26/08/2025: A very charming establishment, with tables for dining under a sheltered canopy, well protected from the wind and sun but with a view. The bar offers both breakfast and lunch and dinner. Delicious freshly baked croissants. Parking is available right outside the establishment along the seafront in paid parking lots. The beach is wide and sheltered from currents with breakers.

23/08/2025: Terrible experience. Burnt pizzas served 30 minutes before the arrosticini, which were supposed to be the appetizer, as explicitly requested. At the bill, they insisted on one single order and, only after much insistence, two separate ones for each family. Unfairly accused of trying to "rip off" someone. The bill listed 6 covers instead of 3; I reported the error, no apology, just arrogance: "Go ahead and write a review, we're always full anyway." Not recommended: check the receipt line by line. I read the response below: The strange thing is that I never spoke to him, and the person who paid was one of the friends present at the evening who told me about it, and who, by the way, is retired. I think he'd be better off weighing his words and explaining why he doubled the number of covers and not threatening nonsense... now even more inadvisable after the absurd response.

23/11/2025: We stopped at this place just for a coffee, I understand that and on Sunday I admit that you can pay even more, I'm fine with that, but make the coffee well. Even a little welcome doesn't hurt and not 😄

15/09/2025: A decidedly negative experience, not to be repeated... Very slow and disorganized service, dirty place with cobwebs on the chandeliers. The pizza arrived like a rubber, and the toppings weren't the best. It's a shame that a historic and conveniently located place has fallen into such a state...

14/09/2025: Terrible experience. We booked a table for 9:15 PM on Saturday, and they seated us almost immediately. The waiter was friendly and polite, and asked if we'd like some water. First, though, we'll have to reconsider. (I should point out that my girlfriend is six months pregnant.) The order was taken at 9:40 PM. We opted for two pizzas because they looked inviting (1 Margherita with fries and 1 marinara with buffalo mozzarella and sausage), a Coke, and I opted for a medium beer from the menu. They told me the beer I'd chosen wasn't available, so I opted for a regular lager, and that's fine. They bring us drinks and then disappear, until 10:30 PM, when the waitress arrives and tells us she has no more fries and that they're making pizzas now. I point out that it's already been 45 minutes and that we've been waiting for two pizzas with the place half empty and most of the customers already served. She apologizes, cutting it short. And then I feel guilty. After 5 minutes (a 50-minute wait), the pizzas arrive, and mine was even partly burned. I ate because I was hungry; I didn't want to starve and leave my girlfriend without food at 10:40 PM. As soon as I finished, I paid and left without a fuss. To conclude, they didn't adequately apologize for the inconvenience caused, especially considering the presence of a pregnant woman. It's a shame because the pizza was also good. I STRONGLY advise against it.

26/12/2025: Mediocre food, cold and unwelcoming place with dated furniture. Grumpy and rude owner. Not worth a visit.

14/12/2025: We took a mini vacation in Fossacesia, a beautiful, welcoming, and hospitable village. We had lunch and dinner for two days at the Bucco restaurant. Everything was delicious, the freshest fish was cooked to perfection, and the prices were top-notch. Thanks to Maria and her staff. Her son in the kitchen is an excellent chef!

26/10/2025: We went for pizza and an appetizer. The pizza was good, with thin crust. The price was good.

11/10/2025: We stopped for pizza; the place was very simple and clean. We chatted with the owner, who was a nice guy. Good pizza, good service.

14/03/2026: We only intended to pop into Edo's Cinciarinho for a quick glass of wine this evening. We ended up staying much longer and having two glasses, as it's a very cozy place. The wonderful atmosphere made our visit very pleasant, and the staff were incredibly friendly. The little snack we enjoyed with our wine was excellent – ​​thank you! We felt very comfortable and will definitely be back.

01/02/2026: The appetizers and first courses were very good (the pappardelle with duck sauce was excellent). The grilled meats need to be reviewed.

