27/08/2025: Beautiful pastry shop. I needed a cake for my birthday, so I decided to go there. I was passing by, and luckily they had this cake I wanted. What can I say... truly delicious, the staff were incredibly polite, friendly, nice, and helpful. I highly recommend it. When I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stop by.

09/02/2026: Friendly and attentive staff; rating 9 First courses, rating 6.5; Lasagna was better than the cannelloni. Standard arrosticini were tender and cooked just right (in my opinion); rating 7.5 Roast lamb was good and well-grilled; rating 8.5 The grilling was very well done, to my taste; rating 8.5, but it's recommended to choose the right temperature because they might be undercooked if you like it cooked thoroughly. Good side dishes; rating 7 Not fabric tableware (not a problem), but with a couple of blemishes; rating 6 Prices; rating 5. They didn't offer a menu with prices... what a shame you couldn't adjust your prices... over 40 euros per person (in my opinion, a bit excessive for the amount we ate), 33-35 euros would have been perfect.

09/09/2025: The restaurant overlooks the sea, which adds to its appeal. Add to that the food is truly excellent and the prices are more than fair, and it's a 5-star rating (the maximum). It offers both seafood and meat dishes, and the menu features a limited selection of each, which is a good thing. In fact, we ate here for both lunch and dinner, choosing from both fish and meat, and everything was truly delicious. Highly recommended.

27/01/2026: Well, I must also leave a special preface here, addressed to all those with high expectations and refined palates, who flock to write about frozen foods and more: go to Michelin-starred restaurants! You deserve it! Those who come to GialloPasta find a casual place, furnished with good taste and style, where sitting while overlooking the Lungomare Zara is already a real pleasure, and the quality/price ratio is good. The pasta dishes are also excellent (the typical Teramo recipes are a must-try), but here you have to understand the context. How can anyone possibly criticize and compare it with places with a different target audience? I'm always amazed. It's family-run, the service is impeccable, I love their piadina and I go back, often. It's best paired with a mixed bruschetta and a glass of the house white wine (but these are personal preferences). Recommended, even for groups, accessible to all, with an outdoor veranda.

25/01/2026: A little bit of Italy, just like it used to be for us. Quality over show. Handmade pasta, excellent arrosticini. A very well-chosen selection of local wines. And very affordable. Definitely a recommendation from us!

12/09/2025: Authentic trattoria, where we ate AMAZING arrosticini! Also excellent were the cacio e ovo balls, the ravioli with ventricina, the cured meats and cheeses appetizer, and the pasta with lamb sauce. Very friendly staff, excellent prices. Children's playground, large garden, outdoor seating, and an indoor dining room.

20/03/2026: We dined here for a birthday. The place was freezing, so much so that we dined in jackets, but they still weren't enough to keep us warm. The appetizer arrived after over an hour and a half; considering there were about twenty people in the place, the wait seemed excessive. The pizza, which arrived after two hours of waiting and constant reminders, was inedible. We asked for a Coke and were told it had run out—absurd, considering it's a "restaurant." Halfway through dinner, we left, leaving most of the food on our plates without finishing the celebration. Some of the people sitting across from us also left for the same reason. We will definitely never return. I absolutely do not recommend this place!

03/03/2026: Very kind staff: I tried to order via Just Eat but the app had some problems, and I solved it quickly by placing the order directly via phone. Good margherita pizza, fried food too (a nice choice).

16/12/2025: Every time I go to Vallluna it is a guarantee of unbeatable value for money, you eat well you spend the right location which especially in summer becomes spectacular with the view of the vineyards and the sea and the added value is Luca the friendly honest owner who knows how to make anyone feel at ease... 13/10/2025: The road to the property is bumpy and dark. No menu. No price list. You eat whatever the owner wants. No idea of ​​the cuisine. Terrible. Absolutely not recommended.

05/03/2026: More than a "Foro arrosticini" (a sort of "arrosticino" in Italian), I'd say it's more of a "robbery" (a sort of "arrosticino" with a mountain pass). The three of us go in for something simple: a quick meal before leaving. The place, right from the entrance, looks like a classic, somewhat improvised trattoria: slow service, questionable organization, and no menu, no visible prices. It was our mistake to trust the waitress and ask for something quick. We order 15 arrosticini each, some bruschetta to start, two cans of Coke, and a water. No wine, and three terrible-tasting coffees (a purge). So far, everything's normal... until the bill arrives: 82 euros. (NOT EVEN AT THE RESTAURANT) For arrosticini and two drinks. Without anyone ever having mentioned the prices beforehand. Without a menu. Without any transparency. And I'd like to point out that: The bruschettas are probably made with stale bread and with huge, flavorless tomato pieces. The supermarket arrosticini. When a customer trusts the staff because there are no prices displayed, the least they can do is be clear. Here, however, it seems to work the other way around: you only find out the price at the end, when it's too late. If you're looking for a place where you can eat with peace of mind knowing how much you'll spend, perhaps it's better to choose elsewhere. If, on the other hand, you like surprises... especially when it comes to the bill, then you're in the right place.

21/01/2026: I was passing through for a short vacation, and I wanted to eat arrosticini, but that wasn't possible because I had a medium-sized dog with me. They wouldn't even let me sit down; they suggested I sit outside (in January). Unfortunately, when you're on vacation, you can't leave your dog at home or in a hotel. This is the first time I've been told I can't sit with my dog. Obviously, I won't go back there without my dog, and I think it's the only place in Francavilla that doesn't accept them. So, I'd rather go elsewhere and spend my money on places that are probably more worth it.

03/10/2025: We (sadly) returned to this exceptional privately run campsite for the second time in six years. It's quiet, with no road noise. At night, you can hear wolves howling or deer bellowing. The site is flat and wooded. Almost every pitch has an outdoor sink. Electricity is available. The bathrooms and showers are basic but clean. Anyone staying here in Abruzzo shouldn't miss Nicola's delicious cuisine. We'll definitely be back.

19/09/2025: Campsite nestled between Caramanico Terme and the Maiella. We stayed five nights in a tent. The pitch was well-organized with electricity and a sink, and clean bathrooms were just steps away. The restaurant was also excellent. It was a unique experience to hear the deer bellowing at night. If you're in the area, it definitely offers a great base for exploring the surrounding area.

15/02/2026: Excellent seaside restaurant and pizzeria, highly recommended. We've been going there for a few years. Everything is delicious, especially the spaghetti with clams, mezze maniche with scampi, cuttlefish, and peas, shrimp and calamari skewers, seafood pizza, and capricciosa pizza. A very pleasant and comfortable atmosphere, and the staff are very friendly. See you soon.
