05/05/2026: I'm giving one star because zero isn't possible. I've been celiac for 12 years and I'm 25, so I know exactly how my body reacts to contamination. I went to this place for a graduation, trusting the gluten-free options offered. Unfortunately, immediately after eating the meat (accompanied by a suspicious sauce), I felt the classic, violent pain from contamination, which forced me to leave the party before dessert. The most serious problem, however, arose the following day. I politely called the place just to report the incident, so they could be more careful in the future. Instead of receiving an apology or even a modicum of professional understanding, I was verbally assaulted by the owner. I was arrogantly told that it was "impossible," going so far as to insinuate absurdities such as that I had brought gluten-containing food from home and eaten it on the sly, or that I had gorged on sweets (despite having left well before the cake due to my discomfort). I find it unacceptable that a restaurant owner, faced with a health complaint, would respond with personal insults and a total lack of humility. Even if the restaurant isn't certified, serving a celiac customer is a responsibility. I strongly advise against the restaurant for anyone with allergies or intolerances: the lack of food safety is matched only by the rudeness of the staff.

20/02/2026: Welcoming and classy atmosphere. I often go to this restaurant and was there last Saturday for Valentine's Day dinner. All the food was excellent, the freshest fish, and everything was taken care of down to the smallest detail. Highly recommended.

24/02/2026: The beers are excellent. The sandwiches are very tasty and the meat is of good quality. The owner is quite attentive to food allergies and intolerances. The place has simple but welcoming furnishings. There's always good background music, but the volume isn't too loud, so you can have a good conversation. There are also plenty of board games, darts, and other items available, making it clear there's no rush to leave!

02/05/2026: I'll start by saying the food wasn't bad. The fried cheese, arrosticini, pizzas, and grilled vegetables were all good. Terrible service. At the end of the meal, one dish hadn't arrived, a tartare ordered with the rest. When we ordered it, they told us the tartare would arrive in ten minutes (the time it takes to make it from scratch). The tartare arrived, and one of the guests at my table ate alone; we'd already finished the rest. The pizzas also arrived well before the arrosticini... They don't provide ice or lemon; the refrigerated Coke is the only way to drink it. After the fried cheese, we waited a long time for our dishes. When the pizzas arrived, the appetizer plates were still on the table, dirty and never collected. Furthermore, the foreign waiters didn't speak our language and couldn't answer questions, requests, or clarifications. It's right that they work here, but something like this isn't acceptable for the customer! The noise is incredibly loud; even at a table of five, I can't hear my fellow diners. The basement isn't equipped with soundproofing panels, so you can't hear anything. It's annoying, noisy, and incredibly annoying, giving you a headache. I'm absolutely incapable of managing such large numbers of guests. When we arrived, we found our table dirty. Full of crumbs and sticky, a terrible mess. The placemats were dirty. When we mentioned this to the management, they became annoyed and annoyed when we asked them to clean the table. We politely asked to change tables due to the excessive noise and heat, but the request was denied, with the same annoyed and irritated attitude, as if the customer was always in the wrong. Here live: we're leaving, but after half an hour the tartare hadn't arrived. For the second time. We get up and leave, this time annoyed, we won't be coming again. Once at the cashier, the owner didn't take responsibility and took it out on the employees, not even offering a small discount. Highly not recommended.

20/04/2026: We stopped for one night in the neighboring village while passing through. We went to Estrò without a reservation, taking our dog with us, based on the Michelin recommendation. We had a sensational meal, and it was very reasonably priced. Absolutely recommendable. I was able to pay the chef and exchange a few words with him. He was incredibly friendly, and the service was excellent as well. If we're ever in the area again, we'll definitely be back!

27/05/2026: I stayed at this resort for a few days and I have to say that the service, the view, and the staff are wonderful. The pool is large and spotlessly clean, and you can enjoy drinks and aperitifs by the pool. A special mention goes to Pierluigi, Claudio, and Marcello, who were always attentive to every request, and the best part was that I felt truly pampered (I asked for wine and they offered me two platters of fruit and savory). The rooms have wonderful views. There's also access to the beach, which creates a wonderful combination.

22/05/2026: Stayed on the first and sixth floor the rooms where basic but clean but the 6th floor was alot more dated no plugs by the side of the bed. A/C was shocking in both rooms. Staff was very friendly especially the lady in the restaurant.

30/03/2026: The outdoor location is beautiful, but the interior is a bit less so. The service could be improved, but it's still courteous. The food is good.

23/03/2026: Delicious appetizers, spectacular tartare, not to mention the first courses and the focaccia, highly recommended, kind and knowledgeable staff, very well-trained chefs. I will be back.

26/04/2026: We spent three truly wonderful days. The rooms were beautiful and clean. The food was excellent, with superb mixed appetizers using their own produce. The barbecue was excellent. The owners were kind and helpful. We felt right at home. The location is strategic and convenient for getting around. The property was excellent value, we recommend it to anyone passing through. 20/02/2026: We ate there for both lunch and dinner during our entire stay in Sulmona. It was immediately clear that this was the place to be. Excellent cuisine. Fresh products and traditional flavors. Their food is homemade. We really enjoyed our stay. A welcoming place with an old stone fireplace. The kids loved all the dishes, with their intense flavors and rich aromas. The staff were friendly and very welcoming. The owner made the restaurant available upon request even though it was closed (10 out of 10). Truly excellent. They understand how to treat tourists. Generous portions at affordable prices. We'll be back.

02/06/2026: Super kindness and cordiality!! We ended up there by chance (returning from Cantine Aperte) and only ate 🍻 arrosticini (good even if I would have preferred them much more cooked) which were digested without problems😅. Other tables had ordered beautiful pizzas. We will be back on June 26th also because there is the evening with Cugini di Campagna!! They often organize events like this, they have a huge outdoor space!

20/08/2025: A pleasant discovery. We stopped by chance one evening and returned two days later with friends. The owner is kind, professional, and friendly, and the menu is delicious. It's also suitable for families, as they have high chairs and dishes suitable for little ones.

03/05/2026: A "normal" seafood restaurant, honestly, nothing special. One piece of advice: In addition to the daily or set menus, you should also bring a menu with side dishes, desserts, etc. to see the prices. In conclusion, I can't say I was thrilled.
