17/05/2025: Passato una bellissima serata con amiche che conoscevano il posto solo per sentito dire, ampio locale, ottime le pinze ed anche hamburger, cortesia e servizio eccellente, soddisfatte, torneremo sicuramente

27/04/2025: Fattoria Turchi negli anni diventa sempre più bella ed accogliente. Immersa nel verde tra mare e monti, circondata da oliveti e vigneti la location rappresenta la massima espressione della villa di campagna. La Sapienza e la maestria di Nicola Turchi, coadiuvato dai suoi preziosi collaboratori, tra cui Christian, fanno girare i meccanismi di un’organizzazione perfetta! Insomma una festa da Turchi è sempre un successo !!!!

25/04/2025: Una location d’eccezione con un atmosfera tranquilla, rilassante e allo stesso tempo molto elegante fa da cornice ad un ottimo cibo e alla gentile dello staff.

28/04/2025: I have already been to other outlets and I don't know if only this Francavilla one is like this or if franchising in general has changed, changing the quality of the offer. In any case, a small margherita pizza just a few millimeters thin and with very little mozzarella sold for €2, a real steal. I also noticed disparities with pizzas taken by other customers, some had them like ours and some had them thicker and not by much. Meanwhile the place was taken by storm, more for its fame than for any real merits. Not recommended

25/05/2025: Posto bellissimo ma assolutamente da evitare. La disorganizzazione la fa da padrone. Ci siamo seduti alle 11:20 e alle 12 ancora non sono riusciti a portarci un semplice cappuccino e un saccottino. Intanto peró 3 camerieri diversi sono venuti a chiederci a turno se avessimo ordinato. Mentre aspettavamo sono arrivate altre persone ad occupare i tavoli a fianco, dopo di noi, e in questi 40 minuti di attesa hanno trovato il tempo di servire gli ultimi arrivati. Ce ne siamo andati via rimandando l’ ordine indietro. A mai più

18/05/2025: Nice environment, with a lot of potential in terms of location... but really poorly exploited! Let's start with the service... really poor quality of the staff, who didn't know what to order! No menu that I remind the manager is MANDATORY with attached prices and ingredients and allergens! We wanted to have an aperitif (not received) so we ask for Two spritz (not accompanied) for nothing 6€/each... we ask for two olives (2€)... and we ask for two pizzas (2€ each)! Total 18€ for two spritz...! I advise the manager to organize himself better... to TRAIN the waiters better ... and to make menus and a better aperitif for the price...!

03/06/2025: Excellent! Location that allows you to relax and dive into the past! Spacious rooms (fra giacomo and fra Pasquetto), comfortable beds and cleanliness everywhere… very friendly welcome! Excellent location, parking in Piazza Vittorio Veneto (porta Napoli) close to the B&B and free, two steps and you are in the historic center … I will definitely return, thank you!

28/05/2025: A group of 41 people (visiting Sulmona) went to lunch yesterday at this restaurant, what we ate was much (and I'm limiting myself to this!) less than the cost we paid. Fixed menu meal of their liking that not only did not include a dessert or the end-of-meal liqueur, but not even coffee!!!! The wine at the table was only the dregs of the carafes to have the "second dregs" we had to complain. I won't say what we had to do to have the coffee!!!! I only give one star because less is not expected. As for the service, the two guys who served the tables were very good and polite, the rest 🙊🙉🙈

02/01/2025: Salumi di media qualità, quantità scarse (in 4, c’erano 3 fette per tipologia di salumi, poichè erano tre taglieri in uno). Il piatto di porchetta, composto da 3 fette sottilissime, lo abbiamo pagato €10. 4 pezzi di focaccia venduti alla modica cifra di €7, la “tripla porzione di salumi”, che ho nominato prima, €34, 1 bottiglia di acqua da 0,5 l 2€, la birra, servita senza bottiglia, che costava €5,50 e 7 cioccolatini €10,50. Insomma, prezzi esageratamente alti. Nella saletta c’erano due soli tavoli occupati e la cameriera si perdeva in chiacchiere con i clienti dell’altro tavolo. L’”addetto al taglio”, così definito dalla cameriera (che era anche la proprietaria), aveva la radio a tutto volume. Esperienza deludente, non andate. NOTA: in allegato lo scontrino fiscale.

19/12/2024: Absolutely inadequate prices. The food is normal, I won't say it was delicious. A simple aperitif cost almost the same as dinner in a fish restaurant. Never again.

13/04/2025: I give 4 stars because the place is very nice, well furnished and welcoming as well as original, the roasted cuttlefish with a side dish of aubergines is really good, the only note that didn't meet my tastes was the music, the pieces were beautiful but played at an annoying volume that prevented one from being able to converse.

12/04/2025: We only went in for 3 gin and tonics.....basic choice...youthful environment....but I saw that in terms of wines and bubbles it is in good shape. We'll try again

06/02/2025: Happened here more than once. A dimly lit environment is part of the idea that you want to give to the pub but it is good to make it known. It is one of the historic pubs of Avezzano. If you come on quiet days it's perfect with fast service, no errors and also very close parking. If you go on a Friday evening or Saturday evening with a lot of people, delays and problems in being served begin. Even once served, catching a waiter again and asking for a tap becomes complicated. However, if you go on calmer days, the problem does not exist. Delicious pub food and perhaps among the best in the area for deliciousness. Very convenient menu with application. Friendly owner and waiters. Prices perhaps a bit high for the food served. The meat in the sandwiches is good. Note once I had a vegan dish namely fried green beans and I had it on my stomach all night. same thing with a friend with whom I shared them. But it could have been a coincidence. All the other times the food never bothered us, in fact we left happy and with full bellies. They don't organize events. It is located close to the city center but also far enough away to have moderate tranquility. Recommended especially if there are few people.

09/04/2025: A restaurant that has pasta with tomato, garlic and oil on its menu and nothing else for lunch speaks for itself, as a second course they had fetta and caprese. I ordered what I wanted at 1pm, the pasta dish arrived at 1.45pm, the garlic and oil without parsley without a trace of chilli pepper with the burnt black garlic. So I politely asked since I had to go back to work that they avoid giving me the second one. every time it's a trauma to eat at their place, an infinite experience, you know when you come in, you don't know when you leave. Furthermore, other tables that arrived after us before ours were served. Catering is not a job where you invent yourself from one day to the next, if you do or did something else, go back to it and don't violate a wonderful job, moreover by not giving worthy value to the place where you are, a historic trattoria which for years has been a cornerstone of catering in the area but unfortunately the change of management has been disastrous.
