportare una recensione basata sui noti criteri: la qualità degli ingredienti è semplicemente eccellente, il rapporto con il territorio è stretto e simbiotico, l’armonia dei sapori è, con la sola eccezione della torta ai funghi, sublime, la padronanza delle tecniche è indiscutibile con virtuosismi da palcoscenici metropolitani, la personalità dello chef espressa nella sua cucina è innegabile e inconfondibile e la coerenza nel tempo e dell’intero menù è una garanzia. Il futuro è stellato senza alcun dubbio e senza nulla da invidiare al firmamento pluristellato abruzzese. Brevissima recensione dei piatti: la Cicala di mare, sedano rapa, aglio-olio-peperoncino e coriandolo è, senza alcun dubbio, il piatto più buono che abbia mai assaggiato in giro per l’Italia, da solo vale la visita ad Aprudia. Il Carciofo alla brace, calamari, miele e scalogno compete direttamente con la Cicale di mare come qualità, ma forse è meno sorprendente, la Cipolla bianca, battuta di gamberi, brodo alla fava tonka, aceto secco va assolutamente provata almeno una volta al pari delle Costine di maiale, verza stufata e miso, ginepro e luppolo se poi avete la fortuna di provare l’anguilla resterete estasiati. mi permetta un unico appunto chef… la Zucca, spuma di zucca, castagne, sbrisolona ai porcini, croccante ai funghi meglio accantonarlo come ardito esperimento. alla prossima

05/01/2024: Wonderful experience... the girls Giulia and Gabriella who firmly believe in their business, share their reality with great passion and are always available for every request, mother Letizia, a woman from another era who cooks with that love and passion that makes difference...local products and indescribable flavours...and her husband: how much love for his land and his animals...he showed us around the wonderful estate - Maia always has Nerina in her heart - We will absolutely return