02/11/2025: The wait was exhausting even though there were five tables having lunch, but a Chinese restaurant run by Indians made me understand why the four rice dishes we ordered, even though they had different seasonings, almost all tasted the same. The thing that bothered me most was that the first courses were salty, really salty, and when my wife pointed this out, laughing, he replied: "Madam, we do it to get people to drink more, and if you really don't like it, you can pay and leave," and so we did. I don't recommend it to anyone; it would have been much better to get a piadina at the place next door, terrible, terrible, and still terrible. But if you want to drink all afternoon or all night, I recommend it 😂😂😂

30/10/2025: We ordered grilled ravioli which seemed dry and reheated, edamame sushi was good, the fish didn't smell good and the soy noodles with shrimp were bland and had few vegetables and 4 pieces of shrimp.

04/12/2025: Absolutely leave it alone. The place is unsuitable, dirty, the food is stomach-churning, and the staff is unspeakable. There's no service that can be considered adequate.

08/11/2025: WE ESCAPED!!! I've never seen a restaurant this dirty. You could tell as soon as we arrived. The floor was sticky and the bathroom was in truly unsanitary conditions. We were scared to eat, so we fled as soon as they brought us a plate of fried pizza (I think). The plate was greasy, the cutlery was dirty, and there were cobwebs on the walls!!! Oh my god, I don't understand how a place like this is even open to the public!!!

13/11/2025: But are there Thai soups? Like Tom Yam, green curry, etc.

08/10/2025: We went for lunch today, arriving around 12:30 as the first customers. A gentleman greeted us and handed us the paper menu we requested (even though they have a QR code). He took our order and served us right away with drinks. The food arrived shortly after. We ordered tofu with mushrooms and bamboo shoots and rice noodles with pork and vegetables, which were very good. My side order was bean sprouts with sautéed julienned carrots (they weren't on the menu, but I asked for a side and they accommodated me), followed by sweet and sour chicken, which was also excellent. The place and restrooms were clean, and the price was more than fair. Considering we were just passing through, it was a great experience; we'll keep it in mind for the future. 😊

23/08/2025: The food itself is not that great, what makes it worse is the poor service and the rude staff and also the prices are exaggerated and the portions are starving.

24/07/2025: Abbiamo festeggiato il diciottesimo compleanno di mia figlia in questa splendida tenuta immersa nel verde delle colline francavillesi,dove l'eleganza,cortesia e competenza si mischiano nello splendore della natura che la circonda. Cibo ottimo,personale attento e qualificato hanno reso unico questo giorno.

02/09/2025: I spent a wonderful day at Lido L'Ancora No. 17 in San Salvo Marina and can't recommend it enough! The establishment is well-organized, clean, and meticulously maintained. The loungers are extremely comfortable, and the beach is always tidy. Another strong point is the courtesy of the staff: always smiling and helpful, they make you feel truly at ease. The bar/restaurant is also very good, serving wonderful aperitifs. The atmosphere is relaxing, ideal for both families and those seeking a day of pure relaxation. I will definitely return because it's one of those places that stays in your heart.

02/09/2025: This beach resort is the best in Marina di San Salvo. Fully equipped, with a fantastic terrace offering a unique and satisfying view. Breakfast, lunch, and appetizers were perfect, with excellent portions and everything delicious, and the prices were fair. The staff were very knowledgeable. As for the owner, "Luigi," a delightful person, a welcome guest who makes sure everything runs smoothly as it should. Keep up the good work, and whenever I'm in the area, I'll always stay with you. 16/08/2025: HORRIBLE. We ordered home delivery and the portion of pasta that arrived was probably 50 grams for a €15 dish!! HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

30/06/2025: Lasagna falling apart (if you can call it that) salty ragù and grainy béchamel... Plating by a 5-star chef, the pasta underneath, the sandwiches on top of the pasta, and the drinks in the same bag.... Result? Cold sandwiches and hot drinks. The lasagna speaks for itself..
