30/01/2026: A stone building with arched vaults, and an open wood-fired oven that warms the atmosphere with its flames. Everyone is very friendly, from the owners to the wait staff. Every time we go, there's always a surprise off-menu item served at the table free of charge, small appetizers that give that family feel. The pizza is very light in dough and generously topped. Very digestible!!! A favorite place worth returning to again and again! I forgot that besides pizza, they also serve appetizers, first courses, side dishes, main courses, and desserts.

13/10/2025: We booked for a birthday party, and everything was perfect and taken care of as agreed. The staff was attentive and friendly, the food was tasty, and the portions generous. This is an important point to commend: each guest was able to be catered to according to their specific needs. The outdoor space and rides made it easier for the children to manage their time. 22/02/2026: Nice place, we had dinner with friends and ordered pizzas, I can only say they were fantastic, excellent dough, exceptional toppings, impeccable cooking, I will just add that I highly recommend it to everyone and that we will definitely be back.
19/02/2026: I've been there twice in 10 days, the place is super welcoming. I had the pizza (and what a pizza!!) that was truly exceptional, and another one that was delicious and very fresh. The wine cellar is lovely.

11/01/2026: We were at this bar and restaurant and I have to say we had a terrible experience... we ordered and they brought half of what we asked for even after several requests... the owner is rude and surly, and after we had paid the bill (5 minutes earlier to him) he had the nerve to stop us and ask with an angry expression and strongly doubting whether we had paid the bill before leaving... without even having the respect to apologize for the mix-up... NEVER AGAIN... in my opinion these people do not deserve to work with the public...
02/01/2026: "Il Brigante" has become a regular stop for us, who have a vacation home in the area. The welcome from the chef's parents is simply exceptional: she, always smiling and attentive, makes you feel part of the family from the moment you arrive. The place is spotless, decorated in typical local style, and exudes a unique warmth. Special praise goes to the chef: besides being a wonderful person, he cooks divinely! I highly recommend it to anyone in the area or passing through L'Aquila. An authentic experience that never disappoints.

27/09/2025: We ate here at the end if the season. Very lively atmosphere with large groups of locals which is always a good sign. The food is good, at reasonable prices and the pizzas are large and all dough is made on the premises and cooked in a wood burning oven. Had a lovely evening. I recommend you try this restaurant.

Superb appetizers, homemade cured meats! The first courses were both delicious and delicate. We tried all the main courses on the menu, excellent.
The desserts too.
In short, everything was delicious.
Excellent value for money!!
We even bought some olive oil to take home! A real treat!!
Thanks also to the courtesy and expertise of the waiters!!

18/01/2026: Quality products, pinsa, pizza and excellent scottona hamburger, exceptional but huge waiting times, I've been there several times, it went better the last time I waited 1 hour and a half for the hamburger, kind and qualified staff, very clean environment but waiting times too long
13/01/2026: The Pinseria is located just outside San Marco Argentano. It's easily accessible by car, but public transport connections are limited. Due to the lack of sidewalks, it's extremely difficult to reach on foot. There is ample free parking available. The staff are friendly, and the pizza menu offers a good selection. Special requests for pizza toppings are accommodated for an extra charge. Prices are in the mid-range for the area. We ordered our pizza to go. The preparation time was extremely long (25 minutes), even though there were four people in the kitchen and the restaurant was very quiet. However, the taste and quality were all the more impressive – truly fantastic. I can definitely recommend this restaurant.

11/10/2025: Raniero, who runs this charming agriturismo with his wife and daughters, welcomes guests with warmth and friendliness, delighting them with typical Teramo specialties, expertly prepared with flavor and simplicity. Themed evenings are very popular, especially the one dedicated to cod. Yesterday, to save us a trip to Munich, he tried his hand at pork shank in beer with sautéed turnip tops (a touch of Italian flair), accompanied by potato and onion fritters, fried onions, black beans and speck, mashed potatoes, and apple strudel. A success... The shanks were superb, exceptional, and plentiful. Paulaner beer chilled at just the right temperature. Raniero and Sabrina, THANK YOU!!!
