22/11/2025: I went for lunch, ate really well, and was also impressed by the other dishes being passed around to other tables, but the best thing is the ambiance and the view. The huge, carefully designed windows give the feeling that when you eat, you're literally inside a painting.
29/09/2025: We ate very well. It makes us want to come back and try other flavors. The mussels and mixed fried fish were remarkable, and the desserts were wonderful.

The lemon sorbet was obscene, the wine was undrinkable. Disappointing.

The wine list offers a selection of at least a hundred wines, including mostly Abruzzo wines, Italian wines, and even a few from outside Italy. Soundproofing is available, and the restrooms are clean. Also suitable for those with food allergies.

16/12/2025: I went with a group of friends on a Saturday night, and even though it was very crowded, we could talk freely and without shouting. I think they have a very clever system that "absorbs" sound, which I particularly appreciated.
The service was impeccable and very fast. The pizzas were very good and easy to digest, and the homemade panettone with its mascarpone cream was indescribable.
Highly recommended! 💕

19/10/2025: Small, family-run restaurant. A few dishes, but very good. Prices are slightly high but acceptable. They might be a bit of a problem if you have a dog and it's not very quiet.
19/10/2025: We discovered La Foce during a stroll through the heart of Scanno, and immediately felt at home. We tried the cazzellitti con le fuoja (a type of pasta) and the sagnette con i fagioli (a type of pasta with beans): extraordinary dishes, prepared with such care and love that you can taste in every bite. Everything is homemade and cooked to order, a true culinary experience!
The atmosphere is warm and familiar, the owners were extremely kind and welcomed us with great warmth. It's clear that a tradition is being carried on here with passion and dedication.
We were delighted and can't wait to return. A must-see for anyone visiting Scanno who wants to enjoy authentic local cuisine.
