21/06/2024: Bellissima location, magnifico panorama sulle colline abruzzesi, guardando verso est si riesce a vedere anche il mare. La cucina è tipicamente abruzzese: formaggio fritto, arrosticini, ceppe ma, per chi vuole, c’è anche un’ottima pizza! Personale cortese e disponibile. Il tutto ad un ottimo prezzo!

02/08/2024: ATTENTION ASK FOR PRICES FIRST!! We had dinner last night at the Vecchia tavern. We were greeted by a very kind lady, who then also served us dinner, appearing helpful and polite. The lady warned us that the menu was verbal (without including the prices in the list) but I still requested to have a paper menu even though the prices, according to the lady, were not up to date. Be careful, because the prices written on the "not updated" menu are very different from those on the final bill. We spent 70 euros for 2 portions of lasagna marked 6.50 euros each 1 plate of baked potatoes marked 2.50 2 meat dishes marked 10 euros each Water 2 euros, a quarter of wine, a small ice cream which we shared. The food was good, very basic, but I felt cheated, also because the prices are not even detailed on the final bill. Don't do like us, don't trust and ask for prices first, it's the trader's duty to display the prices.

05/07/2024: Loved visiting the ll Tucano, the service, the food, absolutely fabulous! Loved being there with friends and got served the most amazing- pizza diavolo, margarita, bread with prosciutto, wine, arrosticini, tarranchio, panna cotta!! It’s all amazing! But the arrosticini definitely wins it! It’s so good! I could 100 of those! Thank you ll tucano for this wonderful experience!

28/07/2024: I had lunch today in this restaurant with my family. Clean and welcoming place. The waiters are efficient and prepared. Rich and truly high-quality fish starter, exceptional scampi cream risotto. To finish, a nice dry and crunchy fry. Really all very good. I advise.

20/07/2024: We ate in this restaurant and I must say that I found everything very good.... It's been a long time since I ate such good spaghetti with clams, the fresh and crunchy frying, the fast and impeccable service, the very reasonable price.. in short, I highly recommend it.

08/07/2024: Ottima esperienza degustativa di pietanze abbruzzesi. Saporiti gli antipasti ed arrosticini sia di carne che di pollo. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Da provare assolutamente se si è in zona. Da ritornarci

12/08/2024: Embarrassing. Defrosted frying that does not deserve comments. 1 hour wait with 4 tables occupied. Not to be repeated. Response to response: I confirm that the asterisk was there, I would also like to see! But good frying also exists when defrosted. Yours was made of remnants of shrimp and squid whose dimensions were probably also below the minimum permitted threshold. Very quick to serve 3 bruschettas. After that it took 45 minutes for two slices of tasteless swordfish and 3 anemic skewers. Served 10 minutes apart from each other. Yes, I would have liked to be in another restaurant…

12/08/2024: An hour's wait (4-5 total tables occupied) for a defrosted and skimpy fry. I'll leave you a photo because I've never eaten such bad fried food. Answer: the peels were on my plate, the ones in the photos were the shrimp still to be peeled and eaten. If you don't even recognize a fish peel from a healthy one yet to be consumed, it shows a lot about the quality of your product.
