16/03/2024: Visited for a quick dinner, I took the really good "lilac" platter, grilled vegetables and I couldn't help but try their tiramisu, made up of an excellent mouse, which made the tiramisu much more delicate. All you have to do is book!

Wide assortment of croissants and artisanal pastries. Personalized cakes: just ask and you will have what is right for you for any occasion. Fast service, friendly employees and knowledgeable owners. The aperitif concept deserves a special mention, whether you simply want a drink or "dinner" you are in the right place. Very rich platters with, in addition to the classic cured meats, also hot goodies such as meatballs with sauce and fried cheese worthy of a restaurant. Well-stocked cellar. Drinkable draft beer. Prices are absolutely normal and artisanal quality with always fresh products, absolutely not to be underestimated given the period. Keep up the good work, the best in the area.

04/03/2024: Esperienza, voto 110 e lode. Sono rimasto impressionato, esperienza con il cibo a tratti mistica. Piatti curati al dettaglio, qualità eccellente ed espressione di bellezza. Personale, 10/10. L’atmosfera calza a pennello con il menù, il locale è fornito con dettagli ricercati e rari che lasciano il senso della bellezza.

25/01/2024: A distanza di un anno torniamo a trovare lo chef Enzo e il suo locale che definire ristorante sarebbe riduttivo. Riscontriamo che il livello qualitativo si è ulteriormente elevato acquisendo personalità e struttura in tutti i piatti. Mi permetto di riportare una recensione basata sui noti criteri: la qualità degli ingredienti è semplicemente eccellente, il rapporto con il territorio è stretto e simbiotico, l’armonia dei sapori è, con la sola eccezione della torta ai funghi, sublime, la padronanza delle tecniche è indiscutibile con virtuosismi da palcoscenici metropolitani, la personalità dello chef espressa nella sua cucina è innegabile e inconfondibile e la coerenza nel tempo e dell’intero menù è una garanzia. Il futuro è stellato senza alcun dubbio e senza nulla da invidiare al firmamento pluristellato abruzzese. Brevissima recensione dei piatti: la Cicala di mare, sedano rapa, aglio-olio-peperoncino e coriandolo è, senza alcun dubbio, il piatto più buono che abbia mai assaggiato in giro per l’Italia, da solo vale la visita ad Aprudia. Il Carciofo alla brace, calamari, miele e scalogno compete direttamente con la Cicale di mare come qualità, ma forse è meno sorprendente, la Cipolla bianca, battuta di gamberi, brodo alla fava tonka, aceto secco va assolutamente provata almeno una volta al pari delle Costine di maiale, verza stufata e miso, ginepro e luppolo se poi avete la fortuna di provare l’anguilla resterete estasiati. mi permetta un unico appunto chef… la Zucca, spuma di zucca, castagne, sbrisolona ai porcini, croccante ai funghi meglio accantonarlo come ardito esperimento. alla prossima

I piatti di mare sono buoni (esempio chitarra con vongole a 11 euro), altri poco o niente (cotoletta bimbi veramente bassa qualità o insalatona 8 euro con foglie marcie) Comunque per chi è in zona spiaggia va bene, non a venirci apposta secondo noi

The place is easily accessible, well furnished, family-run; The service is impeccable and the dining room staff is very knowledgeable, even in advising any undecided customers. Our choice fell on the series of cold appetizers, very tasty and with strong flavours, and then continued by dividing a grilled and a fried one. Excellent sorbet (with the addition of local liqueur). All very good, booking recommended. To return.
