Locanda Stella Maris In Vasto

About ten days ago, from the center of Vasto, on the way back home, my wife and I stopped on the beach. We went to this place for lunch. We were thrilled both by the goodness of the fish-based food, prepared by the owner Mrs Stella, and by the service of her husband Mr. Marco. The place is quaint, tidy and clean. What I paid, in the quality/quantity/price comparison, was fair and convenient. We also had the opportunity to have some very courteous and affable exchanges of information with Marco (from that moment considered a friend ... and therefore I omitted "Mr", even though he deserved it) who made us promise that we will definitely return when we have the chance. My advice, after complimenting Marco and his wife, is: go there because you will be satisfied!

Very pleasant discovery just behind the seafront. Traditional inn with exquisite fish and impeccable service. Prices are low. Highly recommended!

At first I felt catapulted into the 80s, an environment that reminds you of a port tavern or a pirate ship but the food was truly above all expectations. Highly recommended

I had dinner last night with my family. Family atmosphere, exquisite food, fast service. I was pleasantly struck by the initial attention that the owner had in immediately taking the children's orders so that they could start eating first. I will definitely return.

You have to look for it hidden as it is behind a small square in Vasto Marina, inside a sort of short tunnel; even the sign is almost worth looking for But the research pays off: the same polite discretion is found in the managers, husband in the dining room and wife following the kitchen Not refined dishes, but expertly prepared fish recipes from the healthy local tradition. The location should be renovated. Family run restaurant. The owner was very careful when displaying the dishes. Quick dinner with peppered mussels, mussels stuffed with sauce, tagliatelle with octopus ragout and sea bass baked in foil... all good, low price

La locanda è appena fuori dalle vie principali, personale gentile, si mangia benissimo!

Non lasciatevi ingannare dall'entrata poco invitante, dentro troverete un locale caratteristico e pulito, dell'ottimo cibo a prezzi giusti! Consigliatissimo!!

Una piacevole esperienza a pranzo vissuta con un buon menù di pesce ed un eccellente rapporto qualità/prezzo. Il titolare è molto accogliente e si consiglia vivamente di assaggiare la torta al limone fatta da loro, un ottimo dessert abbinato egregiamente al loro menù.
