27/07/2025: We stayed for a week to enjoy a vacation in the Orfento Valley. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The lady at the front desk provided us with lots of advice on local trails and activities. They have an indoor pool (with a veranda), perfect for kids and for relaxing after hiking. The breakfast is generous and varied, and you can order hot drinks made to order. They have a play area with a pool table and foosball table.

26/07/2025: È sempre un gran piacere venire a mangiare qui. Ci vengo da anni e mi stupisco ogni volta. C'è sempre gente, si mangia sempre bene e l'atmosfera è sempre accogliente. Oggi ho provato anche 2 piatti nuovi: un antipasto (tartare di pomodoro) e un dolce (cannolo e pere) e sono rimasta molto soddisfatta. Applauso allo chef!

15/06/2025: Trattoria situara nel quartiere Ssnta Barbara dell'Aquila. Menu a voce. Tutto freschissimo. Ravioli al pomodoro e spaghetti con le vongole asssolutamente da provare. Cantina sufficiente e conto onesto. Da provsre l; consiglio la prenotazione: non ha tantissimi posti.

09/08/2025: The place is in a strategic location, in the heart of Francavilla, the tables on the stairs create a magical atmosphere, far from the chaos... various appetizers, excellent and generous, as are the first courses and the meat, and especially the arrosticini... after all, as per Abruzzo tradition... the staff is kind, polite, and friendly, always very attentive and attentive... the service is nothing short of lightning-fast but at the same time excellent... lastly... the price... more than reasonable, in fact, I'd dare say too much! Being in the trade, I might look at things differently, but here I saw only quality, reliability, and above all honesty, things not to be underestimated in today's world, that is, the right combination of factors to stand out from other places. The place is well-maintained and clean. I can't find any flaws. The Speciali uses seasonal ingredients and always offers creative and surprising combinations. (Tonight I left before even eating my third Mostofico—outstanding!)

04/05/2025: Siamo capitati per caso in questa trattoria un po’ defilata rispetto al corso principale ma vicinissima. Abbiamo mangiato per antipasto un ottimo tortino al pecorino guarnito con prosciutto e pera e un crostone con cipolla rossa caramellata e lardo. Inoltre tagliatelle all’aquilana e cicoria ripassata . Tutto buonissimo. Conto più che onesto rispetto alla qualità servita. Personale giovane e cortese. Bravi.

17/06/2025: A small "snack" for lunch: tris di tartare of tuna, salmon, and mackerel. Very good value for money, very nice ambiance, good service. The bread is homemade and worth mentioning. The mixed reviews may be due to the mixed concept: on the left, an ice cream parlor, coffee shop, and bar; on the right, a fish and seafood restaurant.

07/08/2025: I ate here last night with my partner and the dogs, and I have to say everything was truly excellent, from the service to the food. I'd say the value for money was more than excellent, considering we ate an appetizer, two first courses, two second courses, and two desserts, plus white wine and water, for just €100. We were very satisfied, and if we were to return, we'd definitely stop at this simple yet warm and welcoming restaurant.
