26/04/2025: He's stronger than me but I have to say it... Excellent food, cleanliness everywhere, but the service and good manners leave a little to be desired. Customers are treated unequally: there are series A and series B customers, and those in series B are not considered or even greeted. It's a prerogative of this place that has been handed down for generations and it certainly doesn't make you happy, in fact sometimes it feels like you're entering and annoying. It's not nice, I would advise those who manage it to review the often lacking reception method.

31/05/2025: We happened upon it by chance, exiting the highway on the way to Termoli, looking for something to eat and intrigued by the reviews of other customers here on Google, we went to Mrs. Brunella, the chef. And if there is a paradise of cordiality, home cooking and flavors of times gone by, it is right here at Oasi di Ripa Teatina that we found it. I would really like to thank Mrs. Brunella for all of this. We ate Sagne con i Ceci, obviously homemade pasta, truly surprised by the exceptional flavor of this dish, we took another first course, tagliatelle porcini mushrooms, sausage and truffle and here again a triumph of goodness. What many restaurants lack today is the passion in making the dishes, but here at Mrs. Brunella you can tell from the first look when you order. A special mention to the chili pepper in oil, which here has a particular difference from the others, it is first fried and then put in oil. A few drops in the dishes make you see and feel all of Abruzzo from the endless mountains to the hills to the sea. I will not miss the opportunity to return to the Oasis with its photos of the champion Rocky Marciano on the walls and I recommend you to go too. Thank you very much Brunella and all her staff for this experience.

13/05/2025: It's not the first time I've been to Configuratori Pompetti and, as always, returning is a real pleasure. Consistencies of margherita, it remains one of the best ever: simple but perfect, as it should be. This time I was in company and we tried different types of pizza: each found their favorite, but they were all more than good. The dough, the quality of the ingredients, the cooking: everything was impeccable. A special mention for the bombolone. The service is fast, professional and attentive. The pizza is particularly good, period. There is not much else to add except that, every time, you leave wanting to return.

04/05/2025: We passed by chance in this place during a visit to the municipality of Pizzoferrato and we were happily surprised, the location is quite simple and the food was really good, both the kebabs and the tagliatelle with mushrooms and truffles, I hope to return soon because we really enjoyed it!

17/05/2025: We stopped for an aperitif, after seeing a video on tik tok. Very nice place. We ordered 2 spritz at a cost of €7 each, and a small bottle of estathe. The worst spritz I've ever had, watered down, it seemed like a bad brand of orange juice. We had also ordered two cutting boards (€6 each) but we ran away first. When we got home, the bitter surprise... An estathe for €4. Shameful

10/05/2025: Fish lunch with a friend went swimmingly! All very good, with well-crafted flavors and generous portions. The fish looked fresh — and we really hope it was! In any case, we ate with gusto and enjoyed an excellent lunch break. Glad to do it again!

28/04/2025: Evening with friends, I tasted one of their specialties, the pork shank, and I found it nothing short of fabulous, I love this place which combines the world of the restaurant, pizzeria and pub with excellent quality and really reasonable prices, family run, I've already been there other times either just for a pizza, or for the kebabs which I recommend, the environment is welcoming and particular, there is a large car park, the owner is too nice, in short I recommend it to spend a different evening with friends or family

21/05/2025: It takes forever to get served here. It's open at 6:30 p.m., but the waiter doesn't want to work yet. I went to the bar and ordered, otherwise no one would come! It was the same eight days ago! The food is delicious. The price is OK.
