Appetizers not good but very good,
SUPREME arrosticini, not just the traditional ones;
Enchanting garden, between intimate and familiar;
Kind and professional staff and owners.
Absolutely HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!
We will definitely be back!
11/06/2025: In an enchanting, fairy-tale place, you are welcomed with extreme courtesy by a staff that is always attentive and ready to serve the customer. The arrosticini are the best ever and this is told to you by someone who has eaten them in many places around Abruzzo. The magic, however, came from the ventricina arrosticini, a true, unexpected delicacy. Compliments to the managers and all the staff.

08/06/2025: Questo non è un ristorante è un'esperienza da fare almeno una volta nella vita. L'attenzione che hanno per il cliente e per le richieste che potrebbe fare vanno sono superiori alla media.
Parlando dell'arredamento e per la cura dei dettagli, come la forma dei piatti, delle posate, dei tavoli e un qualcosa di superlativo. Passando alle pietanze che vengono servite hanno un qualcosa in comune l'equilibrio dei sapori e che idee dello chef, una delle quali da un messaggio di maggior cura e rispetto dei mari dentro una bottiglia con appunto un bigliettino con stampato sopra RESPECT ME. Da evidenziare anche gli gnocchi di pane, gli spaghetti spezzati, il burro e i dolci finali tra i quali ALBA con cioccolato bianco e un biscotto alla base.
25/05/2025: Bellissimo ristorante al centro di un borgo che, ahimè, non conoscevo prima di esserci stato ma che ha una spettacolare vista sul mare. Staff gentilissimo e portate davvero ottime (degne della Stella Michelin e della Stella Verde) che vengono raccontate con garbo, gentilezza e precisione. Ci siamo trovati davvero bene. Assolutamente consigliato!

21/06/2025: We come here for dinner, together with a group of friends and acquaintances. Overlooking the patience required by the parking, we notice the welcome of the place furnished in a pleasant white minimal. Kind staff, with an accurate, discreet and attentive service. Noteworthy appetizers, with a rigorous choice of raw materials and absolute creative ability of the chef: followed by a calamarata worthy of Michelin attention and an amazing smoked spaghetti, absolutely to be tasted in the course of one's life.
Unfortunately our stay could not continue further but we will return to complete the menu.
Totally recommended if you go to Roseto.

A restaurant absolutely top-notch, a very nice and romantic mise en place, welcoming and kind staff.
The dishes are beautiful to look at and presented impeccably
The cuisine is of the highest level with raw materials I would say excellent cooked with mastery
In the dishes you recognize tradition combined with innovation with combinations that I would never have imagined could coexist but instead they amaze the palate
To all those who want to try unique dishes prepared in a balanced creative and impeccable way I recommend it!

01/06/2025: Restaurant a little outside the town center, but close to the sea. Three tasting menus with balanced prices, or à la carte. Various very good appetizers, as well as the first courses. The turbot is also very tasty. The desserts are decent. Professional and kind service.

13/05/2025: It's not the first time I've been to Configuratori Pompetti and, as always, returning is a real pleasure.
Consistencies of margherita, it remains one of the best ever: simple but perfect, as it should be.
This time I was in company and we tried different types of pizza: each found their favorite, but they were all more than good.
The dough, the quality of the ingredients, the cooking: everything was impeccable.
A special mention for the bombolone.
The service is fast, professional and attentive.
The pizza is particularly good, period.
There is not much else to add except that, every time, you leave wanting to return.

11/05/2025: Rest area, in my opinion, very good. Far from the sea and the railway. Quiet, parking entirely on the lawn, light columns close at hand, hot showers for a fee of €1 for 4 minutes. €22 per day for campers in this period. I don't know in high season. Very spacious. Recommended.

21/04/2025: I think we ended up on a bit of a bad evening (because everyone speaks well of it) but a long wait for the kebabs, not the best, and the price was a bit expensive, 44 euros each, I'll be back.
